Delicious, quick and consistent! A family favorite when we want "fast" food but not fried drive-thru. The chicken burrito bowl is always good, full of flavor and spice. The only down side is the $2 charge for a little scoop of guacamole. Really a lot for what you get and not worth that up charge. Parking can be tricky in "the circle" but you can always find a spot in the lot next door. read more

I ordered delivery and they delivered someone else's food. The driver said he couldn't take responsibility. Called Chipotle and got AI, then someone from a foreign country. Said they would not re-send my order. Not going back! read more

I've been to this particular location a few times and the food is consistent., meaning it's good fast food no better or worse from the time before. This is why we return plus they offer coupons via the app on occasion. The food is always ready when requested. We do take out. My only complaint when we picked up the food yesterday I didn't think to look in the bag. The sauce was not covered well and it spilled within the bag. Quite a mess. So just take a quick look before you leave the place. read more

Wow! Chipotle restaurants are usually pretty clean, but this one is disgusting! Food from prior customers is left on the tabletops, half of the meats and toppings are missing, no lemonades or other drinks, etc. Chipotle's management needs to fire the staff here and rehire. Don't eat here! Yuck! read more

They always mess something up. Order a burrito, I get in my car and it's a bowl. Have an order supposed to be ready at 2:30pm, but not ready until 2:50pm. Or they are out of lids, straws, and napkins. It's also frequently messy and the bathrooms are gross. So why do I keep coming here? Well now I come about 50% less than I used to, but my kids love Chipotle so I suck it up when they insist on it-I just plan for the inadequacies of this Chipotle- so if I want my order ready for 2:30, I put in the app to make it ready for 2:10! read more

Didn't have a good experience with the manager here during a jersey Buy One Get One day deal. Would recommend a different location if you have the time. Food is fine, but manager is just a real grouch. read more

I have to agree, the place was filthy. I would think the first place to start would be emptying overflowing garbage cans. Food was cold and restaurant was also cold. I won't go back. read more

I like chipotle but this location is a disaster. Often messes order up!!!Very rude employees!!! Won't ever go again!

incredibly poorly run. it's almost as if the management wants to send an FU to Glastonbury residents on purpose. Frequently disgusting and understaffed. Some staff are pleasant and trying hard, others hostile and couldn't care less. read more

They really do serve you the smallest size they can get away with. Lol it's not an urban legend! Just not a clean environment. Garbage over filled, beverage area messy... I don't go there often, so this may just be a bad coincidence but of the last five times that I've been there, on one occasion, they ran out of tortillas and my recent visit there was no ice. read more

This place never has a full complement of ingredients. Tonight it was no chicken! How can you not have chicken at Chipotle??? This is a poorly managed and run restaurant. Do waste your time. read more

Every single person working here was rude. Did not ask if I wanted a drink or chips and salsa. Pretty much just slopped my food into the bowl and handed it to me. Seemed annoyed to serve me. Food was over salted. It was horrible and I love chipotle. Don't go to this location read more

My husband and I frequent Chipotle whenever we are doing a round of Whole30 because they offer a wholesome bowl which is Whole30 approved. I always order through the app and our bowls are ready when we arrived. They are always made to perfection with a generous amount of guacamole which I very much appreciate. The employees are always kind and courteous and it's the overall perfect fast casual experience in my opinion. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wholesome bowl - Mexican Near Me - Glastonbury, Connecticut

This location is terrible... they checked off my order as being done even though it was not for another 30 mins. I couldn't even complain to Chipotle on the app because the staff here falsely check stuff as being done on time just to have you waiting in the store for 30 additional mins. Portions also horrible no meat every single time I go. My coworker found a MOTH in her food a couple weeks ago as well. I have complained about this location like 5x because it's the closest to me and I want to have it but I'm officially giving up. Seems like this one is getting worse and worse. read more

Fast, efficient service with VERY friendly and professional staff. Definitely will return to this location.

I'm an idiot, I thought I would give them another chance. The place is still filthy. They had no chicken, all the other toppings were almost gone. The garbage was over flowing. The tables all needed to be wiped down. Out the door I went . They better be careful another resturant is opening up in the same building, which will put this place out of business. . read more

I have been to many Chipotle locations and this is by far the best! I will drive out of my way to get here. My mobile order is always made correctly and the servings are generous. I don't consume dairy or guacamole so I like that I'm able to request extra beans and salsa while skipping out on the options I don't enjoy. Thank you for being reliable and paying attention to customer orders. read more

Staff were not very friendly and they lacked customer service. The woman just seemed very annoyed she had a customer in line. Let me note, I was the only person in the building. She just added the first few things I asked for and wrapped my burrito. When cashing out, I asked if I could order a drink but was ignored by the cashier. Not a great experience at this location. read more

