Just like any Chipotle around the country. Same service across everywhere at ubiquitous places...

Stopped into Chipotle Mexican Grill after ordering ahead on the app, and overall it was a smooth experience. My order was ready right when I got there (always a win), everything was fresh, and they got the order exactly right. Only downside... if you're planning to eat there, bring a jacket. The place was pretty cold inside around 3:30, which made it a little less comfortable to sit and enjoy the food. Other than that, solid experience. Quick, accurate, and fresh... can't ask for much more. read more

Imagine working at chipotle for minimum wage & laughing @ your customers because you're not doing your job & making your stuff. lol the real joke is you buddy gone be stuck here forever . I can see why this location has 2.5 stars rating. Tavion rude asl & he lucky he don't know me os of this place. Good day read more

The food was good but they are just very skimpy with the portions for protein and when i asked for a little more i got charged for a double portion! They need to stop being so skimpy at Chipotle read more

We got two bowls to go. Both had 1/3rd of the amount of chicken they should have. I even ordered double meat on one of them... which made no difference. I'll have to remember to avoid this location in the future. read more

A disgrace. Such a mess. The food was all over the place, spilling outside the containers. The employees looked exhausted, constantly scraping the bottoms of the trays. The juice containers were dried up, and the garbage bins were overflowing. I genuinely feel sorry for the customers who ordered online. They only got the sauce from the black beans, not even the beans themselves. What is that? Unacceptable. Needs a total revamp. read more

For starters, when someone orders DOUBLE chicken online, it would be appropriate to get 2 scoops of meat, not HALF of a scoop. Quite ridiculous that I pay to get a certain thing and it's not honored. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ordered DOUBLE chicken...there's maybe HALF a scoop. - Mexican Near Me - Farmingdale, New York

Ingredients are not always fresh. I hate when they scrape the bottom of an old container and put it on top of a fresh. It seems like a health violation. In addition the food is expensive and service is not good. They are not very nice. This review is both Melville and East Northport (may be considered Commack) old Sears shopping center. With East Northport definitely having food safety violations. I walked out without eating it was that bad. Eat at your own risk. read more

There's always something wrong when I go to this location. Last night, 3/12/2022 I went in and the food line looked so empty, and they refused to put out anymore food even though they were not closing for another hour and a half. They weren't accepting any cash, only cards. The employees at this location just lack courtesy, common sense and TRAINING. Avoid this location like the plague. read more

Updated review. This location hasn't got any better since my last visit. Long lines, one employee working the food, soda machines broken, bottled soda warm, and so on. The food was fine but with Qudoba down the block this will probably be my last visit here. read more

I rarely eat Chipotle at any location. In fact, it's been at least 5 years since I had it. I decided to grab lunch at Chipotle because I had a reward discount and this location was on the way. Well, I won't be again. There are other places that make burrito bowls worth enjoying. First off, only card or exact change. Ok. Then due to equipment problems, no chips served at this location. There goes my guac! Anyhow, I ordered a burrito bowl. I wanted chicken. The girl says we're running low on chicken. Blank stare. I'm like okayy. So y'all ain't got nothing else?? She gives me their new Pollo Asado. Literally 2 secs later someone refills the container with regular chicken. Wth! You could have just asked someone how long for chicken. So they add some regular chicken on top. I proceed to add all the toppings and another girl asked if I had double chicken. No! You ain't about to charge me extra because the guy who refilled the chicken container gave me more of what I initially wanted from jump. Bad enough they charged me for that bland Pollo Asado chicken. Though the bowl was packed, it wasn't that flavorful. I recall having way better. I def won't be eating there again. I'm good. read more

This location is terrible! Ordered 3 soft tortilla tacos and it came bundled and wrapped in aluminum foil - doesn't even come in a tray anymore?!?! This looks so unappetizing that I don't even want to eat it - it's like a mushed pile. Will definitely not be returning here anymore. read more

Food is consistently good and I know what to expect. However, if you go a little later, they may run out of certain things. I'm not sure if they run out or just to feel like making more. The place is always busy so I hope it's not the latter. read more

I love this location because it's steps away from work and the preppers are nicer than before. There's one woman... older woman, that doesn't allow you to get your $4 worth of extra meat. She acts as if I'm asking her for the krabby patty recipe or something. I always go in trying to make eye contact with the other workers there in hopes that I'll get them, but it's always THIS ONE LADY. NO ONE ELSE MAKES MEALS LIKE SHE DOES!! Then when you ask for more, she cuts her eyes at you like you're the devil's spawn. Two of my coworkers were there before and we all heard each other ask for more when this woman made our plates. WE EVEN ASKED FOR DOUBLE. DOUBLE IS $4.15! SHE clamps us $1.50 worth of meat! I should ask for my money back. I cant even show a pic of the plate I had because I swallowed it in one gulp before I finished the first sentence of this review. read more

