***Avoid This Location at All Costs (Visited Yesterday) This was yesterday, and it was hands down one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. They had a new employee (brown hair) working who showed zero customer service skills. He looked extremely nervous, didn't make eye contact, and never acknowledged me when I walked in. I placed a pickup order that was already paid for, yet I was completely ignored while he slowly served every single customer in line ahead of me. My order was sitting on the counter directly behind him, ready to go, while I stood there waiting. What is the point of ordering ahead if pickup customers are treated like they don't exist? This location clearly prioritizes only the in-line customers and disregards those who already paid. Because of this, my food got cold. The service was painfully slow and the lack of awareness or urgency came across as rude. Terrible service, terrible experience. Do not order or eat at this location. Owner needs to get involved. The team: no smiles, no eye contact, no welcome. Slow service. Countertops in kitchen covered with food and dirty pots and pans, Bins of chips sitting on a table just out in the open. Soda fountain didn't have caps to control flow. Floor wet. I asked them to fix but never did when I was there. No tea options. One guest found them in a bin and was able to get coke. A women asked if he food was ready from a call in. Staff barely spoke to her and asked her to wait. She waited and waited. Finally after about 10 minutes they asked her what she was waiting on. Bottom line, staff just didn't care. Sad. read more

I ordered lunch here every day. The servings have gotten amazingly light. I order, white rice, black beans, double chicken, mild and green salsa and lettuce. I can see the bottom of the bowl it's maybe 1/3 full. They used to have to push the lid on. I eat Chipotle 7-8 times a week. I think I am done for quite a while. read more

I recently had a chance to grab dinner from this location and boy was I disappointed. Upon entering at 7 PM with a closing time of 11 PM on a Sunday night I was told that they were out of steak, black beans, queso, Barbacoa, and sour cream. How do you run out of core ingredients that make up your menu? Since we were craving chipotle, we went ahead and still ordered. I should've taken the sign of the general disarray, dirty tables, and messy prep areas as a sign that I should've left. It's like they didn't care. We bought a burrito bowl and a burrito with chicken since they were out of all of those other ingredients. After a quick drive home, the first bite of the burrito was ice cold. The rice itself was not even warm at all. I don't know if it was the leftover rice or whether their heating tables were not functioning, but it was simply disgusting. This is also a food health hazard. I immediately called chipotle to report what we had experienced at the restaurant. It was not my goal to get free food, but for corrective behavior. They said they would inform the management staff and they would reach out to me to tell me how they would prevent the situation from happening again. Three days later I still have not heard from anyone. They have lost the customer. I definitely will not return given these conditions. read more

This used to be my go-to everyday the last year. In the last 6 months it's taken a turn for the worse. Their ice machine was down for weeks. When you order pickup, you get your drink warm and can't get a refund because you already paid. The chicken is burnt to black half the time and I have gotten the wrong drink a handful of times. Sometimes I wait in the chipotlane for 15-20 minutes when I can see people through the window. It must be new owners or a new staff because I can't think of any other reason for the downward spiral. read more

Every time I give this specific Chipotle location another try, I am let down. The most recent visit involved me waiting 20 minutes for my food which was sitting on the shelf when I arrived at the restaurant. The employees just couldn't be bothered to walk the 15 feet to the shelf to grab the bag. read more

I waited over 36 minutes for a steak bowl and chips and when I received the items I had five pieces of steak and a few pieces of iceberg lettuce. $16 for that trash?! We went once earlier this week, got home and our chicken was freezing cold. We called and they let us get 2 free bowls next time we came in. We went back today and the service was god awful. The lady manager who was nice on the phone was so incredibly rude for no reason. We asked to add chips to our order and she said "that's not included" with such an attitude. like that's fine? We have no problem paying for some chips. We get home and the chicken is cold AGAIN! The portions are so slim it's laughable AND it's over priced. read more

When my girlfriend and I were at Chipotle in our Halloween costumes the employee failed to realize that we were in our costumes than my girlfriend almost was charged for another item and wouldn't have known except that the item was in the bag with her burrito!!!!!! read more

I went there today to order two bowls. I can tell that there was a rush crowd before I got there. There was black beans mixed with the white rice. The guacamole was black!! They had added fresh avocados to the black guacamole. I asked, for the guacamole on the side to see were they really going to serve it to me. Of course they did, without a doubt. So, I asked, the cashier, do you realize that the guacamole is black? He turned to the supervisor, and she said, it's extra rather in the side or in the bowl. Neither, employee noticed that the guacamole was BLACK!! I suggest some more extensive training! We all should know by now how to serve fresh food! When I arrived home, the chips were stale;CHEWY!! And still charging the customers for it. Maybe, they are use to people coming in a rush to get out. I have never been to a Chipotle service and food was awful. read more

The poor kids up front had no help while they had a line of 10 at the door and only one kid on the line. The restaurant was a mess, no white rice even though there was a huge pot behind the line but nobody was grabbing it for him. Restaurant was a mess, tables had food all over them. Ice was overflowing onto the floor. The line was a mess and had mixed into the toppings, corn salsa in the sour cream and hot sauce. No chips were ready and they had a line of people waiting for online orders even though they were sitting on the counter behind the register. Poor management I'm assuming, took us 20 minutes to get through the line even though we were 4th in line. Got the chicken and it was dry. Normally everytime I order from this chipotle location it's hit or miss on if they mess up the order entirely. Blonde lady who was cutting the chicken I'm assuming was the manager or acting like she was in charge was super rude. read more

I am a delivery driver, I got an order for this restaurant went in to get it. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to ask about my order. They told me to go wait at the register, I did. After another 10 minutes, I went and asked again to which I got the reply "All you had to do was ask about it and we would have gotten it for you." This was the same employee both times. I waited 25 minutes for 1 bowl. Fast forward an hour or so, I decided I wanted chipotle for dinner, and would give the restaurant a second chance. I put in my order at 9:50, show up at the restaurant at 10:15. My order had not even been started yet. I wait for 10 minutes before going into the store. I go in, the employees do not even respond to me when I walk to the counter. When my order is finally done, the employee comes to me to hand me the food. I start to speak, when she pulls the food back, no longer handing it to me. She then forces me to speak before she will. I go on to say how this kind od service for a restaurant that's food is pre cooked is unacceptable and I will leave a bad review because of this. She then goes on, to offer me a job at the restaurant. I felt as if she meant this in an insulting way. This all being said, another 35 minutes, for ONE bowl. I give 1 star to the lanky blonde kid working tonight 12/29/23. He had a terrible attitude. Was literally handing out half scoops of rice and after being nice and patient with him, he decided to put meat in the bowl, then took half of it out and put it back into the container. 0/10 service, definitely not something I'd want to pay for. read more
