I'm a chipotle fan. Well this chipotle was just OK, everything was a mess. The service could be more attentive, and employee can be more careful when putting things into the bowl. Other than that, it was OK. read more

Appears to have many new crew members. Portion control VERY uneven. Basics like forks unavailable and told by cashier to use spoon. i used to come to this location once a week. Will stay away for awhile. Can see manager doing his best to train but has an uphill struggle. His patience and persistence will win out in the end but I will wait a month for his impact to be felt. read more

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have had in my life. I ordered a bowl to go (super simple straightforward order) at 6:45. I got there at 7:15 and it still wasn't even close to being ready. The online order line was 15 people deep with only two workers on the line working at a snails pace. It was so bad I went over to pressed cafe, ordered, got my food there and came back. 5 minutes later my order was ready. When I got home and started to eat the steak was extremely undercooked and very chewy. I paid extra for queso and got a teaspoon of it. The app to get help wasn't helpful and of course it was automated. I will never come back here and the 2.2 stars is generous. read more

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to and I've been to it many times bc my son likes it. Rude service, out of napkins, out of ice, garbage food all over the tables. Who is running this establishment? I literally downloaded the yelp app just so I could write this review I'm so disgusted. Clean your tables!! read more

I asked for steak and got half a scoop, then I asked for a side cup of steak and got a cup half full of steak. The chips were stale and the bowl was all rice. When I got to toppings I asked for salsa and got yet another half scoop and when I asked for more I got a dirty look. There was nothing but steak available and it was a 20-30 minute wait for any other meat. Yet no one was working on making any other meat in the kitchen. There was more than enough employees for at least one of them to have something on the grill. read more

Paid $19 for a double steak bowl... go to Anna's taqueria or los amigos and it's $10-13

Absolutely terrible customer service, I went and the lady had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. On top of that they "ran out" on sour cream at 6 pm mind I included and when I asked if they could add some sour cream from the online orders side they said "no, that is only for customers who order online because they get here first". read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, I went and the lady had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. The whole is place is dirty.

Wow I gave 5 stars 2 years back, but this place has gotten pretty bad. The service was slow and pretty unfriendly. The food was cold, and I mean meat was ice cold. Troubling from a taste and food safety perspective read more

Bunch of morons. Can't get a single order right. Food is a$$. Everyone is miserable working there.

This place is an utter disaster. They are clearly severely understaffed and not properly trained. Every time I go here its just complete chaos. Literally every online order is always late. My order today (a simple bowl) was ready nearly 40 MINS later than the ETA I was given. Knowing that the orders here are always late, I purposely arrived late and STILL stood there waiting for 25 minutes. On top of that, I would never eat here in person because there is always food and trash all over the place. I only come here as a last resort and its almost always a terrible experience. The location (like most Chipotle's) is still designed to handle a 2015-level volume of orders, not all of the online orders submitted today. read more

How is it possible to be 30 minutes behind pre ordered food. The normal line is faster this is ridiculous

Slow service, rude employees This store specifically gives way less protein and puts way too much toppings like sour cream/lettuce I kept telling the server to put "less!!" But she could not understand english and kept saying "lettuce? Lettuce?" And kept putting more lettuce read more

This literally has to be the WORST Chipotle in America. Let's start with the staff and how rude they are! I work 5 mins away from this location and I generally enjoy eating at Chipotle, but this location has completely ruined it for me. The staff needs to be trained on how to give proper customer service like seriously it's sad and disgusting at this point. Does it kill to be kind and greet someone when they approach you? I literally walked up to place my order and the lady preparing the food looked at me with the most unwelcoming look I've ever seen. Didn't even respond to me saying hello. Didn't ask what I would like to order. Nothing. She got very aggressive as she was adding the ingredients to my bowl because I asked for more portions, kept saying she's gonna charge me double, said she can't give me any sides, all while maintaining a disrespectful attitude the whole time like it's just sad at this point. If you hate your job that much, go get a new one. This Chipotle has had this same terrible staff for months now and they don't seem to care about the horrible reviews they get. Corporate needs to just get involved at this point. read more

awful service, not a warm welcoming at all and didn't know what was going on. Needs new employees asap.

I love the food at chipotle but this location is awful. Portion sizes are small. Not only that, the tables and floor here are always filthy. Feels disgusting to start cleaning a dirty table after you've just picked up your food. It's every single one! Not coming here again. read more

I walked in at about 4:30 no customers were there, but every single table was dirty so I had no clean table to sit down at. Very dirty and unkempt all around. Shocking. Then when I went to order she was speaking 2 languages so I had to be in my toes to know when she was addressing me or a colleague. Very small portion of food and rushed me although NOT busy. The brisket bowl wasn't bad, but there were about 3,4 pieces of cartilage that couldn't be swallowed. Terrible experience. And I'm not very picky read more

Chipolte is one of my go to dinner or lunch spots. Everything is delicious. I usually get a bowl though. The guac is some of the best guac I have ever had. This chipotle is disgraceful. I work nearby this place and it is quick and easy access from my work. I come to this place just to receive some of the WORST portions I've ever seen at a chipotle. Also for some reason the prices here are more than other chipotles. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I will be making longer trips to other chipotles just to avoid this one in the future. Disappointment is an understatement for the way I feel towards this establishment. read more

