I used to complain that chipotle no longer gives the portions like they used to before, but I decided to stop by this location for the very first time and it greatly changed my mind. The chipotle was pretty clean, well AC'd, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's located in the shopping center near the grove with its own gated parking lot. I came around 11:30am on a Monday morning and it wasn't busy at all! The person that was working on the line was by himself and restocked all the ingredients before he helped me. The cook on the grill was in a very good mood singing/humming while cutting up the steak. Once I was helped, the worker was kind and straight to the point of making my order. When I saw the way he prepared my bowl I was in complete shock because he wasn't skimping on any ingredients at all! My bowl was very well filled and I am more than happy on how it came out! I don't eat at chipotle as frequently as before bc of the portion sizes becoming smaller and smaller, but this location changed my mind and I would love to come back to enjoy how I remembered chipotle was like before! The line was long for the food but I was wondering why there was no one eating in the restaurant. This review is about the ambience and not the food on a Saturday at lunch time in the farmers market parking lot. Before I turned right around and left the line from eating there, I took some pics of the dining room. They need to make more of an effort to tidy up the eating area. It looked very dirty and unkept. I've gone to this chipotle frequently. I can't ever remember having really good service here. This is a fast food restaurant and I don't really expect five star restaurant service. But there still needs to be a level of service that makes people want to come back to the location and that is satisfactory. This specific day that I went here there was one gentleman taking orders, creating the bowls and ringing customers out while there was about five other employees present. The gentleman in this photo is seen using his phone while there are five people on line waiting to be helped. He then starts making rice and is using one glove only. Outside seating was very dirty and so was the bathroom. We ordered online and it said it was going to be ready in 10 minutes. I believe we waited 25 minutes until it was ready. Me and my wife came by to get her a bowl, the food was good which is why I'm leaving 3 stars but man oh man, the service was absolutely horrible. One thing that really gets me going is whenever employees at a service working job don't acknowledge my existence at all when I'm waiting patiently. That wasn't the problem however, the issue was the moment he started our order, he was rude right off the bat. I go to this location almost weekly, and I just had to stop and call out one of the employees who works the front line often. Specifically, last Friday afternoon, 3/28, around 3pm, I stopped for a bowl and the line to order was insane. Bustling restaurant. One employee cooking on the back line and one employee working the front line with customers. Even my anxiety was high from the amount of customers, however, the man working the front line was incredibly calm, cool and collected + kind to each customer that waited for their food. I used to work in corporate for a big fast casual brand, and this is exactly how we trained our employees to handle these kinds of situations. If you're corporate, find out who this man was and give him a raise. He deserves it. Consistent good service from him at this location. read more

The manager there (African American male) is super kind. A polite human being who you can tell cares about people and his job. I only go to this one when on this side of town because of him! His staff has been up and down but when he's there they are on point loving people. Today I tried the BRISKET for the first time and it is very very good. There is a slight sweet flavor and behind it is juicy smokiness flavor. It's really a big hit for me and I'll only be ordering that from now on as long as hey have it. I've been a loyal customer of chipotle for years but when I got to this chipotle by the grove I was completely disappointed. I asked for a chicken quesadilla. The girl that was doing my quesadilla didn't know how to do it at all. She tried placing the cheese and then continued to give me a small spoon of chicken. When I asked for a double scoop I was treated as if I couldn't afford it but once they proceeded to give me my second spoon of quesadilla they just gave me half a spoon so the quesadilla was almost empty. Once she proceeded to warm my quesadilla at the end she just warmed it for 5 seconds so it was still cold and soggy. 100% WOULD NOTTT recommend to visit this location. Horrible services. read more
