Went in for a veggie bowl. Stated I wanted a veggie bowl just for the guacamole right at the start. They presented me with a half full bowl. Absolutely refused to add more filling. And then when I got to the end, they said they were out of guac and had been for hours. I couldn't believe the horrific service. The older woman whom I assume was the manager and one training one of the line men actually laughed and said everybody has comments about guac or fillings. Clean your restaurant! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and couldn't help but notice the dirty, empty tables. A couple was eating on a table with lettuce all over it and when he said something to cashier, there was no response. Our order was for pick up so I only spent a minute at the register and noticed the trash basket there was overflowing onto the floor. Customer service was good but those workers need to clean up as they go throughout their day. Yuk. read more

The things I do not like is the slow service. They have private parking and drive through. The price is very reasonable. But what I think , they are very stingy about the quantity of protein. They will give you more carb to make to feel, your plate is full. The sitting place is enough. Interior decoration is negligible. As a whole it is a regular fast food restaurant. read more

Place needs news management. Had a terrible experience here. Waited 15 mins to get to the counter to order and was told the only protein they had available was barbacoa. Said OK because I was hungry and then was told they were out of chips. Went to leave and a manager had locked the front door creating a fire code infraction and human hazard. Literally from out of town and this is the fastest services I've ever received and they were nice!

My GF and I walked in to get some food because we haven't had chipotle in a really long time. Well come to find out they are the only establishment around the area that are inforcing a "mask mandate" in order to take our order. We were Christmas shopping and forgot them in our vehicle. If you are willing to enforce a "mandate" upon others as they walk into the door then maybe the several employees all huddled up next to each other with masks worn improperly below the nose or on the jaw should be the example. We decide to take our businesses to Texas Roadhouse that greatly appreciated our business and didn't refuse our service for not having a mask when walking into the door. read more

Disappointing. Went during non peak hours, restaurant floor and tables very dirty, had to clean it myself. Plenty of employees, very few customers and no one would clean up the place. Tried to use my nurses day free burrito in Decatur, IL. At the window they told me I had to go inside because they could not handle the code at the window. Inside they told me I had to order online. I struggled with the order for a sandwich that was already made and Shannon Roberson (supposedly the GM) told me to follow the instructions. I was still struggling and asked for help. There was only 1 other customer at the time who ordered and left. There were probably 8 employees at the time. I told the GM that since there was no one in there he could offer more help and I might feel better about my experience. He told me I was rude. My burrito was already made and he would not help. Then the GM could not even determine where to enter the promo code. I left without my sandwich. This man was a poor example for other employees.
