Absolutely disgusting atmosphere, rude and tired looking workers, and last time I went the AC system was down. The tables always have rice on it and are never cleaned, and everything I touch is sticky. The workers are rude and disrespectful, and seem to have no time for the costumers. I heard one of the workers even went to jail! This chipotle was my go to food place but it has just gone downhill and has reached the lowest. This is by far the worst Chipotle I! A typical representation of the franchise with modern and sparse interior. With cold bare metal tabletops and seating discourage customers from lingering. On this visit my wife and I both had custom bowls. The look of the ingredients were good and the quality acceptable. Despite the pedestrian appearance, the flavors were excellent and we loved the taste of both our meals. Their salsa is very spicy, and we found one was enough for both of us to share (and didn't even finish that one). The portions are excellent and filling. read more

This place is always out of stuff. I came here yesterday for chipotle, they were out of vegetable. Front of the store stated there are out of Roman lettuce, I went to the front, they were out of Roman lettuce, tomato salsa, and low on guacamole. I asked the worker, why are you guys always out of stuff, it's 1pm, it's day time, worker stated there there's shortage in vegetables. I don't understand why they couldn't get vegetables from target, next door, they have in stock. A friend recommended this unit for the Carne Asada. First of all the photo showed the steak cooked medium to medium rare. I ask the young lady at the counter if I could have what was clearly advertised directly over my head in the order line. She quickly stated, "no, you get what's cooked" which was well done and chewy. I ordered anyway and despite the over cooked meat it was decent but could have been better. As custom, they place a tin foil cover on the meals. Mine was stacked pretty high especially witht with the qucamole. When I went to remove it, it pulled half the gucamole with it almost turning over the bowl. Besides the dirty floors and messy counter tops, one of the serving staff had huge hairdo with only a visor holding the hair in place. I didn't notice any hair in my food but the opportunity is there. I would think a hair net should be worn just to be safe and clean. UPDATE: Got a quick reply from Chipole, not sure if it was a real person or AI. They sent me to a "contact website" which had absolutely nothing to do with my coMplaint. TO CHIPOLE - please do not respond, this unit is HORRIBLE and looking at other complaints you fail to address any of them. We ordered DoorDash from this location and they sent us someone else's order. So we drove back to the store traded the meal and they made another to go order only to discover when we got home that order was also completely wrong. Couldn't get through to the store. This location is frustrating. I love Chipotle overall and frequent beyond the norm human. Love the summer badges and contests to get points ...recently in the 1.2% for Georgia of Chipotle diners. Just wow ...well if Deborah is the one preparing your salad ....ask for someone else. Twice I have had the unfortunate mishap of dealing with her. She has a measuring issue no doubt or gets compensation for providing a nominal amount of protein and then either wants to charge double for a single or take the salad back to remake. I am an avid supporter of food industry workers. It's a hard job ....don't make it harder by being obtuse with a surplus of attitude. The manager on duty went above and beyond by compensating the meal. I did contact Chipotle Care Customer care. Not looking for anything additional... but hopefully this Deborah has a teachable moment. Chipotle is a great organization ...looks like they have a phenomenal training program. Enough is enough with this location. Our food is almost ALWAYS, wrong and the employees are rude, and can't be bothered to fix things when they're wrong. They act as though you're inconveniencing them. We have ordered countless times via the App for pick up, and we're almost always missing items. This last visit was my final straw, though. We ordered 3 burritos and 2 bowls, I selected chips and salsa for 4 of the meals, and chips and guacamole for one of them. This is $2-$4 (guac) and some change in addition to each meal. I also ordered a large cheese dip, that comes with a large chip. I had my son run in and grab our food and when he came back out, I noticed there were no chips or salsa. There was the large cheese dip, but with no chips for it? I had my son run back in with the receipt to show them we had paid for chips and salsa and guacamole - my son said the girl at the register seemed irritated with him and looked at him like he was crazy, so he showed her the receipt. In response, she had someone hand her what she said was "the last two large bags of chips", she tossed them across the counter at him and said "here", and kept going about her business. AGAIN... we paid for chips and salsa, two large chips are great, but the bags weren't very full, and if you still didn't fulfill what I paid for, then we need to come up with a more creative solution than "here, here's what we have left..." A refund for what I paid for, perhaps, if you're out of chips. Or, if you're cooking some ask if we mind waiting a few? And again, there was still no salsa or guacamole. My son came out and showed me what she had given him and told me about the exchange and refused to go back and ask for the salsa and guacamole because she acted so irritated and annoyed with him (I was coming down with a gnarly head cold and didn't want to give it to someone, which is why I even asked him) I felt super frustrated, because we've had incidents like this happen before (one time a manager actually had to correct one of the staff members for the way she spoke