I have not a clue what her problem is, she seems to treat everyone else kindly especially the male customers, but, the moment it's my turn to order she replies rudely and acts like she doesn't understand me. I read another review describing a similar experience where she treated a customer and her boyfriend rudely, which sounds like the same person I've dealt with. I ordered a burrito bowl and when I opened it it wasn't even halfway full... If they are skimping customers on a $10-$15 bowl, it's clear they are in economic decline. I can get a better deal at Flame Broiler and Waba Grill. If I ever eat at Chipotle again, I'll have to go in and order so I can watch them and make sure they're not trying to skimp. Yesterday 02/01/2026 I ordered a steak burrito bowl and woke up at 3am with bad stomach pain, felt clammy & sweaty, and vomited over 8 times. I went to the ER and they diagnosed me with food poisoning. I spent all of today in bed feeling extremely nauseous and miserable. I only ate HALF of the bowl at that so I can't imagine how sick I would have been if I finished the entire thing. I will no longer be eating here again and warn anybody to please be careful. My daughter to a pick up order last night and when she got home only 1 of the 3 items were in the bag that said 1 of 1. I had to tell her we called but she continued to deny the bag being there. She didn't even try to check to see if it was behind the counter. She raised her voice and used her hands to add more emphasis. Her attitude sucked and could use some work talking to customers. There was a good number of people in line when I arrived as well as a few others sitting down eating. They had only been open for about an hour so I was a little surprised. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to keep the line moving. When it was my turn, the lady who I told my order to was very curt and no nonsense. She was professional, but not overly friendly. She wasn't rude or mean, and I have no problems with my interaction with her. The next girl who added everything into my bowl was super friendly, night and day with the other one! Lol! She worked very fast, and while it was nice that she was moving the line along, it bothered me that when she asked if I wanted sour cream I told her yes but just a little bit because I'm not a huge fan. She dropped a whole large spoonful into my bowl. Kinda ruined my lunch for me. I had to scoop a ton out when I got home and there was still a lot left over. Everything else tasted great with the exception of a couple of tough fatty pieces of chicken. I got a kids quesadilla meal for my little with a side of white rice, black beans, chocolate milk, and fruit. Everything with that meal was fine except for the orange. You could see a moldy spot on the peel on the outside and inside there was mold in that exact spot. Back behind the counter everything was clean and organized. No complaints there.
