This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have had in my life. I ordered a bowl to go (super simple straightforward order) at 6:45. I got there at 7:15 and it still wasn't even close to being ready. The online order line was 15 people deep with only two workers on the line working at a snails pace. It was so bad I went over to pressed cafe, ordered, got my food there and came back. 5 minutes later my order was ready. When I got home and started to eat the steak was extremely undercooked and very chewy. I paid extra for queso and got a teaspoon of it. The app to get help wasn't helpful and of course it was automated. I will never come back here and the 2.2 stars is generous. read more

I asked for steak and got half a scoop, then I asked for a side cup of steak and got a cup half full of steak. The chips were stale and the bowl was all rice. When I got to toppings I asked for salsa and got yet another half scoop and when I asked for more I got a dirty look. There was nothing but steak available and it was a 20-30 minute wait for any other meat. Yet no one was working on making any other meat in the kitchen. This place is an utter disaster. They are clearly severely understaffed and not properly trained. Every time I go here its just complete chaos. Literally every online order is always late. My order today (a simple bowl) was ready nearly 40 MINS later than the ETA I was given. Knowing that the orders here are always late, I purposely arrived late and STILL stood there waiting for 25 minutes. On top of that, I would never eat here in person because there is always food and trash all over the place. I only come here as a last resort and its almost always a terrible experience. The location (like most Chipotle's) is still designed to handle a 2015-level volume of orders, not all of the online orders submitted today. read more

I walked in at about 4:30 no customers were there, but every single table was dirty so I had no clean table to sit down at. Very dirty and unkempt all around. Shocking. Then when I went to order she was speaking 2 languages so I had to be in my toes to know when she was addressing me or a colleague. Very small portion of food and rushed me although NOT busy. I have all but given up on Chipotle as a prime lunch spot these days. The quality and consistency of their food has gone drastically down hill and the interior of the restaurants are filthy. In my opinion these are systemic issues that can be found in most of their locations. Today I decided after a several month hiatus, to roll the dice on Chipotle again. After placing my online order I showed up and picked it up. After opening it at home (5 minute drive) right out of the gate two things were apparent...1) the meal was at best like warm (I would say cold if we are being honest) and 2) it wasn't my order. The carry bag they put the food in had my name on it but the actually burrito bowl had a different name on it. Obviously zero attention to detail....like always. So now I'm sitting here at lunch time with someone else's burrito bowl that's cold. All of this for .....17 dollars! Now I'm trying to get my money back on the app which I used to pay for the order and it's telling me I have no choice but to go back to the store and take the 'complaint' up with them!!!!! One word to describe the process of ordering food at Chipotle....INSANITY! I would be mortified if I owned a business that charged people 17 dollars for a burrito bowl and they showed up to my filthy store and got the wrong order that was cold AND couldn't immediately get their money back! It's exceedingly evident that Chipotle does not care for the customer. They have proven this time and time and time again. Let's all just stop eating there until they decide to start doing right. There are plenty of other local businesses that would love to have our business that will treat you with respect and offer a solid lunch option. This chipotle is disgraceful. I work nearby this place and it is quick and easy access from my work. I come to this place just to receive some of the WORST portions I've ever seen at a chipotle. Also for some reason the prices here are more than other chipotles. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I will be making longer trips to other chipotles just to avoid this one in the future. Been to this chipotle several times and every experience is worse than the rest. Always "forget" items when ordering ahead and assume you won't check. Didn't prepare my order at all this time so I went to order at the counter. Stood there for 10 minutes while employees swept the floors and checked their phones. Came in around 6pm, relatively early given they close at 11pm on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, they were extremely stingy with the portion sizes. When asked if they could add a little more beans (beans, not even chicken) they said it was going to be an extra cost. I explained to them how crazy the half scoop of beans I received was. The employee had an attitude which I'm not sure why. She's the one who half scooped the food.... They then proceed to be even more stingy with the chicken. Chipolte is one of my go to dinner or lunch spots. Everything is delicious. I usually get a bowl though. The guac is some of the best guac I have ever had. Their meet is delicious and seasoned so well. Employees are friendly. Lines are efficient and although it can be crowded moves fast. You can also order online and they have a great app. read more

I try to go to Dedham instead of this location. This location there is often something up. Tonight - at 6:45pm - was told there was no pico. Not to wait or there was some coming - they were just out. Then I go to check out and I see that there side bar to prepare online orders has an entire thing of pico. Also I get hone and the tortilla of the burrito is hard/stale. Other times we've ordered online and haven't gotten the right order. Or they're out of a different key ingredient. Or they give small amounts of meat. My husband and I joke about what's going to happen "this time" if we go to this location- which we do only because of timing with kids. I've not found it to be particularly unclean or overtly rude people. But it's not dependable. read more

This store's customer service is very bad recently. My son tried to order food, but they ignored him at first. Another employee helped him after I brought my son back, but he did not give my son the right food. My son was very upset and crying. I talked with store manager, the store manager asked my son or myself to wait on line again to get the right food. He was busy with his own chores. I was very disappointed about the experience. I wanted to go higher on my rating but I can't. I did an online order, pickup 9; a burrito and a bag of chips for 1:30. I arrived at 1:45 and checked for my order but it wasn't on the pickup shelf. I could see they were very busy but there was 8 people waiting for pickup and a line of 12 people. I waited a little but finally had to speak up as I've been waiting 15 minutes at this point and my order should have been ready 30 minutes ago and I've watched the entire line go a complete cycle and I'm still waiting. I approached the cashier and told her what my name was and my pickup, 5 minutes later she went down to the other end and looked for my ticket that seemed to get lost. They put my order together and I left. I don't fault the staff but the management and ownership, as they are short staffed and had a health inspection going on as they kept taking walk-in guests instead of focusing on the guests that have paid and catch up. Chipotle rocks! But only if you order in person. I would not order again from door-dash because the bowls are much smaller if ordered on-line. Generally, bowls also end up smaller for my smaller female work partner even when ordering the same ingredients, oddly. Chipotle is healthy, affordable and freekin' tastes.