The food is the standard good, the servers are nice. And behind the counter looks clean...BUT the rest of this place is filthy. Every table dirty -- I mean it, every single one. The floor dirty with spilled gunk and litter, so your shoes stick to the floor and the litter sticks to you too. Garbages overflowing. I get that staff get busy, but the team had no customers and were relaxing behind the counter. Truly consistently dirty and ratty no matter what day you visit. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Things that were not part of the order: brisket instead of chicken, both black and pinto beans and veggies... - Mexican Near Me - Glastonbury, Connecticut

One of the worst chipotle experiences I have had. Ordered via the app, arrived 5 minutes prior the scheduled ready time and waited patiently as they appeared busy. Approached the manager after 30 minutes of waiting for my order. She would not tell me her name but she immediately blamed me for putting my order in my car and coming back in for another. She then stated they made it three times already and they would make it one more time. Not sure how u make an order 3 times when I am standing there for a half hour. She was the most unprofessional manager I have encountered. We used to eat here once or twice a week, will drive to Wethersfield from now on. read more

There is a sign on the door saying they are temporarily closed, but it looks like the whole place is shut down. I hope the people at Yelp can update this, so nobody waste their time driving over like I just did. read more

This place is horrible. Bunch of workers who have 0 desire to be there and could care less about your food your eating. If you walk in and can hear rap music blaring there probably isn't a manager working there and it's a free for all. The worst looking burritos are slung out of this place. This place is horrible. Owner/management should be ashamed of themselves; it is dirty, trash overflowing, utensils not replenished. Why do you run out of sour cream? Bad vibe . I been to this chipotle 3 times to pick up my doordash orders and I always wait 30 min to get it. Last night I waited 30 min and they told me after they didn't have the ticket. Horrible service. Super slow. Worst chipotle. Waited there for a pick up for over ten mins. No one even greeted me. When they finally did come over it was just to tell me they didn't have any of stuff that was ordered. This was an hour of waiting overall to report they had none of the items ordered. Yikes! To say this was gross would be an understatement. First they completely screwed up our order and it wasn't until we got all the way home that we realized neither dish was what we ordered. Secondly, the "meat" in one of the dishes smelled and tasted like cat food. Legit cat food. I am not sure how anyone can eat this. read more

Do not come in on a saturday afternoon, my experience was so bad I am leaving a yelp review. My side tortilla was allowed to drag along the entire countertop and I had to request a new one. The cashier was clearly frustrated by my request and the relative incompetence of her fellow lineworkers. they mixed up orders, worked too slow and had a line backed up out the door of hungry people, and for the entire 25 minutes that I was in this "fast food" restaurant there was no steak left and no one was working on making more. I almost NEVER leave yelp reviews. Usually, my experience at places is not so terrible that I need to leave such a scathing one, nor is it usually so amazing that I leave a delighted one (unless one of the people working there goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience). In this case, the workers seemed either sleepy and lackadaisical or down right frustrated with the business and their coworkers. the tension was palpable. I don't like the community on Yelp because I find it to be full of people who are rude to folks who work in the service industry. I am not one of those people. Even when the cashier got frustrated and the guy got my order wrong, I still said thank you and remained polite. Clearly this was not a normal circumstance, they were understaffed and overwhelmed, but I wanted to bring this to people's attention anyways. read more

Wow?? I just realized I never wrote a review for here...go figure. Well here it is.... I really like Chipotle. This location is always very clean and really keeps on top of making sure they don't run out of anything. Parking can be a real drag during the week lunch hour since everyone likes to go to Somerset Square for lunch. I love the Barbacoa which is Beef that is marinated in spices till it is falling apart. My new favorite though is the Sofritas which is firm tofu that is broken up and cooked with spices....ha a little kick to it... I tend to go with the bowls when I am here and I also like to get the chips which seem to have a limey kick to them. Oh and they have Mr. PIBB here which is the Bomb! If you like Dr. Pepper give Mr. PIBB a try you might like him too... read more

It's alright, so overpriced but you get some stuff. I don't know they could be a little cooler to with that slimy guacamole

If I could I would give them a zero. They are rude, skimpy with protein. And to make matters worse the don't give military discount, not even to a veteran who served his country USA for 20 years. So in that case they have lost our family as customers. read more

This place is a disaster. Ordered Uber eats for pick up. Way over the time estimate, didn't have the protein for either of the two burritos we ordered but didn't give us the option to cancel, and everyone making the to-go orders moves at a snails pace. First and only trip ever to this Chipotle. read more

Food is okay, staff tries to be accommodating, however between language barriers and acoustics of the high ceilings, many errors are made. We were there today, around 3pm for an early dinner. My husband noticed a male employee walk into the restaurant with a very obvious gun holster WITH A GUN on the right side of his waist, and he walked into the right side of the register (he obv worked there). VERY concerning for a restaurant that doesn't allow guns, regardless of license or law. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.usatoday.com/amp/9317569 read more

We are regular customers in Chipotle. But Last time we ordered online in Chipotle they forgot give rice in the burrito bowl. After that again we ordered online we didn't select the option of the rice and we gone with softritas option then they give very less amount in burrito bowl, we didn't expect this. Also we experienced that if we select some specific timing to get the order it won't happened, they were delaying the order or the order might be gone.
