This store was clean, organized, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was hot, tasty, and genuinely fulfilling. I'm wrapping up 2025 the right way, the only way -- with a delightful bowl packed with carne asada and chicken, guacamole, red sauce, full of pure Chipotle yumminess and tastiness. Went into Chipotle today and it was honestly disappointing. I watched the women in front of me get skimped of meat then when she confronted the employee the employee insisted it was a full serving. They went back and forth over sizes. Then it happened to me too. Same tiny scoop, same sad portion. More than likely these employees are instructed by management to skimp so they meat their inventory quotas. I did not even say anything because I am honestly tired of having to ask for what you are supposed to be paying for and I didn't have the energy to fight this battle. When you are charging nearly 15 dollars for a bowl this is unacceptable. Chipotle used to be known for solid portions but that is clearly just a long distant memory. It's about managing expectations. If you're gonna sell a salad using an iconic dressing as bait, there better be dressing! Otherwise, let customers know upfront so they can change their order and not be met with frustration and disappointment at the end. Three out of four instances I ordered a salad, they had run out of salad dressing. Why would they not tell you that up front? It's not like they have an alternate salad dressing choice unless you load up on salsa. On the most recent visit, by the time I got down to the cashier, my spouse had already paid for everything. When I asked for them to give me the ($1) chimichurri sauce as a comped replacement for the non-existent salad dressing, I was told by the guy he put one in the bag already. Turned out husband paid for the chimichurri sauce and he had gotten it for his rice bowl. Hey- we have no problem sharing BUT it is kind of misleading for the guy to make it sound like he added the sauce into the bag for my salad, when it was actually a paid extra for another order. The proper action for having run out of complimentary salad dressing is to include an extra chimichurri sauce as dressing replacement for FREE. read more

They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, it is insane to come to this chipotle location and expect your order to be correct. Today I placed a mobile order for my wife and daughter to be ready at 11 am. I waited a couple minutes inside, grabbed my order and drove home to deliver the food to my family. Once I arrived home, the order had the wrong drink for our child and it was missing an item I had purchased. The team members must improve. This is sadly the worst chipotle, I stopped going here and if I want chipotle I have to go to San Jose. I ordered online and I got a chicken bowl, when I took the bowl home there were 4 pieces of chicken in it and two of the pieces were fat so I ended up throwing it away. I always come here with my partner to get some food and the employee made a mistake on adding lettuce to my bowl when I told her just add it to the black beans bowl and she had the audacity to say "speak louder" like if her mistake was my fault. She wears black glasses and didn't catch her name when they should be wearing name tags. I showed up at 9:00 p.m. which is an hour before they closed. The staff was already in the process of closing down. I went over to order something and I didn't see much left on the hot table. Most of it was pretty grungy looking. I politely ask the girl if that was all that was left.... And she gave me a look like I was irritating the hell out of her! Immediately I was put off. A note to the owners of this Chipotle, if you're going to stay open till 10:00 stay open till 10:00. After my doctor put me on a carb restricted diet I figured that fast food was out of the picture. My daughter pointed out that Chipolte had an online nutrition tool that would let you custom build your meal to meet many dietary restrictions. I chose a barbacoa salad with black beans, sour cream, and fajita veggies for a total carb count of just 35 grams of carbs. It was filling and delicious. In the future I know that I can eat at Chipolte and still adhere to my doctor's eating plan. The only ding is the price. Whenever we get the steak taco here they INTENTIONALLY select out all the gristle,so there is pretty much no meat, just chewy gristle. Today was the last straw. My daughter said "it's all chewy" she noticed. She is a child and that is a huge intentional liability to put a child in danger with such a choking hazard. And then it made us sick. I placed a pickup order for this location through the Chipotle app and received the most embarrassing bowl of my life. I ordered a carnitas bowl with rice, beans, cheese, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, romaine lettuce, and sour cream. The order took a while to prep and I waited by the pickup counter until an employee who was working in the back came out and retrieved my order for me. I should've looked at the bowl then, but I didn't think in that moment that I would have gotten a bowl with just meat, rice, and a few of the fajita veggies thrown in there. Once I arrive home and examine the contents of my bowl, I tried to go through the app to complain about my order as it was missing 75% of the requested additions. All I got offered through their online customer service was a "free drink for my next visit". What a waste of money and time, I will not be eating at Chipotle again. The food here is alright, nothing special at this particular chipotle! They're always out of vinaigrette which is a must if you're having chipotle! Adds so much flavor and is amazing. Last 3 times I've gone they are always out so that sucks. The new Chicken Al Pastor is good! Definitely prefer it more than the steak now. The service here is good, not outstanding not great but it is good. Would I come here for lunch if I'm in the area and feeling Mexican food? Maybe. I used their website to order three burritos each having different contents and used the option to specify a label for each burrito. They, for the second time in a row, did not bother to do labels. The result was that when I got our order home, the three of us had to open all the burritos and try to figure out who got which burrito. After finally sorting out the burritos, I found that they still did not get my own order right. (Again, not the first time this has happened.) This place might work out for you if you go there, order in person, and carefully watch to see how they make your meal.