to my husband regarding fixing a meal that was wrong, unabashedly in front of said manager, and customers in line) I decided, despite not feeling well, to go ahead and go in, admittedly frustrated. I'm not typically someone who is confrontational, like EVER, but this happens all the time. I walked in and a gentleman asked me what I needed help with (he was very kind). I explained how my son was treated, and about the missing food items, not knowing the girl who tossed the chips at my son, was standing within ear shot - she turns and in front of all the customers, snidely says "I did not toss them at him, I went like this" and proceeds to motion sliding them across the counter, rebutting what my son said happened. To be clear, not wanting to complain unless necessary, I had checked and double checked with my son that he hadn't exaggerated any of the details - he was absolutely insistent that she was annoyed and tossed them at him. When the girl mouthed off, what I assume was the manager stepped in, she walked to the back, and he pulled me aside to ask me what happened. This man was kind, but DEEPLY uncomfortable dealing with "conflict", that was very clear. He was just doing whatever he could to pacify her, and appease me.... He was very nervous and on edge. Yes, I was evidently frustrated with the employees behavior, but my tone was calm and respectful towards him - it wasn't his fault. He offered to replace the chips, salsa and guacamole with fresh ones that were mid being made (why she didn't offer for my son to stand there for 5 minutes and wait for the same thing, or just offer a refund if they were out, I'm not sure?!) In the mean time she comes out hamming it up with customers (giving them chips, lol) and playing off her rude behavior, which felt pointed to be honest. She wasn't being that friendly when I walked in - it was as if she were trying to prove me wrong. A few minutes later, the manager brings me a bag with the missing bags of chips, we exchange a few more words about the incident, that I feel the aforementioned employee is being disingenuous, especially given how often the employees are rude, can't be bothered, and our food is wrong and I express that I'm not sure I'll revisit this location because we order at least once a month, and this almost always happens. I thanked him for his kindness and handling of the situation and left. I got home, chips in hand, and guess what... still no salsa or guacamole It was laughable at that point. Not worth addressing again outside of this review and I'm honestly less frustrated about it because I feel better here a few days later, but yea, this locations customer service and fulfillment of items ordered, is lacking to say the least. This location rides the roller coaster of great experiences followed by the lowest of the lows. I've dined here a solid 10 or more times and each time something is always a little off. Today was the filth in the dining area. A lady a few people in front of me was complaining about it so an employee came out and cleaned. This restaurant (like most Chipotles) is always filthy. Food on the tables and floor, dirty drink area. When they do clean the tables (with a soiled rag) they fling the food onto the chairs. No iced tea. On this visit, when we placed our order and asked for 2 small drinks, they said they only have large cups. OK, fine. Give me a large cup - we're dining in so it doesn't matter. But then they charged me for two large drinks! Is this a bait-and-switch (let's make more money and only sell large drinks) or stupidity (duh, I gave them two large cups so I have to charge for a large drink)? The customers here are extremely rude. Ordered a chicken bowl, instead of refilling the chicken and giving the correct portion, I had to ask for a little more chicken to put on the bowl and she charged me for double. Then proceeded to forget the lettuce and cheese that I asked for on my bowl. When I asked for the lettuce she just threw some in a small to go cup which is not enough for an entire bowl. The guy at the register said she put cheese on it and I wasn't sure so I checked my bowl and there sure enough wasn't any cheese. Instead of them just taking the lid off and adding those toppings he tried to just give me a side of cheese. When I asked them to just put it on there he threw a whopping amount of lettuce on top and just tossed some cheese on there. It wasn't even busy when my coworker came. So there was simply no reason for the lady making our food to be moving as fast as she was and just sloppily throwing things in the bowl. If I hadn't checked my food before leaving I wouldn't have had cheese or lettuce in my bowl. I've been going here for the past 7 years as well as a bunch of other locations given I've moved around a bit- most recently when I go here I've noticed the best quality in food and service ever. It was definitely really busy when I went in and there was a whole soccer team in line ahead of me, but even with the line backed up to the door- they got me in and out within five minutes. I was genuinely shocked that they were that efficient with that many people in line. My food also turned out amazing, sometimes I feel like when stores are busy they skimp a little on the food or when it's slow they'll add on so much they can't roll my burrito, just to get rid of the extra food. This time I got the perfect amount of food- full scoops, my burrito was rolled perfectly and quickly which I was happily surprised by. Everything was hot, the steak was tender, you could see them cooking everything fresh on the grill in the back. They were also fully stocked on chips- you could just tell whoever was managing and whoever was on staff on 9/20 were working incredibly hard and were totally prepared. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and if I'd had any cash on me I definitely would've tipped cause they did an awesome job read more

