Visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill - 6100 Long Prairie Rd on February 19, 2026 around 9:24 PM to get food for my daughter. She was initially told the store was closed, even though customers were still entering. When I went inside to ask, an employee rudely said they were only taking digital orders and responded with "if you would have read the sign on the door." When I asked for the store number, the same employee told me to "file a complaint for being a dumbass not able to read." Completely unacceptable. We come to this location at least twice a week and have never been treated this poorly. Digital-only policies are one thing, but there is no excuse for disrespectful behavior toward customers. read more

When I got home and unwrapped the beast, I half expected a grain avalanche. I wouldn't be surprised if this location single-handedly caused a regional rice shortage. If Guinness World Records wants to investigate the most rice ever crammed into a tortilla, this is your spot. Naturally, I reached out to Customer Service. Their solution? A free entrée that expires in 30 days--so I can experience this joy all over again. No store follow-up, no training moment, just another notch on the burrito blunder belt. I now understand why most Chipotle locations can't break past a two-star average. And then came "Pepper," the bot. About as helpful as a fork at a soup tasting. I was passed to a live agent--likely outsourced, underpowered, and apologetically incapable. I mean, bless them, but their hands are clearly tied behind their back by corporate red tape and margin mandates. The icing on the metaphorical rice cake? A canned response from "Sheldon," who must moonlight as a chatbot himself. His message was so out of sync with what I'd written, I had to double-check that he wasn't replying to someone else entirely. As for compensation? To receive a refund, I had to forfeit my "free item," which is probably corporate's way of punishing customers for daring to want food made correctly. This isn't the Chipotle I fell in love with back in Minneapolis. That one had soul. This one feels like an over-leveraged franchise just trying to survive the lunch rush without reading instructions. I'm voting with my wallet--and selling my Chipotle stock while I'm at it. Because if this is how customers are treated, the long-term outlook isn't savory. Another terrible experience. It's tiring. There is no excuse when I order two double chicken bowls and I don't even get a full serving on either one. It was more than an hour before closing and I walk in to get my order to see them fully cleaning up. No corn, lettuce, and a half order of chicken. What a fuckin terribly run restaurant. I ordered a $50.80 order from chipotle through the app. Door dash deliver a Taco Bell bag with nothing in it. Door dasher said she didn't speak English and typed on her phone that she gave my order to someone else. I tried to call chipotle and a real person doesn't answer the phone. I drove up to chipotle and the manager would not refund my order or give me the missing food. Said it was a door dash issue. Door dash had me on the phone for 40 minutes telling me chipotle has my payment info and they must do the refund. So I am out $50.80 and neither chipotle nor door dash will refund my order. Two days in a row I have ordered from the app at this location and they have not included the chips with my order. Shame on me for not double checking but when the bag is sealed, I shouldn't have to double check it. Fired FOREVER... Im done with incompetence. I made an online order for 8:30pm. Showed up right on time to see 10+ people standing around the cash register waiting for take out. One patron noticed me walk up and said, "what time is your order for?" I said 8:30. She then said, "mine is for 7:30 and I'm still waiting over an hour later." I'm like screw that! That's when I looked up and saw that the line of people ordering burritos had now emptied out and the staff was just standing around talking; 5 of them. I asked for a manager, "is it really an hour wait for my burrito?" She was like "sir we're under staffed and going as fast as we can..." "Then why are they just standing around rather than making orders?" She said, "they're not allowed. To go must be made in the back..." I can tolerate a lot of things, but not using your resources when you have people waiting an hour for fast food is not one of them. I walked out and went elsewhere. read more

Placed an online order and it was the smallest burrito that I've ever gotten from Chipotle. I bit through a solid half inch of only tortilla that had been folded over itself because they put so little filling inside. The guacamole we got also was so salty it did not taste like avocado, only salt. read more

Our family typically enjoy Chipotle. The staff was kind , however they seemed understaffed. The tables were dirty, we actually cleaned our table as did a mother with young kids used what looked liked baby wipes to clean the tables. Mom looked our way as we interpreted as " Wow Really?". The crew needed additional product to serve, they were loudly requesting assistance from the make ready staff. This is the second time we witnessed this situation. We love the fresh food at Chipotle. But oh my Goodness! What is the deal on the lack of cleanliness of their Flower Mound store. At 1:00 pm, we stopped for lunch. Personnel finally found order and had to enter and make items on the spot. Only got a "sorry" when bag handed over. Ordering on the app ahead of time for pickup seems To be a total waste of time. There was an issue with my order the other evening and even when I approached the young lady on duty with some attitude I was truly surprised by her demeanor. She was calm and reassuring that the issue would be taken care of, (lettuce was put on one of the bowls) and I was having one of those days and probably came off a bit rude considering that it was an easy fix. The wife and son were waiting on dinner and I was stressed and running late. The young lady (name started with a T I believe) was very helpful. My wife stopped by this Chipotle to bring home dinner. Stop here couple times a month but haven't been in awhile. Evidently Chipotle is on a major cost savings campaign. I have attached a pic of the pulled pork bowl that they prepared. Of it has two tablespoons of pork it would be a stretch.
