I've given chipotle multiple chances lately, but every time I order double meat I end up getting what looks like regular portion__definitely not worth the extra cost on top of that even the regular portion sizes have gotten noticeably smaller. It's frustrating to pay more and receive less, especially when you can clearly see how light the servings are. Are used to enjoy coming here because I felt like you got good value for your money but now it just feels like cutting corners. I hope management starts paying attention to portions consistency because this is pushing customers away. read more

Wish Yelp! had negative stars, cause this Chipolte location today deserves it!! Did an app order for 7:30PM pick up. Arrived at 7:25 and was 7th car in line. When my watch said 7:55 and I was third car from window, so I called the store. When someone answered and I said I have been in the drive thru pick up line for 30 minutes, I was advised it would be best to come into the store AND PLACE MY ORDER!!! Duh!! I already ordered and paid for it via the app!! He then said they, quote-Got Slammed-end quote!! When I finally got to the window I was really surprised to see three staff members standing around talking with absolutely no interest in what was going on!! HORRIBLE... we have given this branch two recent opportunities (figure sometimes things just don't work out well). Both times we went there at lunch time and they had huge lines because they run out of meats???? At lunch time??? Then finally got a double chicken burrito and they loaded all the chicken on the right side??? WFT... also ordered two crunchy tacos, all to go. By the time I got home (a couple minutes) and the tacos were soaked/soggy and the meat was rare at-best. All ended up in the garbage can were it looked like it came from. I see that there are a lot of haters reviewing this location. Mostly gripes about the ordering app not working or whatever. Well, how about you get your fluffy a** off that couch and just go in person and order your food? Maybe I'm old school with that mentality, but I digress... My husband and I had a decent experience at this newer location. Mind you, they are severely understaffed and we arrived right after the dinner rush. They were out of guacamole because they allegedly didn't have the time to make more. That's the first time that ever happened. And of course, that's the one thing I came for. Also, the dining room was filthy and the fountain drinks were tapped. So, 4 stars for those details. The staff was nice and funny...and apologized for being out of guacamole. This place is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been in. Every single table inside and out had not been wiped down. Food in many places on the floor. Dirty food container stacked up behind the counter on the food prep area. No forks, knives or napkins available you had to ask for them and then hope the person handing them to you only touch the handle. Employees were more interested in talking and yelling across the kitchen at each other than providing customer service or cleaning things up. The blonde guy with curly hair was loud and spent the entire time I was there eating complaining about everything to do with work and only sleeping for 3 hrs. He was so loud that no matter where he was in the kitchen it was heard in the seating area. The "manger" at the time did nothing to quiet them down or make sure they weren't disturbing customers. Ordered online. Spent $11.50 on a burrito that was supposed to have double chicken extra rice salsa and cheese. My directions clearly were not followed I was given something the size of a bean burrito at Taco Bell. Unacceptable. Most would say well you need to go in to ensure they follow your directions. No one should have to go in to monitor portion sizes. I don't have to walk into Pizza Hut to watch them make my pizza. This location is garbage. On one occasion we ordered lunch online. I arrived to find the location closed an employee at the pickup window informed they they are closed until after 4 pm. Ok what about refunding our order? You have to call their customer service and request a refund. Another time we ordered online and our order included chips and guacamole only to arrive to pick up our order and be informed that they are out of chips. This location is great if you are on a diet and trying to force yourself towards healthier alternatives. I say this mainly because if you order at this location there is a 95% chance that you will not get your food unless you come prepared with the entire T-swift 1989 album or an hour long podcast you've been dying to listen to. I've tried this location 3 times and I have chosen to just leave twice. If convenience is something you care about, I suggest you spend your time making your own burrito. I'm not even lying, you can literally stop at the store, ponder over whether you want soft shells or hard shells for 10 minutes, make it home and have your own taco/burrito night before you would get your online order from these guys.. I visited this Mentor location for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I had came from the willoughby location, which was out of every protein as usual and filled with negative rude workers. So when I got up to order here and the young woman working was smiling and friendly, I breathed a sigh of relief. I was watching the staff operate as I waited to order because it was a fairly long line. I will say they were grinding out orders and in a good way. I didn't wait even 5 mins to order and they had almost everything in stock, no fajitas but idc that much. I actually got extra rice when I asked for it, and it had some of the best flavor I'd gotten out of chipotle rice in months. Seem like other locations don't add seasoning and tastes bland lol. The steak tasted great, and I didn't get fatty pieces which I hate. It seems like a new building and is nice modern looking inside. The manager I believe or young lady in charge she was really nice. This will be my new go to location and I HOPE that i continue to have good experiences here or I'll change my review. read more

The drive through orders are not good. I asked for extra corn and I got none, my friend asked for extra rice and got half a scoop. The bowls were half full and full price which is upsetting, if you visit this chipotle just walk in don't waste your time on the drive through and online ordering. This location is newer and has a chipotlane. When they first opened, they were extremely busy and wait times were extensive. They've become efficient for the amount of orders they receive, and the quality of ingredients is always pretty good.
