She stated the line/head sets were "recorded" and all employees heard the same thing. I find this awkward as the last lady seemed very apologetic for the statements made. She said her district managers name was "X" and she already called him to let him know. unfortunately I'm not an idiot. I did a 2 second search found the other stores and found that the true district manager isn't "X" and it isn't a man.
