Online ordered my food and spent $35.10. They probably didn't think I would check it to make sure it was correct while in the restaurant but thankfully I did because the 2 of the 3 things were completely wrong and missing items, including the meat! I took it to the counter and explained the situation and they offered to remake it. They remade it and it was exactly the same as it was the first time- missing meat, rice on salad, missing various other toppings. I checked the second order and hike in the store and saw it was exactly the same and just felt defeated. I ordered a bowl inside the restaurant and was really disappointed with what I got. There was barely any chicken in it, and what little was there was burnt and hardened. I even noticed that most of the chicken in the serving container looked overcooked. It completely ruined the bowl because I wasn't getting the protein I paid for--just a salad with a few burnt pieces of chicken. I could barely eat more than a few bites. It really feels like Chipotle is going downhill, and as a college student, it's frustrating to spend money on a meal that's not even edible. Definitely not worth it. read more

I am in travel, business travel, and I really enjoy chipotle food but this location was simply out of line. First of all no hello no customer service no eye contact just really bad and then to make things worse always get the same bowl and there is something very wrong with the pinto beans. They added something too much to it. I don't know what it was. It just taste like chemicals and it ruined the entire meal. Keep in mind. I have eight at chipotle six times in the last two weeks while traveling for my job, so I'm very used to what the pinto beans should taste like again. We ordered online while in town and were pleasantly surprised that our order was 100% perfect. Everything was labeled with what it was and who it was for (great part of the app) and even included forks and napkins. We have been burned so many times doing pickup from restaurants that it was so refreshing to have it be this good! All Covid 19 protocols seemed to be observed. read more

Every time I go to this store the dining room is disgusting. Food all over the floors and every table is dirty. The side door is always locked so if you want to eat outside you have to walk around. The staff are miserable and unhappy. If there was another option I would never go back to this location. This is by far the worst Chipolte I have ever been to. Over the past several months the quality of the food and the service has really gone downhill. The serving sizes are about 75% of what they used to be and what other locations give. I would say more than 80% of the time my order is completely wrong with incorrect ingredients or little to no protein. I almost always order double chicken and I find maybe 4 or 5 pieces in the bowl. When I occasionally order multiple meals on the app it specifically asks for a name for each item. I enter a name, but the employees don't even write them on the items, this is extremely frustrating when we have to guess whos is whos when we all order similar meals. I have waited a few months to write this review in hopes that the service would get better but it has only gotten worse. If you can you should just stay away from this terrible location. read more

Absolutely inedible Quesadilla. Ordered online for pickup and will not make that mistake again. Most Chipotle Grills, in my opinion, are 4 stars at minimum. In fact, it is my favorite take out food! The exception to that rating is the Indiana, PA location. Consistently lower quality food than every other location across the eastern US that I have tried. Usually I can stomach poor quality food and hate to waste, but this went straight in the trash. Burnt steak, the driest hardest rice, rancid tasting pico, and was so salty the first bite had to be spit out. Hoping that it was a one-time mistake, but not confident in that. The food is always great but the serving sizes are very inconsistent. Today my kids and I got 3 bowls and they were literally half the size they normally all. I've always loved chipotle but this location is ruining it for me...it's new to Indiana so I understand there's going to be a line...I also know that if some of the employees knew what they were doing there wouldn't be such a LONG line...been there 3X so far & experienced this...today they run out of chicken...really, chicken??! That's like running out of rice or beans!! The 2nd time they ran out of chips...there were 4 employees in the back with enough time to chit-chat but no time to do a simple job like bagging chips! And the 1st time the burrito fell apart on me...the thing was soaked with bean juice...kinda nasty! I did notice a manager at this location today...he was standing in the back doing absolutely nothing...except chatting with the other employees who weren't doing much else...paying zero attention to the fact that they ran out of chicken and shortly afterwards running out of steak! I can only assume the owners don't care because they're making a ton of cash here...but I've seen MANY folks turn around & leave because the line was ridiculously long...those are $$ walking out because your people would rather chat than work!! read more

walked into chipotle and waited in line for 5 minutes while the 3 workers behind the counter socialized with each other and screamed profanities at each other from across the room and did not acknowledge the line forming. once my boyfriend and i were finally greeted, we were only told that we would not be allowed to order because we don't have a mask. the employee informed us we could order online and have the food be placed outside for pickup. we immediately left and went online to order. the website showed no available pickup times and we were umable to order online. i tried to call the store numerous times and was never connected, although i am calling during normal business hours. i was already disappointed with the language being used between employees and disappointed with the amount of time it took to be informed that they could not serve us. ordering online and not being able to pick up food has left me extremely disappointed. i understand that due to the corona virus everyone must adjust. but for a company as big as chipotle, their employees should be more kind and informative with their customers! read more
