Then we order the expensive bowls that are suppose to be great for their value but we find a damn bug in our bowl. This is a disgrace even for fake Mexican restaurant such as Chipotle. Stopped for lunch to get a quick lunch. I ordered the new Al pastor for my salad bowl. I've been to other Chipotle locations, and this one suffered from cleanliness. The restroom was dirty and unkept. The service was fast and checkout was easy. However, when I went to grab napkins and utensils, the forks were sticky next to the soft drink dispenser. My guess is the excess spillage dried up on the utensils, making them sticky. The good news is the dining area was completely empty. After the first bite, the Al pastor was average at best. After leaving, did I feel satisfied? No. Did I feel healthy eating a salad? Yes. Would I come back again? Probably not. read more

Place was a mess, tables were all dirty and only 4 people staffed at 9pm. It was a holiday wknd, with families driving back from Vegas to LA so there was definitely a long line of hangry people. I walked up to the counter and was disappointed that the only proteins they had available was chicken and the tofu. Destiny, I'm really disappointed with how my experience was handled today. I spent more than $5 on the app and asked about getting guacamole, but the response I received felt rude and unsympathetic. The young lady next to you, however, was very kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name because she even offered me a drink, and she wasn't even the manager. Her attitude made a big difference. Unfortunately, my food ended up going in the trash because I was so disappointed with the experience. I hope Chipotle works on better training for managers, because the employees like the young lady I mentioned are doing a great job and deserve recognition. read more

I had the worst experience yesterday 1/22/26, I have been to this location before and did not have issues but yesterday sums up my entire experience. I had not eaten anything all day and at 3:32pm I went to get food with my sister. We basically got the same thing (bowls) only difference is mine had chicken and fajitas hers was beef and no fajitas all other toppings the same, we even ordered chips and lrg. queso. Immediately after leaving the restaurant my stomach began to hurt extremely bad and at around 5pm I began to profusely throw up, hot, sweaty, Diarrhea. I went to the ER and did end up having mild food poisoning. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be giving chipotle another chance. This Chipotle barley gives you anything in your burritos! I've been to this location twice, and both times this has happened to me. They serve one little scoop of each item. This last time I went, I asked for more protein and got maybe 1/4 of a scoop more chicken. There's way more tortilla than anything else. If I'm paying all this money for a burrito, I would like it filled please. I did notice the female workers are nicer to the male customers and give them more food. The rice was a little hard too. This Chipotle is a disappointment to the franchise. I've been to many locations across different cities and have never left feeling this let down. First, the portions were shockingly small. I ordered a salad, and they gave me one tiny handful of lettuce--as if that was enough to call it a full salad. It didn't even reach the rim of the bowl. When I politely asked for a little more lettuce, the staff gave me a weird look like I was asking for something outrageous. On top of that, the rice was undercooked--hard and unpleasant to eat. It's basic quality control, and this location completely missed the mark and is a disappointment to the franchise. Stopped by Barstow between Los Angeles and Las Vegas for a quick lunch. I felt eating Chipotle. Since I don't eat spicy food, I ordered, as I always order, the shredded pork, carnitas burrito bowl. Adding rice, lettuce, avocados, sour cream, mozzarella cheese ... And for my drink, as always, the Sparkling Grapefruit IZZY. Service was quick. Food was fresh and satisfying. Food is super tasty. Service was wildly fast. Quite a volume of people going through today. It's the Fourth of July, and they're pushing a nonstop line of ten plus. Seems like for every person that's entering the line a person is completely the order. I also hear guest pickups from online orders, trays being cycled and the ice machine was just flipped. First off my bias. I think Chipotle is very overrated, and overpriced . I don't understand how a "Mexican" restaurant that doesn't even make DELICIOUS Spanish Rice can be taken seriously. That being said, I ordered a Meat Burrito that was tasty and a meal onto itself. The food tasted good and fresh. I wanted to get tortilla chips but they are $1.75 extra! You would think for ordering a $10 Burrito that does NOT come with any sides they would be free. I can see eating at Chipotle maybe once a month, at most. Very marginal recommendation. read more

We arrived right before noon. There was a family ahead of us and few other customers. We were immediately greeted with a "welcome!" and a smile. The food was as expected; plentiful, flavorful, and fresh. My husband got his triple chicken burrito and was pleased with the portion. I had a carnitas taco with a side of rice. There were at least five women working the line, so service was fast. The gentleman behind the line was busy chopping away. The tea was delicious (we are tea snobs). The restaurant and both bathrooms were clean. It was cold inside. I'm glad that I had my sweatshirt on! This chipotle is worth another visit! read more

Your app sucks and so does your AI that answers the calls. There is no notes for when you order if you want it on the side. So I thought ok I will order it and call the store to have them put it on the side, Nope! I was wrong because you can't even get to the store when you call. The damn AI just says what can I help you with. I live 20 minutes from the chipotle and I don't want my lettuce with the hot food as by the time I get home it will be all wilted and gross. I will start by saying that we love Chipotle and eat at there often. We also travel quite a bit and so we have eaten at many across the country. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. We waited for quite a while to be served because staff was busy preparing online orders and tidying up the restaurant - yet there was still trash all over the floors. When we were served the staff was unpleasant and cold. As for the food, the rice was undercooked and hard. The portions were typical for Chipotle and fine. My chicken was fine and my daughter's steak was also fine. The women's bathroom was filthy with paper towels, and toilet paper all over the floors and overfilled feminine hygiene trash bins. My husband said that he had previously vowed to never return to this location...tonight we all renewed that vow! Also, Chipotle...you have multiple one star reviews.
