Got a tooth in my burrito. They won't even help me in the app. Insane that you would create a public health risk and not even respond

In front is a sunken tree garden that must be a neat place to enjoy your food when the weather is nice. It's very shaded and has nice benches and a relaxing vibe to it. It's also the only place that I saw to sit down and enjoy your food. Inside the building is quite large but only has about 4 tables to stand next to without any seats. I think most people either go eat the food in their car or take it home. I ordered 2 scoops of their frozen soft serve custard. The flavored scoops were vanilla and turtle pecan. It cost $5 and change which was a real value too. I stood in a short line and had my dessert in less than 5 minutes. They have several lines to stand in to serve the many customers who come here. The vanilla scoop was rich and delicious. The turtle pecan scoop rocked my world! It had many half pecans in it and the custard was perfect in a buttery like taste that made me what to order another serving but in the interest of my waistline I decided not to. This custard impressed me. They also serve burgers, hot dogs, etc. too and I am sure it's all good here. This is a big operation that serves many people. I counted somewhere between 15-20 people working there all dressed in their white uniforms behind the counter. I wish we had a Kopp's where I live!

I would habe given 5 stars if it were for custards only, but burger and fries were quite poor…read more Reading thru a lot of old and new reviews, both from Yelp and internet in general, I got the sense that burgers used to be a lot better in the old days. Having tried them for the first time, I have to say, I can completely understand why they would say that, even without prior knowledge. I could definitely see the potential from the first bite of the burger. Patties were cooked right and gave me pleasant feeling of decent bite, except for being a bit bland. Buns definitely did not add anything to the totality of the burger, staying consistent with what everyone says. Made me wonder what kind of buns they used to use that made it better. Did not care for the soggy, green leafy part of lettuce they shoved into it. Like a normal person, I prefer a bit of crunch in my burger lettuce, but it did nothing but take away from the experience. I was sold on the idea of fried onions, but my onions didn't look or feel fried. Maybe my expectations were different on what fried onions meant? I was imagining deep fried battered onions, but maybe what I got was non-battered fried onions. Either way, it didn't leave any impression. I think I also made the mistake of asking for ketchup and mustard without specifically asking just how much. My burger ended up being too sour due to too much of both. I think I read on their website somewhere that I was supposed to be able to taste the specialness of their Wisconsin cheese, but everything else about the burger was so overpowering that I barely could tell if there was any cheese at all. Fries were SUPER soggy from the get go. I *only* brought the bad outside to open it immediately after grabbing them, so it wasn't like they stayed in the bag long enough to get soggy. Now.. having said all that. Custards were amazing! Definitely at the top of my list of frozen custards I've had thus far. The girl at the counter had me try both the daily specials and both were super good. So good that I'll probably drive my girls an hour out here just to buy them custards, especially as it gets warmer. If it were just for burgers and fries, I might have given them two stars. But since the name of the institution is Kopp's Frozen Custard, I'm more inclined to be a bit forgiving.. I had them at 3 stars originally, but I think I'll bump it up to 4, landing them personally at 3.5.

After hearing my kids talk about this place because it was trending to social media I figured I'd try it out. I got a 6 strip meal and the Cane sauce. First I tried the chicken straight up, and it tastes like flour. The chicken itself was not seasoned nor was the flour it was dredged in. I tried the Cane sauce and it's just an over seasoned ranch dressing. Seeing as I'm not a big fan of ranch dressing the sauce did nothing for me. The fries were cooked nicely but were a little over seasoned for me. I ended up getting a hand full of hot sauce packets and used two per strip just to choke them down. The two stars are for the customer service and how clean the place was. If it was food alone I would have to do zero stars

Therefore I can't speak to service or ambiance. I can say that we ordered four different iterations of their Chicago dog and we all enjoyed it. BF had the traditional jumbo dog with everything and liked it. My cousin had her jumbo without relish or onions and was happy as a clam. Mom enjoyed her jumbo dog without the relish and also was pleased. I had the veggie version with no green yuck relish and fried onions and it was really good. Who knew I liked that flavor combo? Also, kudos for offering a veggie dog option. That's a smart business choice. I also had onion rings and while I usually prefer battered rings, the crunchiness of these was undeniably excellent, even delivered, even from a location not super near to me. Nice! My mom and cousin enjoyed their chocolate malt, and I applaud that they offer malts and not just shakes, but we only got one of the two we ordered. That was a shame. Still, I'm pleasantly surprised by my foray into carnivore territory.

Two, it is not like any typical fast food restaurant. I put this place in the category of family oriented establishment. After an event, we have gone to this location, ordered, sat down, talked, and enjoyed our meal without any problems. Also, it's clean, the workers do not have an attitude, and if there is a problem they are more than happy to fix it. Three, the food! I like to order the Chicago dog (as is). No ketchup! And of course the chocolate cake.

When I was a doughy kid…read morein the 90's it had expanded slightly and I have fond memories of visiting the location in nearby Wisconsin Dells while on vacation. Today, Culver's can be found in 26 states serving up their famous Butterburgers and custard. For those unfamiliar with custard, it's similar to ice cream, except it includes eggs. The eggs give custard a smooth and extra creamy texture. OREO Cookie Cheesecake is currently one of Culver's rotating Flavor of the Day options. This custard is cheesecake flavored with rich cheesecake pieces and OREO Cookie pieces swirled in. Beginning with the vanilla cheesecake base, it was intense. I'm a fan of cheesecake, but this creamy custard was almost too tangy for me. Thankfully the chocolate OREO cookie pieces help to cut the cheesecake flavor and balance things out a bit. Speaking of the OREO pieces, there were plenty of mix-ins as both the cheesecake pieces and OREOs were bountiful. Ironically, I had no qualms whatsoever with the flavor of the actual pieces of cheesecake. Overall, this was an enjoyable flavor, but I don't think I'd want to eat more than a single scoop in a serving as that cheesecake flavor really packs a punch. Even though I probably won't get it again (Ben & Jerry's Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake is still my favorite) I would still recommend it to cheesecake fans, especially if other cheesecake ice cream flavors are not available in your area.
