Chili's is hard to find around me. This time I ordered from their new kiosks....and it didn't even print my receipt out, but whatever my order was in on the screen. None of hte workers knew what to do about the machine and lack of a receipt but it didn't bother my order. This location also has a new tv screen with order status based on the platform you ordered from. Helpful. We got the usual, a couple of #2 combos. One of them I got one sandiwch mild and the other spicy but both of them tasted mild or something...it had zero heat at all. Funny thing is, the color of the sandwiches looked normal from all of my many previous orders, but flavor wise, they tasted the same. Weird. Still enjoyed them. The mozzarella sticks - I ordered a 5 pack. I can tell you size wise, they are very similar to the Chili's sticks. The crunch on these from Dave's was crunchier IMHO. However, the cheese is packed less densely here vs Chilis. The cheese pull is just as good on this first try, despite less cheese inside. When I ordered the 5 pack, it allowed only ONE spice level option. I wish I could've gotten some medium and some spicy etc. Not very sharing friendly. The staff was super friendly as usual. No problem getting my order and extra sauce packets etc. The place continues to look clean and well maintained. This location and framingham are my 2 fave locations for Dave's.

Just left the Fairlawn, Ohio Chipotle. There were Trump supporters on the patch of grass by the road holding up Trump 2020 signs and signs for voting in person and being very peaceful. A nice lady in front of me at Chipotle walked out and was talking across the parking lot to the people holding the signs and cheering at them. The female employee at chipotle said "Oh my god. Is she talking to them?" One of the male workers behind the counter said, "It's amazing how people can be nice and have no morals." The female worker then says, "It's amazing how many ignorant people there are." It's one thing to have your own opinion and another thing to be working in a business and in front of customers in line talk shit about a population who is trying to support OUR president. Been in a few times and it's always been pretty good. I went in hammered one night craving a burrito, they were closing down and I was floored that the two people behind the line did not care in the least about the fact that they were almost done, they dropped what they were doing and immediately came over to take care of me, and pleasantly at that. It was great. Made my night. I went in again the other day and it was even better. I had some guy who said he had just started, I think his name was Jeff, but not entirely sure. He was incredibly polite and obviously happy to be working there, which seems be a novel idea as of late with this industry. Anyway, highly recommend it, just stay away at the lunch hour as it is a huge line. read more

This is definitely one of the better Chipotles. Every part of the burrito bowl was flavorful and well seasoned. It was tasty and more importantly, ginormous. However, the staff is quite brusque and seemed to be in a rush. Nevertheless, I would definitely come back to get my Chipotle fix if I'm in Brookline. read more

All the patrons in the place were happy and the crew was meeting customers with smiles and efficiency. As I waited in line I could see that a young teen in front of me who was ordering his lunch was coming up a bit short with the money needed to pay for the food he planned to get. He had a ziplock full of change that he had brought to buy his lunch. Before I could step in to offer to cover the difference he needed the man up front who I assumed was the manager calmly and without pause or judgement said that it was ok and that he would take care of things for the boy and that things were all set. The young woman at the register also was helpful and kind to the teen. I thought their demeanor and kindness was great and it made my day. As I left I stopped to speak to him to praise them for being such good people and for the great customer service. I went to hand him a big tip for the two of them since I was so warmed by their humanity and helpfulness but I was met with a very humble no, no, no and I saw that he was very pleased though that I spoke up to give them praise. So off I went to eat my lunch the fries were...Great... the fish sandwich was ... Great.. I'll be back there to have more meals in the future, burgers etc and will bring the wife and kids- Thanks team for brightening my day.
