Wow! This place has the Huntsville location beat! Amazing, amazing food and such friendly staff! It was clean and when we got our food the containers weren't smeared with sour cream or whatever they have on their gloves. The food was delicious and fresh. The fajitas still had a crunch- slightly heavy salt. The guacamole was fresh and green not brown- needed a little more salt. The chips maybe done a little long. The meat was great and not sitting for a long time! Just amazed at the service and delicious food we got here! Where is everyone?!? This place should be packed in a Saturday afternoon! I have only experienced Chipotle when it was at a catered meeting. I had thoroughly enjoyed that meal. Today however, I stopped in to get a bowl to go. I was very disappointed. The "super greens" that is the basis of the bowl, was very skimpy. There was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. They could've spared another serving of the greens. I was also very surprised at the spice level. I like spicy foods but was taken aback by just HOW spicy this was. The steak was fresh. The guacamole was good. Just wish I had more greens to eat with the other ingredients in the bowl. And for a sticker price of $11.34...I think Moe's does a better job... read more

My experience at this location was very disappointing. My son and I had been looking forward to the opening. Chipotle is one of our favorites, but what a complete let down. The food choices were limited due to the fact that they were out or just didn't have the same items other locations in the area have. Being out of something as simple as lettuce, especially when you serve tacos, salads, and taco bowls could be a big deal. As far as service, the staff seemed very confused or just not familiar with the food. The process is pretty cut and dry. You tell them what you want and they put it on your order one item at a time. Simple right? Well after specifically asking for medium salsa and even pointing to it, I get a big scoop of pico all over my bowl. Normally that would be ok, but the pico was made of under ripe pinkish color tomatoes that did not look very appetizing. Even after the server realized his mistake he didn't offer to redo my order, just handed it to the cashier and looked at me and "Sorry". For two burrito bowls, two drinks, and a condiment size cup of queso that wasn't even good, our total was over $29. I don't mind paying for good food or even mediocre food and good service, but this was neither and I doubt I will be back unless I read better reviews and things have changed. read more

The staff was nice. Had a carne asada steak bowl with white rice, black beans, peppers and onions, corn, sour cream, queso, guacamole and sauce. Added small drink and chips. Portions of rice and steak were small. Chips were very stale, so didn't eat them at all. Price for that was $17.33. High in my opinion, for the amount of food. The bowl was very bland. Very little seasoning. The most disappointing of all was that it was dirty. It was 3:15 in the afternoon so it wasn't busy. Only 2 tables were occupied, but every single other table was dirty.