I love this chain but this location is beyond disgusting. At 11:45am the tables were all filthy and needed a wipe down. I asked for a rag or something to wipe them down and was told "just use napkins and wipe them off yourself". Seriously? There is NO One in line so why can't they wipe down and clean a table or two? On top of this they serve the smallest portions of protein. 1/2 a scoop! The staff have never been anything close to nice or pleasant. I almost thought it was a Saturday night skit. I have never had such horrible problem at this location before. I placed an online order to be picked up at 9pm tonight. When i walked in it was ready but when i got home i realized how bad they messed up. I order 3 bowls 2 with no beans, all 3 had beans. The bowls labeled brown rice had white, the bowl that was labeled with fajitas veggies didnt have any. 2 of the bowls were suppose to have queso in them which is an extra charge NEITHER did. One bowl even had brown and white rice along with pieces of corn WHICH WASNT ORDERED IN ANY OF THE BOWL. I called the store nobody answered, i havent even got an email confirmation to be able to submit an online complaint. Im beyond disappointed and upset! The items are labeled, why is there stuff in them not listed! As soon as i get my email ill be emailing corporate!!!! read more

Walked in to order 2 bowls to go and there were 2 people in line ahead of me and they were told "We are out of steak and cheese". I did leave at that point as the 2 bowls I order are steak and definitely include cheese. This is the third time in less than 2 weeks that this location has been out of something that typically is added to this food chains meals. 5/25/23 they were out of white rice before 8PM. On 5/29/23 they were out of fajita veggies as well as steak. In April, during BOGO their scanner "didn't work", for the three consecutive evenings I went. Unsure why this location is so greatly different from many others? Am unable to recommend this location. read more

They can't follow simple directions like "lite cheese" and just dump a load on your food in your face. Food is on and off, but this place isn't worth the gamble. the food taste wise is good. the problem I have always had was the food is ice cold. I am not talking about lettuce, salsa or anything else that should be chilled or refrigerated. I am talking about the meat. The meat was actually the coldest item in the salad, it was like chewing meat ice. I have not eaten here for several years because the meals are always served cold. Today my coworkers chose and I decided to give it another chance. Again taste wise the food was tasty, but it was like I literally pulled it from the fridge. Disclaimer-- I have a Gluten allergy* I've been to countless chipotles in different states. Never have I felt like an outcast. First thing I said was I have a gluten allergy & the employee looked at me and said nothing. One of his co workers told him. He needs to change his gloves. Takes him 5 minutes to change the gloves. I had no idea it took that long to do something. I continue with my order and this employee is now giving me the littlest portions. I know what a full scoop is supposed to be. I did not get a full scoop of anything. I then ask for cheese but due to my allergy I requested a new cheese. "A new cheese? what?" is what this employee said to me. I then said because my allergy I need a new cheese. He huffed and puffed. Then took his sweet time to grab one from the back after the same co worker who told him he needed to change his gloves, told him he needs to go grab a new container. He then put a pinch of cheese on my bowl. I have never dealt with so much rudeness from an individual. The girl at the register apologized on his behalf but she shouldn't have needed to. I am 8 months pregnant with an allergy and that employee couldn't have gave me a worse experience. I will never come back to this location. I'd rather drive an hour for a new Chipotle. read more

When there for the first time ever today. I have always been hesitant to try this place because of all the bad reviews. There has been a great looking Steak Salad in a a commercial on T.V. lately, so that made me decide today to give it a try for lunch. Got there, had no problem getting a parking place---usually not a good sign. Got to the front door and there was an apology posted on the front door. SORRY WE ARE OUT OF GUACAMOLE AND LETTUCE.
