Ordered a VEGGIE bowl during work to have for dinner. Opened my VEGGIE bowl and what does it contain? Rice and beans. NO VEGGIES. THIS RESTAURANT IS THE WORST!!!! PAY 7.00 FOR RICE AND BEANS? I honestly don't know of one Chipotle that runs smoothly. I ordered online for my father and he went through the drive-thru to pick it up. He was in the Drive-Thru waiting for his food 1 hour. No joke. All they said to him when he got to the window is they are busy with a catering order. Restaurants need to know how to operate regardless of catering orders or not. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I've hesitated on posting a review because I thought maybe I've just been unlucky and had a few bad experiences. Every time I walk in the line is wrapped around the store, even at off hours. This isn't because of high traffic, but rather because the staff is incredibly slow. Tried switching to online orders, 2/3 times walked in the order wasn't ready. On top of that, bowls were half filled and ingredients missing. There was one occasion where I ordered a burrito- when she rolled it half the ingredients fell out. She smiled, looked at me and said "at least it all fell in the foil!" And rolled it right up and put it in the bag. I'd rather drive 15 mins away than come here again. read more

Went here today for lunch. All customers were masked and staying in the red dots on the floor for social distancing. The staff was prompt and good with order. The only thing I would like to see is the hand sanitizer in line was empty. Most places I go will not let you fill up your own soda. But they let me fill up my own cup from soda fountain. This is my first review and I hope it's my last. I don't enjoy bashing business that are open during COVID but I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a veggie bowl with Extra veggies and black beans. When I got my "veggie" bowl it had no veggies and no black beans. My fiancé ordered a steak burrito with veggies and pinto beans. He had no veggies and no beans. At no point when we went to pick up the order did they mention that there would be no veggie and no beans in our meals. He went inside to add on a drink to the order. The machine was out of ice so he told one of the employees who replied with "well it's hot out" she then left and went to the back room. I ordered from this place on July 12, 2020. After placing the order it said that my order should arrive at 7:55. To which I did not receive my food in time in fact it was two hours later than expected. When trying to contact the chipotle and get in touch with the manager they hung up in my face not once but twice. I was very disappointed in the customer service. Although the wait time and service was bad I cannot complain with the food when arriving it was not cold it was hot to the touch. That is the only reason I am giving this place tow stars. I've ordered pickup from this location 2 times and both times my food wasn't ready for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Also, the last time I was at the restaurant I noticed that the manager wasn't wearing any gloves (during a pandemic) while handling food and utensils. All of the workers there wear headphones and have no sense of urgency which is very frustrating when you are waiting for your food. I have had PLASTIC in my food from this location! I have had burritos that had NO flavor like they forgot to season the meat and everything else! I have had RUDE service and I have always had SLOW service. I thought this last time I'll order through the app. It was no better. I ordered at 3:56 pm. Pick up promised at 4:15pm. It wasn't ready until 4:30pm. NOBODY was social distancing. There were at least 25 customers in line. A line I had to fight past to only find out my order wasn't ready. The man at the register didn't care that my order wasn't ready yet. They kept making the orders for the walk-ins before mine. I asked for a receipt to do this survey. He gave me the store copy so their was no survey code. General Manager is Nathan Garbrandt who I'm sure doesn't care. This is the WORST Chipotle location EVER! Even though this is the closest Chipotle to me, I will not be going back. I placed an order online and when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready even though I got there on time. Then later on when I ate the food I realized that my order was made wrong. I called and talked to a manager in the morning to remake the order the next day and she was supposed to leave a note for the night manager to have my order ready at 6:30pm. I called at about 6:15pm and talked to the night manager and he had no idea about this because the morning manager never told him. read more

To get straight to the point, this Chipotle location is awful. Awful service, awful operations and seemingly understaffed. The employees give off the vibe that your bothering them by being there. In fighting between employees on their simple daily functions inside the chipotle. Seeing that chipotle generally has a team system in place to help the operations and functions of the restaurant move efficiently this place has none. Whoever is the manager is none existent here. This is no flow or direction given to the employees to make this location work. It's expected to walk into lines at chipotle from time to time but this location is different. For example, this location has an online station where the online orders are "supposed" to be made. That area at this location is not used, The materials are there but it is not used. Which lead me to think who is running this place? In my 30 min wait that included lines outside the door, individuals sitting down, I might've seen 10 online orders done from the main line while there are overflow customers crowded in the store! To topple this, nothing is prepared to even finish online orders! This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to. After 30 mins waiting in line, I decided to not do order at this location. This location is notoriously filthy, slow, and unprofessional. I ordered via the Chipotle app for a pickup time at 7:30pm. When I arrived, no less than 10 people were waiting on pickup orders that had not been made yet. Some guests attempted to engage with staff about the late orders only to be brushed off. I witness a staff member and a patron engage in a verbal argument over the lateness of their order. The gentleman had placed an order with a pickup time of 6:45 and was still waiting to receive it around 7:40. The staff did not seem concerned, and continued to slow mosey about the restaurant. The dining room, kitchen, and service bar itself were disgusting. Napkins and trash littered the floor. I waited for my 7:30 order until about 8, and then I left empty-handed. This staff and location were simply not going to waste anymore of my time, as I could see there were at least a dozen people in front of me that had not even received their food. I normally order chipotle multiple times a week, but I will never order from this location again. read more

Never again will I go to the Chipotle. It should be closed!Simply trying to go in and get some lunch and leave that alone simple took a half an hour. Their employees are on there phone while working the cashier left his post to go to the bathroom but ended up walking back out on his phone after the only lady that was actually doing stuff was yelling for a cashier. There was also another employee that showed a great deal of favoritism when this younger ladie came in and he took her all the way to the front to prepare her food. It's not like it was an online order because she was yelling off what she wanted on it to him.