This photo doesn't even show how LITTLE they put into this bowl. It was sooo light. They ran out of so many ingredients, you would think they would add a little extra of the few they had to offer. I didn't want to believe all the negative comments. I've been coming to this location for years but this portion wouldn't even feed a child. They really really skimped. I'm disappointed at the service. Especially with how expensive everything is right now. $20 for this less than half filled bowl is appalling. And I neverrr like to leave negative reviews read more

This restaurant has a two star average for a reason. The chicken tastes like sand. Consistent inaccuracy, consistent poor service, every time I give them a chance. Take a tip, go to the QDoba across the street (4 stars). Better service, better variety, better food, better deals. And much friendlier faces. The reviews speak for themselves. read more

Service was appalling. Let me start with the store closes at 11pm. I went to the chipotle in Farmingdale NY. And the girl that added the fixings was one of the nastiest servers I have had in a minute. I asked for a little bit of Peco, and little bit of hot sauce and extra cheese. Her responds was "I have to save some for other customers". And I was willing to pay for it note I didn't ask for extra anything else that I wasn't willing to pay for (extra Guc). They had 2 more hours to go. This location is convenient bc it's in the same parking structure as Walmart. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I will never visit that location again! I guess I will become a weekly customer of Qdoba. read more

Place was dirty. Definitely will never go back. I didn't want to put anything inside my bowl. Everything was spilled all over the service counter and u can see all the sauces, and toppings were mixed into each other. Wish I took pictures to share. read more

Nothing like the commercial! Lousy one spoon of things you order. Had to pick through the rice and beans to find the meat. Expensive too . Costs 36.00 for two people for lunch. Could have went to Arby's for half that and been full . read more

This location could use improvements as far as service and sticking to the standards of Chipotle. The food is always fresh but there have been times in the past where I had to wait for chicken to finish cooking. When visiting a big chain like Chipotle, you expect your food to be prepared quickly so you can get your food and go. When they run out of food, they take away from the "fast-food" experience. Ever since they came out with the app, I only place my order on the app and skip the line. Win win. The lines can be long if you come during the lunch or dinner rush so this is great if you want to get in and get out. If you order a kids meal to go, I would recommend opening up the carton and checking to make sure everything is there. Literally every single time I order a kids meal, something is missing. Another issue I constantly have at this location is the flavor of the chips. They're either doused in salt or lime and they're inconsistent. I wish they'd keep up with the times and offer a rewards program. I spend probably around $100 every month and they don't reward your loyalty the way Moe's does. read more

Now I remember! Hubby never tried Chipotle and so we headed over for lunch. He had the burrito and I 2 soft tacos. Food was just ok but a bit pricey for what you get in my opinion. Also wasn't thrilled with how the serve the tacos side by side so the juices ooze out on each other making it messier to eat. I've been to a Chipotle in the city several yrs ago during peak of their hype. Wasn't impressed then and this last visit reminded me why after going that one time I haven't been back again till my hubby wanted to try. This location is ALWAYS poorly stocked. Went tonight and they said it would be a half hour for steak. They didn't have chips. Constantly out of ice. I'm a big Chipotle fan but this location is turning me off. I've been here multiple times hoping to see if the last visit was a fluke; sadly, every visit has been disappointing. The food isn't fresh, the portions are small, and the attitude of the workers is rude. No one who works here seems to care. You'll have one worker who does the entire order and one who handles the cash register. Everyone else is in the back. The lines are long and the online orders are never on time. You'd think it would be quicker since everyone congregates in the back but they all joke around while the lines get long. Go to the Qdoba across the street. You save money and the workers are professional. And the food is better there too. read more

This Chipotle has hired new staff . I was there last Saturday trying to get a salad bowl . They were out of the lettuce in front of the order line . So they told me to wait they already ask to get a new bowl of salad . I waited for 10 minutes and no one brought up a salad to front of the line . So I walk out . This Chipotle has so many problems but I feel like the manager does not care . I suggest if you want a better service Try Qdoba Mexican grill which is across from this chipotle on Farmingdale. Chipotle has an app for rewards . I will delete that cheep application today and I won't be back to this location any more . Look their headquarters don't even has anyone answering your call . No matter what I felt I was not welcome there read more

We got there right before the long line starting forming that I had heard so much about. The servers answered our first timer questions and the bowls were plentiful and delicious. Hubby had the Carnitas bowl and I had the seasoned steak which was great! I would definitely go back to try more items. read more
