I've been to many Chipotles across the country and this one has been really impressing me lately. I'm usually there at around lunch/early dinner time. They always have every ingredient (important for us because my mom LOVES the fajitas) and everything looks really fresh. Generous portions and decent customer service. The people working the line sometimes look a bit bored (totally understandable when most customers just want to get in and get out) but are quick to smile when I engage with them. Great job to whoever is running this Chipotle! They know what they're doing. read more

When back to try this place out and ordered chicken bowls and was told to pick something ealse because the Chicken was out and corn salsa. After wasting time with the guy at counter around 8:20 pm I noticed he had chicken right in front of him. He looked lost. I never try them again. read more

Flew in late , didn't know what to eat so came here since it's across the street from where I'm staying. Let's just say now I know why I don't go to chipotle I get more at pollo loco for a $5 bowl. $1 for a new salsa ?!? Come on !!!! Never again ! My Mexican ass can make a better bowl at home to feed my entire family for 20 bucks. 2 bowls for $31. Again , never again !!!!! read more

Steak was cooked perfect but was cut up weird, it was missing lettuce and cheese but otherwise hella good. Got my order scheduled for 12:20, came out at 12:18. No complaints there and everything was fresh. read more

1 1/2 stars. Unfriendly staff. Dirty restaurant; tables, floor, condiment station, beverage counter, etc. Woman's bathroom needed attention, also needed lightbulbs replaced. Food was okay but this particular Chipotle is NOT the norm. Really disappointing. read more

Five Stars -- Morgan Hill Chipotle I had a great experience today at Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 775 Cochrane Rd, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. This store was clean, organized, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was hot, tasty, and genuinely fulfilling. I'm wrapping up 2025 the right way, the only way -- with a delightful bowl packed with carne asada and chicken, guacamole, red sauce, full of pure Chipotle yumminess and tastiness. Everything hit the mark from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're in the Morgan Hill area. This particular Chipotle location earns a solid five stars. Cinco Estrellas. Jordan read more

Went into Chipotle today and it was honestly disappointing. I watched the women in front of me get skimped of meat then when she confronted the employee the employee insisted it was a full serving. They went back and forth over sizes. Then it happened to me too. Same tiny scoop, same sad portion. More than likely these employees are instructed by management to skimp so they meat their inventory quotas. I did not even say anything because I am honestly tired of having to ask for what you are supposed to be paying for and I didn't have the energy to fight this battle. When you are charging nearly 15 dollars for a bowl this is unacceptable. Chipotle used to be known for solid portions but that is clearly just a long distant memory. This will probably be my last visit unless I have no other option. read more

One of the WORST Chipotles I've been to. I asked for plain white rice and the employee gave me a stank face like I was inconveniencing her. She goes to the back to grab it, then proceeds to use the SAME spoon from the cilantro rice - which was COVERED in cilantro.. to scoop my plain rice. So now my "plain" rice has cilantro all over it. What if I was allergic to cilantro?? Cross-contamination, babe. There's a reason someone asks for PLAIN rice. Then I asked for double chicken and home girl gave me the smallest two scoops imaginable. If I'm paying extra for double chicken, I expect double chicken. We also bought two large drinks and the soda fountain was serving flat soda. I told an employee and her response was basically, "Okay, sorry." That's it. No checking the machine, no offering a solution, nothing. The attitude, portions, food handling, and customer service were all terrible. Management seriously needs to do a better job hiring and TRAINING their employees, especially when it comes to cross-contamination and basic customer service. read more

Every single time I order online, my order arrives incorrect, with small portions and COMPLETELY cold. Not even kinda warm... Every time I show up to order in person, they're out of practically everything. Don't even try to order in the last 2 hours of business. They don't want to stock the food or help you... The door dash order I just received was for 2 different names (not mine). Neither bowl matched the ingredients on the lid. And the portions were laughably small. Barely filled half the container. Tried to eat one anyway and the food was so cold it seemed like it was chilling on the counter 30 minutes before I even ordered. The guacamole was brown. read more

They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, it is insane to come to this chipotle location and expect your order to be correct. Today I placed a mobile order for my wife and daughter to be ready at 11 am. I waited a couple minutes inside, grabbed my order and drove home to deliver the food to my family. Once I arrived home, the order had the wrong drink for our child and it was missing an item I had purchased. The team members must improve. This location is very slow, constant mistakes and a lot of members just stand around. read more

