I now understand why this establishment has such low star rating. The beef barbacoa was not good. There was connective tissue and a chewy substance. The guacamole had huge pieces (not just chunky guacamole) of avocado. I couldn't eat the barbacoa, it grossed me out. read more

I don't know who the girl with the red curly hair is, but everytime I've come in while she's working she's always been rude to me. I have not a clue what her problem is, she seems to treat everyone else kindly especially the male customers, but, the moment it's my turn to order she replies rudely and acts like she doesn't understand me. I read another review describing a similar experience where she treated a customer and her boyfriend rudely, which sounds like the same person I've dealt with. If it is the employee Natalie I hope she gets terminated or retrained on how to handle customers. Seems she only has it out for other ladies, shame. I was truly disappointed... I have always had good things to say about Chipotle but was still a little skeptical. Today validated my skepticism. I ordered a burrito bowl and when I opened it it wasn't even halfway full... If they are skimping customers on a $10-$15 bowl, it's clear they are in economic decline. I can get a better deal at Flame Broiler and Waba Grill. If I ever eat at Chipotle again, I'll have to go in and order so I can watch them and make sure they're not trying to skimp. Yesterday 02/01/2026 I ordered a steak burrito bowl and woke up at 3am with bad stomach pain, felt clammy & sweaty, and vomited over 8 times. I went to the ER and they diagnosed me with food poisoning. I spent all of today in bed feeling extremely nauseous and miserable. I only ate HALF of the bowl at that so I can't imagine how sick I would have been if I finished the entire thing. I will no longer be eating here again and warn anybody to please be careful. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, me and my boyfriend got a register employee named Natalie, on 01/18/2026 at 3:11 pm, and she was super rude and we didn't know why. she threw the bag at us didn't have any manors whatsoever. I asked her to please make sure my burrito wasn't spilling because she wasn't looking while she was wrapping my burrito and she rolled her eyes. Then proceeds to tell me " huh" and I didn't think she heard me, so I told her again politely and she commented in a rude manner "I heard you the first time". After we paid she threw my change at me and we said thank you she just smiled and giggled under her breath, then when we walked away, she was bickering with another coworker and was laughing at us while no one else was in the store. This made me really uncomfortable and made me not want to come back to this location because of how bad the customer service was as a whole overall! I'm new to this city and was just passing by and this WAS NOT what intended this store experience to be like. My daughter to a pick up order last night and when she got home only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag that said 1 of 1. She went back, stated the issue, and once the remaining 2 items were made came home. No apologies just, "Oh"! When she got she realized the order again was incorrectly made. I would give this place zero stars!! Manager Leah (because she told me she was the manager). She went into the restroom before me. She flushed and immediately came out the restroom. As I approached the sink, I noticed the sick was bone dry, so I looked at the trash and all of the paper towels that was in there (like 4 towels) were all DRY! I washed my hands and took my towel out with me and confronted her about not washing her hands. She argued me down and said she did. I said go look in the trash there is no wet towels in there. Izel didn't want to give us fresh brisket when we asked for it. We had to settle for stale cold meat. Also their lost and found system is messy. I accidentally left my black bag there. We called in for it. The manager luckily had it , but when I went to pick it up. That one girl Izel denied denied denied someone ever turning in a black bag. I had to tell her we called but she continued to deny the bag being there. She didn't even try to check to see if it was behind the counter. She raised her voice and used her hands to add more emphasis. Her attitude sucked and could use some work talking to customers. The meat in the steam table was dried out so i waited for about 10-15 minutes until they cooked some fresh meat. The meat was not even hot as it comes off the grill then its is cut up and placed in a serving container and sits there getting colder by the minute then two scoops of cilantro two scoops of citrus juice stirred a little and dumped into the steam table Plenty of brown rice in the bowl some black beans ( more beans than steak ) and all the peppers cheese sour cream and lettuce piled on top This was my first time and the TV commercial really is false advertising as the bowl they serve is nothing like they portray on tv It's like a blaze pizza or a subway and way overpriced!!! There was a good number of people in line when I arrived as well as a few others sitting down eating. They had only been open for about an hour so I was a little surprised. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to keep the line moving. When it was my turn, the lady who I told my order to was very curt and no nonsense. She was professional, but not overly friendly. She wasn't rude or mean, and I have no problems with my interaction with her. The next girl who added everything into my bowl was super friendly, night and day with the other one! Lol! She worked very fast, and while it was nice that she was moving the line along, it bothered me that when she asked if I wanted sour cream I told her yes but just a little bit because I'm not a huge fan. She dropped a whole large spoonful into my bowl. Kinda ruined my lunch for me. I had to scoop a ton out when I got home and there was still a lot left over. Everything else tasted great with the exception of a couple of tough fatty pieces of chicken. I got a kids quesadilla meal for my little with a side of white rice, black beans, chocolate milk, and fruit. Everything with that meal was fine except for the orange. You could see a moldy spot on the peel on the outside and inside there was mold in that exact spot. Back behind the counter everything was clean and organized. No complaints there. Horrible experience here. Monday 7/21 930 pm. Came in to pick up an online order. Rude cashier ignored me at the pickup area. Saw my name on my bag which I already paid for so I grabbed my bag, only then does the rude cashier say I have to show my phone for proof. My family and friends have picked up online orders here dozens of times before without showing ID or phones, why should this be different? I am handicapped and have a very difficult time walking which I explained to the register which, she still insisted on seeing my phone which was way out in my car. This witch could see I was having a very hard time walking but still insisted on making things hard on me for no reason. My nephew just picked up food here the day before and did not have to show any phone or ID at all. This witch just wanted to be difficult on purpose.