I have all but given up on Chipotle as a prime lunch spot these days. The quality and consistency of their food has gone drastically down hill and the interior of the restaurants are filthy. In my opinion these are systemic issues that can be found in most of their locations. Today I decided after a several month hiatus, to roll the dice on Chipotle again. After placing my online order I showed up and picked it up. After opening it at home (5 minute drive) right out of the gate two things were apparent...1) the meal was at best like warm (I would say cold if we are being honest) and 2) it wasn't my order. The carry bag they put the food in had my name on it but the actually burrito bowl had a different name on it. Obviously zero attention to detail....like always. So now I'm sitting here at lunch time with someone else's burrito bowl that's cold. All of this for .....17 dollars! Now I'm trying to get my money back on the app which I used to pay for the order and it's telling me I have no choice but to go back to the store and take the 'complaint' up with them!!!!! One word to describe the process of ordering food at Chipotle....INSANITY! I would be mortified if I owned a business that charged people 17 dollars for a burrito bowl and they showed up to my filthy store and got the wrong order that was cold AND couldn't immediately get their money back! It's exceedingly evident that Chipotle does not care for the customer. They have proven this time and time and time again. Let's all just stop eating there until they decide to start doing right. There are plenty of other local businesses that would love to have our business that will treat you with respect and offer a solid lunch option. This is most assuredly my 'good bye' to Chipotle. read more

How does chipotle have no chips? Its half of the meal? The workers also stopped working an hour before closing, and had the audacity to suck their teeth when we walked in. If you wont do your job, dont get the job read more

Been to this chipotle several times and every experience is worse than the rest. Always "forget" items when ordering ahead and assume you won't check. Didn't prepare my order at all this time so I went to order at the counter. Stood there for 10 minutes while employees swept the floors and checked their phones. Even pointed at me several times telling others to help me and no one did. Eventually left without ordering anything and the couple in line behind me did the same. read more

Best chipotle I have honestly ever been to. On my second visit they were out of the meat I wanted and they voluntarily charged me less and were incredibly kind about it. Great service with smiling servers, made my day a lot better. read more

* Picked up a couple of items with extra meat, but they forgot the extra meat (worth $4 or 5 for each of the two items)! Like others have noted for pickups, the portions were ridiculously small -- one item (a bowl) was literally nearly half empty. They were 9 minutes late for mine (and over 15 minutes late for the person before me). The person handing the bags out seemed like they couldn't care less about any of this. Perhaps a lot of the problems stem from too many of the staff being out on a smoke break at the same time. * Also, what's with the palpably fake 5-star reviews pointedly boosting the problem issues (staff surliness, punctuality, portion sizes, cleanliness)? * The contact-us link is an AI bot or scripted response tree. This is my favorite Chipotle in Massachusetts. Whenever I come, the workers are in a good mood and are really nice. I try to go to Dedham instead of this location. This location there is often something up. Tonight - at 6:45pm - was told there was no pico. Not to wait or there was some coming - they were just out. Then I go to check out and I see that there side bar to prepare online orders has an entire thing of pico. Also I get hone and the tortilla of the burrito is hard/stale. Other times we've ordered online and haven't gotten the right order. Or they're out of a different key ingredient. Or they give small amounts of meat. My husband and I joke about what's going to happen "this time" if we go to this location- which we do only because of timing with kids. I've not found it to be particularly unclean or overtly rude people. But it's not dependable. read more

Came in around 6pm, relatively early given they close at 11pm on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, they were extremely stingy with the portion sizes. When asked if they could add a little more beans (beans, not even chicken) they said it was going to be an extra cost. I explained to them how crazy the half scoop of beans I received was. The employee had an attitude which I'm not sure why. She's the one who half scooped the food.... They then proceed to be even more stingy with the chicken. I proceed to checkout and that's the end of that.Trust me when I say, I'll be walking out mid order when this happens again. Don't play. read more

12:30 pm on a Wednesday. Doors locked. Told staff. Couldn't care less. Patrons had to open the door. No proteins except for steak. No indication of that when we queued up. No offer to charge less for the steak since no other less pricey proteins available. No apology. No guacamole. No parking. Had to park at Marshall's. Will never be back. Ownership needs to see this. read more

I ordered from this location every Monday and I have forgiven the mistakes they have made. But, tonight was the worst. My vegetarian meal had meat, my son's burrito had guacamole and he's allergic, and my other son's burrito had queso and beans, which he hates. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm done with this restaurant. Plus, they only partially refunded what I paid. Super cheap and not concerned about their customers. Disgusting. read more

if they had a MINUS star they would get it!! the chicken was small almost CUBES. on tv they are cooking a grill full of yummy looking fresh food! and i can tell you this was not fresh cooked. maybe it was cooked for lunch and we ordered dinner. we got a bowl with chicken, rice, veggies, guac. & some chip & guac side the chips were sooo greasy the bag was soaked the chic. & veggies were COLD and the cooked some time before! I like this location, the serice is very fast, easy parking and easy for take outs. I found this location better than others in the area.

last couple of times we've ordered out, they send random things that are not closely related to what we ordered. I wanted to go higher on my rating but I can't. I did an online order, pickup 9; a burrito and a bag of chips for 1:30. I arrived at 1:45 and checked for my order but it wasn't on the pickup shelf. I could see they were very busy but there was 8 people waiting for pickup and a line of 12 people. I waited a little but finally had to speak up as I've been waiting 15 minutes at this point and my order should have been ready 30 minutes ago and I've watched the entire line go a complete cycle and I'm still waiting. I approached the cashier and told her what my name was and my pickup, 5 minutes later she went down to the other end and looked for my ticket that seemed to get lost. They put my order together and I left. I don't fault the staff but the management and ownership, as they are short staffed and had a health inspection going on as they kept taking walk-in guests instead of focusing on the guests that have paid and catch up. Probably never go back to this location due to the events today. read more
