I went when they first opened and seen a lot of diversity but it seems as time goes on. They've only got Indians working so I'm just wondering what happened to the other employees? One of the only Chipotle's in the west side! It still has a full and functioning hand sanitizer station right by the door which warms my heart. The line moves really quickly because the employees are really efficient. If you haven't had the brisket yet, t's limited time only and it's really good. A bit spicy for me honestly but I suffer through it for the flavour. read more

I got a chicken al pastor bowl here are my issues: - The portioning was nothing to smile at, the amount of rice I got was smaller than what I get at other places but that's not my main problem - the amount of chicken i got was also smaller than usual and it was crappy I don't think it was cooked properly - lots of fat and chewy chicken bits - medium salsa was a little old Service was okay I got take out. I'm always super excited to go to chipotle as it's one of my go tos for fast and a healthier option! I'm just sad that there's only 1 locations that's relatively close to me and hopefully they will have more locations in the future! Food: I got a salad bowl with brown rice, double chicken and steak, salsa, vegetables as well as avocado. My friend got a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, corn, salsa, guacamole and lettuce. It came to a total of 37 dollars with our double protein and extra for the guacamole. The taste is always very good, especially the chicken marinade is amazing. It really depends on the server on portion size but it's more or less the same every time. It sits well in a car as we had to drive home and still taste just as good whether you're eating there or at home. I would say it's kinda more on the expensive side for fast food but for the portion, and how filling it actually is, it's definitely worth it. Unfortunately this manager which I have uploaded a picture of is the problem by telling her staff right in front of me and my family to give customers less food when in fact her staff was not even giving us lots of food to begin with. This location used to be great, I went back tonight with my partner since it's been awhile and that was a mistake. My boyfriend ordered 3 steak and 3 chicken tacos. They put chicken in both orders. They also just slopped the meat and ingredients into the tacos, most of it ended up in the container and not in the taco shells. I ordered a Carne Asada bowl and again it was all just slopped in the bowl, I even asked for the sour cream on the side since he was just smacking it all on top. I know it's fast food but like come on Chipotle was never like this before. The general lack of care at this location is astounding. We will not be going back here. read more

Chipotle holds themselves to a very high standard. Keeping things clean at Chipotle is extremely important, and I was served a messy meal today. I ordered through DoorDash, and my burrito was made as a bowl, so I had two bowls instead of a bowl and a burrito. I brought this back to an employee and asked for it to be remade. They remade it. I then went to my car to open and eat my salad bowl! Surprise, it's made completely wrong. I ordered: Salad Greens, Brown Rice, Pinto Beans, Steak, Mild Salsa, Medium Salsa, Sour Cream & Guacamole. I was just wondering why there is corn in here? I made a phone call to the restaurant after driving away and discovering the corn and no rice issue. The manager on the phone told me to come back in and they would fix it. I was then rushed to the side so they could fix my order. I was watching the employee fix my salad, and the sour cream (which is next to the corn) had many different things floating in it! We ordered online, because they have a order-pickup service and we had to get puppy supplies at the petsmart next door. I ordered the steak bowl, brown rice, sour cream, fajita veg, lettuce and black beans. It was pretty amazing to be honest. Especially for $9. Portion size is perfect for lunch. Tasted great, everything was cooked well. The steak could be more rare, but for fast food it's pretty decent. And I was surprised at how much meat there was, most places will be stingy with the meat when it comes to a salad/wrap. The service was fast and friendly. I have no complaints. read more

I can't say how this chipotle stacks up to others locations but I really enjoyed the food and the location of this standalone Chipotle. I've had very limited experience with this chain, I've only really had it one other time, and that was downtown where I had a burrito and it was underwhelming. It's all about ordering the correct things here and I'd say the bowls/salads are the best way to go here! First off there's quite a bit of seating here, it's clean, and it's kind of dimly lit as well. Ordering was very simple, you just get asked what you want, and that's it. Obviously I got everything in the bowl for maximum value and flavors! I'm pretty sure you can ask them to add more toppings if you wanted to, they have no problems with that. Needless to say I was absolutely stuffed sharing two bowls (and a side of guacamole) with my significant other. We got one salad bowl and one regular bowl, they're pretty much the same thing, the only difference is that the salad bowl you get more salad as opposed to rice and the regular bowl, you get rice as your primary base. And of course you get this awesome sweet, and spicy vinaigrette with the salad (you can add it to the regular bowl for a nice surprise!) Flavors really worked well together and I loved all the various components here. The corn was surprisingly sweet and crisp and so was the lettuce in the salad. The meats (we tried chicken and the beef barbacoa) were both well seasoned and tender! I might add that they were indeed on the saltier side but that's okay. Salsas were a nice kick of heat, and the sour cream and the shredded cheese just numbs it all down. The guacamole was also very creamy and satisfying. read more

The secret is to go for the burrito bowl, and loaf it up with extra beans and vegetables - it will definitely fill you up for less than $10.00 - and ask for a tortilla on the side. The best part - this location accepts debit!! Parking is just as abundant as their serving sizes and the staff (especially for a new location) can process your order fairly quickly. Despite being a chain, not all Chipotles are equal. This one, located in the same plaza as Best Buy, across the street from LA Fitness, & just across the Mississauga border in Oakville is a recently opened, standalone location. So it's a much better experience than the Chipotle at the food court of your local mall! The line-up was sorta confusing. There's no signage, so if you're standing in front of the cash register, you're on the wrong side! There was a guy in front of me and we were both standing on the wrong side before we realised that was the end of the line. No one redirected us to the other end. :( Workers were friendlier than the recent location in Niagara Falls, NY. Girl at the end of the assembly line didn't know how to wrap a burrito and she ended up scrunching it together. Chicken here wasn't as nicely cooked as Square One, hard, some grisly pieces, and not as well seasoned. Rice was also not as well-seasoned as other locations. Overall, convenient standalone location, but food isn't the best representation of the chain. read more

It's really hit and miss here. One day I will get a large burrito filled with chicken and the the right mix of toppings; the next time I will get a somewhat tasteless burrito with much less chicken in it. The chicken here is far and away better than what Burrito Boyz is offering. Burrito Boyz chicken is missing the chipotle flavour. It is the reason I prefer Chipotle over Burrito Boyz. The staff here is usually quite helpful but the odd time I will get someone who seems to be having a bad day. Overall it's a decent place and their burritos are a full meal most days. read more

Best chicken-not that weird ground chicken thing B.B. offers, everything's fresh and warm and actually has flavour! Of the half dozen Chipotle locations I've been to, this one stands out as the best. I always go to this one for lunch once a week since it opened and the service has always been warm and prompt. I lined up on my first few visits but now that I order ahead of time online, I get my food faster and just as fresh if I lined up. I believe I've talked too much about the service because it is not what makes this location outstanding; the steak is cooked perfectly. I alternate between chicken and steak bowls but what I noticed when eating steak is it is very soft and tender, especially when you eat it with the pieces that have a little fat that is like jelly. Compared to my experience at the location near Union, it didn't wow me like this spot because I tend to notice little differences despite it being a chain. Was there today Feb. 24. Very busy but the line moved quickly. At least 40 people in line but took less than ten minutes waiting. Food was ok but not outstanding. Ate in and froze. The restraunt was bitterly cold, even in the corner tucked away from the door. Therefore the food got cold very quickly and my hands were like ice . Did not even finish my meal as it and I were too cold. Also the cups for the large drinks are to large for the dispenser if you aren't extremely careful you will get two flavours at once. I know it is new and needs to work out some kinks so will still give it another try at a later date. read more