This is sadly the worst chipotle, I stopped going here and if I want chipotle I have to go to San Jose. I ordered online and I got a chicken bowl, when I took the bowl home there were 4 pieces of chicken in it and two of the pieces were fat so I ended up throwing it away. The next time I ordered in person because I figured online wasn't a good idea but that didn't work out either. The bowl was very liquidy. I decided to stop going to this location which is too bad because it used to be better years ago. read more

Maya and the blonde Asian girl with blonde extensions were absolutely rude today 8/31/26 at 2:45pm. Such a distasteful visit. When I asked for a receipt for both transactions because she did two separate ones she only gave me one. Maybe they should work back of house instead of being customer facing. Workers at the gilroy location never act like this... do better Morgan hill! Better vetting/hiring process is needed. Such nasty behavior. Treat others with respect. read more

Burrito was much bigger than other chipotles I went to. Server Maya also wrapped it well and quickly!

Young woman did not look pleased to make a burrito. Attitude through the roof and very disrespectful.

What happened to this Chipotle?!? The counter is always a mess. Can't even take a photo of the counter because the glass is so dirty. (Check their food safety violations.) The bathroom is less clean than the local gas station. Chipotle stock price is great. That must be all they care about now. Shame. read more

If I can give a zero I would but I can't. This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. I've been here several times, but the servers don't seem to give any meat and charged 15 bucks for just lettuce and beans and that 2/2 the portion that you're supposed to get, don't go here ever do yourself a favor don't go here until the management. If you're listening you've trained your workers very well not to give any portion of chicken and charge the same money sick of you guys. read more

After my doctor put me on a carb restricted diet I figured that fast food was out of the picture. My daughter pointed out that Chipolte had an online nutrition tool that would let you custom build your meal to meet many dietary restrictions. I chose a barbacoa salad with black beans, sour cream, and fajita veggies for a total carb count of just 35 grams of carbs. It was filling and delicious. In the future I know that I can eat at Chipolte and still adhere to my doctor's eating plan. The only ding is the price. Anytime a fast food salad is approaching $20, I know this will be a rare treat. read more

It's about managing expectations. If you're gonna sell a salad using an iconic dressing as bait, there better be dressing! Otherwise, let customers know upfront so they can change their order and not be met with frustration and disappointment at the end. Three out of four instances I ordered a salad, they had run out of salad dressing. Why would they not tell you that up front? It's not like they have an alternate salad dressing choice unless you load up on salsa. On the most recent visit, by the time I got down to the cashier, my spouse had already paid for everything. When I asked for them to give me the ($1) chimichurri sauce as a comped replacement for the non-existent salad dressing, I was told by the guy he put one in the bag already. Turned out husband paid for the chimichurri sauce and he had gotten it for his rice bowl. Hey- we have no problem sharing BUT it is kind of misleading for the guy to make it sound like he added the sauce into the bag for my salad, when it was actually a paid extra for another order. The proper action for having run out of complimentary salad dressing is to include an extra chimichurri sauce as dressing replacement for FREE. read more

We've ordered from this location about 2-3 times a year. Yesterday, we ordered chipotle bowels for the family online. The online process was straight forward. The food was ready on time and the order was correct. However, I was half way done with mine when i found what looked like pubic hair in the rice. Let's just say I gagged and almost vomit and threw everything away. Disgusting. Never coming to this location again. read more

I really like their Chicken Burrito's., Too bad they can't seem to plan ahead and grill up enough to make it till 1:30 pm This the third time we had to leave empty handed. Never order from this chipotle. We ordered online we got there 10 minutes after we ordered and it was freezing cold aswell maybe 1/4 of the bowl was full. I ordered 3 bowls and all of them were like that not just one. Aswell there was random ingredients like they threw in spinach when I asked for guacamole and there was no guacamole. This isn't the first time this is probably the 5th or 6th time. Also if you end up confronting them about it they are just disrespectful and rude. 0/10 experience every single time i've been to this chipotle. read more

I showed up at 9:00 p.m. which is an hour before they closed. The staff was already in the process of closing down. I went over to order something and I didn't see much left on the hot table. Most of it was pretty grungy looking. I politely ask the girl if that was all that was left.... And she gave me a look like I was irritating the hell out of her! Immediately I was put off. A note to the owners of this Chipotle, if you're going to stay open till 10:00 stay open till 10:00. If you don't know that your staff is losing customers because there's no product and are driving your customers away with bad attitudes then maybe you guys should just close at 9:00 p.m.!
