Ok, this was not awesome. I placed an online/mobile order for dinner around 6:30 p.m. Instead of a burrito, got a bowl. Portions in the bowl were disappointingly small. The chips were stale, like they were yesterday's chips left out in the open. Guacamole was oxidized and brownish green, very unappealing looking. The taste of the chicken was good, the ingredients I requested were correct. That's good. The final straw was when I tried calling the restaurant to tell them the issues. Got referred to the contact support website which was the chatbot. I couldn't really select my issue, so had to free text it. Only allowed me to report one issue. Not a fan of this A.I. stuff. It has replaced a companies' trust in a human to solve a customer service problem. Huge letdown all over. Hope someone from corporate reads this. read more

I walked in to Chipotle Mexican Grill at 5:33pm. There was four customers in front of me a two behind me. To say the least the store was very slow with business. (Must Read) The bins where they keep the choices for your ingredients were mostly empty. I even suggested they refill the black beans. steak and corn. The employee's looked at me like they were missing chromosomes. One woman totally gave me attitude when I was willing to pay for extras. The servers were very withholding when it came to adding ingredients to my burrito like I was paying for something you would buy at Taco Bell. For one burrito it cost me $20 and change. And I basically got nothing at least nothing worth $20. It's a crime. If you want to have someone give you negative attitude and you wanna feel like it is a fight to get your food then this is the place for you. Chipotle restaurant is a horrible experience and I will never go back there. I know they have been sued for food poisoning and improper preparation of foods. So the only thing on my mind at this point is the next 12 hours will I have food poisoning? I did not go into this restaurant with any of these reservations. I've been to this location a number of times, and usually it's ok. However, I was there the other day around 8pm with nobody in front of me in line and waited over 25 minutes to be served. They continued to fulfill online orders right in front of me the entire time, and could not be bothered to take 20 seconds to make me one bowl, or even address me for that matter. I will say, most employees were working diligently to get food out as fast as possible, except for one lady who continued to command them to make the online orders first. As you'd expect, they continued to trickle in. There was nobody else in the restaurant besides the people behind me in line, who were beginning to get very frustrated. I don't know her name, but I had time to get a taste of here personality and she was absolutely insufferable, so I assume management will know exactly who I'm talking about. After a talk with the manager, I was FINALLY able to get served, and he did apologize to me for the wait. The food was fine. Look, I run a business myself and I understand having to balance between many customers while short on staff is not easy, but this was ridiculous. I seriously started to lose faith in humanity. If anyone at chipotle is reading this, please be more careful with who you hire, this type of behavior is unacceptable, and it makes a world of difference to your customers. read more

Placed a catering order from this location that was supposed to be delivered between 5:30 and 6:00pm. The order showed up before 5pm, so we refused it and told the driver to please return with fresh food at the agreed upon time. When attempting to call Chipotle we ran into a wall of "nothing we can do" and "someone will get back to you within 48 hours". Needless to say there was no catered food. To echo what another poster said, they NEVER get our order right (and yet we keep going back). Tonight was the worst mistake. We ordered and paid premium for Carne Asada and got lots of rice and beans and some other vegetables not requested and NO MEAT. The last time we went the forgot our cheeses and the time before they redeemed our rewards for chips and the said sorry we are out of chips and the reward was still redeemed and was gone We are done with this location after these multiple mistakes tonight's being the worst. read more

I am a professional chef, and I was shocked and horrified by how rudely i was treated and by what I saw at this particular chipotle location on several occasions. It is my belief that through their absolute lack of knowledge of the basic tenants of food safety, they are going to make many people very very sick by outright disregarding food temperature standards and by cross contamination. In other words this particular Chipotle is a cesspool of bacteria and an active threat to the safety of our community. Everyone who works there needs to take a food safety class immediately from the general manager on down. I am praying that the health department shuts this place down soon. until then i'll be at the Wadsworth location which is clean friendly and properly managed. read more

Terrible. Every time I come into this location I always end up waiting in line for 15+ min because the employees here are all under 20 years old and don't want to work. Slowest line I've ever seen all because the kids behind the counter are too busy talking to each other. 4 employees up front and only 1 is working the line, even when they've got 5+ people waiting in line. They also give the smallest portion sizes of any chipotle I've been to. I have to ask them for more of literally everything I put into my meal. Which of course is met with eye rolls. Pretty stupid when you can't get your burritos double wrapped or a tortilla on the side because the person taking your order (woman with green hair) "doesn't know how to ring that up". Same person didn't know how to use the tortilla press and had to ask the lady in the back cutting up meat to do it. I get when you're a new employee you have a learning curve to overcome but why put someone at the front of the house without a supervisor/trainer if they can't do the most basic of tasks? This is the first and last time we will be getting food from this location. We ordered pick up because our school was having a fundraiser. I ordered three carnitatacos and there was MAYBE a teaspoon of meat on each taco, I had to dig around to find a few shreds of meat. Came here on Friday the 26th at 8:15. a tall male with an airpod in his ear was spraying polish spray all over the metal walls. While I was ordering he sprayed a good amount in my food. i told them I did not want my bowl anymore then they refused to make me a new one. I haven't been to Chipotle in several years but my son and his wife had a taste for Chipotle and I decided to give it another try. The service was good and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Despite being after the normal dinner rush, there was a bit of a line and there was a bit of a wait. My burrito was good although my lemonade was pretty light on the lemon -- i.e. it was pretty weak which I didn't discover until we got home. If we had been "eating in" I would have complained and got a different drink but this was a "to go" order. Overall -- not a bad experience but nothing that we make me want to come back anytime soon. I love chipotle, I just dislike this one. Service is terrible. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary, they will roll their eyes. Don't ask for an extra scoop of corn, they'll give you two tiny scoops of corn. Don't ask for an extra water cup, they'll look at you like a criminal. Salads usually have abundance of lettuce, not here, they hardly give you lettuce. So if you're vegan or vegetarian here you won't get enough sustenance. I had the review at a 2-Star but I decreased it to 1-Star. I ordered online and when I got there it wasn't ready. And it wasn't like they were busy. So I had to wait behind 3 people. I am a Chipotle lover in a house of Qdoba fans. I have to lobby hard for Chipotle. I have probably been five times since April...only once did it go smoothly. I stopped doing online orders because they were never done on time (once almost an hour past it's expected time; without the ability for a refund).
