Came here on the way to a corn maze. We thought we'd grab some food prior. I've never been to a Chipotle, so here we go! The order process was fine. I ordered a chicken burrito and kept it simple: Pico, cheese, and white rice. It was okay. The food was kinda cold, but the flavor was alright. The staff were friendly enough, but I could tell they dont want much to do with the customers. We sat in the back. This place is MESSY. There's food all over the place. The bathrooms are gross. There's a smell of horrible BO, and customers definitely don't clean up after themselves after using the restrooms. I mean, first impressions were so-so. I don't think I'm a repeat customer. This is a terrible Chipotle location. I just got my food at 11am and the salad bowl looks so bad. The guacamole is brown already and they are supposed to make this fresh every morning. There is only a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce and a whole lot of spicy salsa. This isn't the first time I have been disappointed in this location. This Chipotle location is my favorite! The staff is friendly and super helpful and the rice and meats are always soft and fresh!

I ordered for window pick up. The chipotle app said there was a problem processing my card but my bank sent me an alert saying the payment went through. I drove to the window to ask if the order went through on their end. They said no. I wanted to order kids quesadilla for my niece and they require you order that online but I went inside to ask if they can make it for me. They stated no and I needed to order on the app and I explained I did but it's saying there was a problem processing my card but the payment actually went through. The guy said "your card didn't go through so it's an issue with your card". I showed him my history on my bank app to show him it went through and he said it again. "It's an issue with your card." I got frustrated and asked if they can make my kids quesadilla, he misunderstood my question but ended up saying yes. Anyways, I paid with the same card and magically, it went through. I was embarrassed by him repeatedly saying my card didn't go through even though it did. There was a line of people waiting. The guy didn't want to help me...in another location I made a mistake by ordering at the wrong location and one of tue employees gave me the number to call, even when the line was to the door. read more

I could hear the managers not being polite to the employees and forcing them to do extra work when the managers could do work instead of being on their phones. I went in one night and there was no food left at all and too loud to hear anything because of the music the managers/employees were playing. I've ordered a total of three maybe four times from this location. Every single time there's been at least one issue with my order whether I order for one person or to be either forget something give me the wrong thing or there's a problem with the food. Mind you I eat at chipotle at least once a week in Lincoln Park. I have never had an issue there I was single problem whether there's 30 people online or three they always get the job done. Perhaps they need management from that store to come to Lockport and educate them. It's a new location it's clean, but the old saying you can't always get good help seems to have befall in that place. Sometimes I get someone who is friendly energetics and personable, and other times I get dead fish. You shouldn't hire dead fish to greet people at your restaurant, it's a negative tone and doesn't inclined them to come back. You can't rely on your chain name to keep bringing people back in, food Hass to be consistent it Hass to be hot it Hass to taste fresh it Hass to taste good. Price is the same no matter which location you go to but it's always about customer service and food quality, Lockport drops the ball on both cases. Management needs to up the game and get better people in. Other fast food establishments in town have friendly, professional people even high school kids can do away better job. If you want basic run-of-the-mill fake Mexican type food this is your place if you want underwhelming customer service and just a black experience come on in. Wow, this is my first time eating at Chipotle and I am impressed. My dad ordered the burrito and it was incredible he said and it was so flavourful. I ordered the chicken tacos and my mom ordered the steak tacos and both were amazing. The chips and salsa were nice, salty, fresh, and the best tortilla chips ever. I keep trying to give this location a try as it's closer to home, however it's no longer happening. Every single time I go in the food doesn't taste like it does at other locations. The rice is usually crunchy. Came in last night to pick up my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:20 and didn't have my food in my hands until 7:45. They had no chips made (which was part of my order) as well as no garlic steak. The counter was so dirty. I watched a team member push my food down into the bowl after he put each side on. Had decent experiences here up until recently. Always what you expect from a Chipotle, nothing above and beyond, and food was adequate. Unfortunately on our last order about two months ago, my 5 year old got food poisoning from the tomato and basil side salad. Violently ill for 24 hours. There's a few rare occasions where the food isn't more chewy than a sack of expired rubber bands. Don't even get me started with the Behemoths behind the counter portioning my food in half scoops when they clearly don't portion their own food like that. I'll then ask for a normal portion and they look at me like I got a dildo on my forehead and then try to charge for double portions. The best part about this place is ordering online. Both times, the girl at the window gave me a hard time ordering a quesadilla from the window even though you can't order it online with everything else.
