Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken bowl at my hotel - Fast Food Near Me - Decatur, Illinois

Excellent generous portions with bowls. Enough for two meals. Their chips are best we have had. Excellent with pimento cheese spread, guacamole or salsa. Today the temperature of each item was being checked. Excellent, particularly to prevent Bacillus Cereus intestinal infection in rice. Friendly staff read more

Sad portion size. Convinced my husband to finally go back after having literally the same thing happen...burrito was so sad. Rice was hard as well. Won't be back after this experience. $15 burrito I highly recommend going to burrito truck instead of chipotle. Cheaper, and better quality. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipotles $15 burrito. Going to burrito truck next time! Better food, and way cheaper - Fast Food Near Me - Decatur, Illinois

Went in for a veggie bowl. Stated I wanted a veggie bowl just for the guacamole right at the start. They presented me with a half full bowl. Absolutely refused to add more filling. And then when I got to the end, they said they were out of guac and had been for hours. I couldn't believe the horrific service. The older woman whom I assume was the manager and one training one of the line men actually laughed and said everybody has comments about guac or fillings. I couldn't believe the ridiculousness when they presented a half full bowl. Pictures provided below. read more

Clean your restaurant! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and couldn't help but notice the dirty, empty tables. A couple was eating on a table with lettuce all over it and when he said something to cashier, there was no response. Our order was for pick up so I only spent a minute at the register and noticed the trash basket there was overflowing onto the floor. Customer service was good but those workers need to clean up as they go throughout their day. Yuk. read more

The things I do not like is the slow service. They have private parking and drive through. The price is very reasonable. But what I think , they are very stingy about the quantity of protein. They will give you more carb to make to feel, your plate is full. The sitting place is enough. Interior decoration is negligible. As a whole it is a regular fast food restaurant. read more

Place was really dirty. Service was not good as employees were rude. Kitchen staff was just throwing trash on the floor near the trash can. read more

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They continue to burn the chicken in the chicken bowls. I have returned two. For some reason they cannot grill the chicken without burning it. read more

If i could give no star, I would. Explain to me why its 9:25 and I walk in and they say there no food. Get your crap together closing 35 minutes and shutting down the kitchen just because they're lazy, I'm so happy Qdobas opening the 18th because now I won't have to deal with this bull read more

Place needs news management. Had a terrible experience here. Waited 15 mins to get to the counter to order and was told the only protein they had available was barbacoa. Said OK because I was hungry and then was told they were out of chips. Went to leave and a manager had locked the front door creating a fire code infraction and human hazard. It's one thing to run out of offerings, but it is unacceptable to put the health and safety of your customers and employees at risk. read more

Dirtiest place I have ever been! Not one clean table. The serving counter was also disgusting so unappetizing. Don't go!!

Went in to order and was told I couldn't get what I wanted on my bowl and would have to get any extras on the side because they didn't want to clean up after the bowl was done. When did this become a rule? read more

very disrespectful girls working the counter at 8:10pm April 21, 2024. She was rolling eyes when my sister was asking questions because she has never ate at chipotle. They said we have no rice and we said that was fine she turned to the guy on the grill and sighed shaking her head. African American girl and a Caucasian female. I will never return to Decatur Chipotle next time I'm visiting family from out of state. read more

My GF and I walked in to get some food because we haven't had chipotle in a really long time. Well come to find out they are the only establishment around the area that are inforcing a "mask mandate" in order to take our order. We were Christmas shopping and forgot them in our vehicle. If you are willing to enforce a "mandate" upon others as they walk into the door then maybe the several employees all huddled up next to each other with masks worn improperly below the nose or on the jaw should be the example. We decide to take our businesses to Texas Roadhouse that greatly appreciated our business and didn't refuse our service for not having a mask when walking into the door. read more

Literally from out of town and this is the fastest services I've ever received and they were nice!

Just like any other chipotle! New so some things are still a work in progress but overall good

I don't understand how a new business could look so unkempt. Dirty floors, messy counters and employees who don't value customer service. The only good thing about this location is speedy service read more

Disappointing. Went during non peak hours, restaurant floor and tables very dirty, had to clean it myself. Plenty of employees, very few customers and no one would clean up the place. The food was mediocre, felt the price was high for the quality/quantity of the food. This is not a restaurant I will frequent. read more

Tried to use my nurses day free burrito in Decatur, IL. At the window they told me I had to go inside because they could not handle the code at the window. Inside they told me I had to order online. I struggled with the order for a sandwich that was already made and Shannon Roberson (supposedly the GM) told me to follow the instructions. I was still struggling and asked for help. There was only 1 other customer at the time who ordered and left. There were probably 8 employees at the time. I told the GM that since there was no one in there he could offer more help and I might feel better about my experience. He told me I was rude. My burrito was already made and he would not help. Then the GM could not even determine where to enter the promo code. I left without my sandwich. This man was a poor example for other employees. I enjoyed my lunch at another fast food restaurant that did not give me any grief. May 18, 2021 about 3:30pm. read more

Had hair in my food and was very cold and so nasty. I will never eat there again. The people that work are very rude.

Ordered extra meat on my mobile order, and barely got what would even be one scoop. There was almost no meat in my bowl. Ripped off.

Went in to get some food and all the guy could ask was do I have a mask so what do I do I walk out and I have had Chipotle before and was always great but I don't know if I will be visiting this one till all of these so called rules are over which is recommendation just because of our Governor read more
