It's Chipotle. I love Chipotle. It's pretty much the same as any other Chipotle. However, this particular branch is not the greatest. I tend to come here often cuz it's close to work for lunch. However, I noticed that they almost always skimp on the meat. I order the carnitas burrito bowl. In this location, they mound on the rice until the bowl is almost full. They then just sprinkle meat on. Usually not even a full scoop. All other locations tend to give me twice the amount of meat than this location. This visit, they messed up even farther. I was the first customer of the morning. They took the covers off the meats, and they were clearly leftovers from the previous day. The pork was darkened and dry, obviously she'd like bad leftovers. And there was only a tiny but left. Then the server skimped on the cheese to make matters worse. I've finally given up on coming to the Addison location. Never again. read more

Had a steak burrito and everything was room temperate in it. I would recommend to the staff that they learn how to cut meat every bite I took I had the hard fat part of the steak so I got annoyed and threw 50% of the burrito away rather than risking to mess up my teeth. I love chipotle but I believe they have standards as every company should the staff should learn from management and if some of them are not doing there job and are not willing to learn than I think it's better to replace that them. Thank you have a great day! read more

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, orderly, timely, and the food was amazing as usual. Good job chipotle.

Why is this Chipotle different than others? Service! The menu and food is pretty straightforward. You know the choices, the portion sizes, and quality. The difference here is the staff and service. They are always smiling considering this location is not the most convenient to get in and out of relative to the construction on the roads as well as timing of lights nearby. I was recently part of a catering order and they were great! All of the items came clearly marked, they provided plenty of plates, napkins, utensils, chafing dishes, and the value was phenomenal. They really want to be part of the local community rather than just being the local branch. It seems easy to forget about them when you might stop by occasionally for a meal but they do a great job. Overall, a place I would definitely recommend for a meal for one or for 100. read more

HORRIBLE. Ordered pick-up. Smallest portion I've ever seen and they gave me guacamole that was BROWN throughout. Never coming back to this location. Do not come here. read more

The best service from any Chipotle! The staff are so friendly and always smiling. They give you plenty of everything you ask for, some other locations can be a bit skimpy. This is my son's favorite place to eat and this is the best by far! The last few times we went it wasn't as good. My chicken was cold and tasted fishy. read more

Alright so it's kinda petty to review Chipotle, but compared to the Village Crossing location in Skokie, YALL BE JIPPIN THE CUSTOMERS FOR THE "EXTRA RICE W/NO BEANS" - i.e. I order a burrito bowl with beans and ask for extra rice, the lady just slides it over to the bean girl and ignores my request for extra rice... in the SAME order, same thing happened when i ask for chicken with fajitas, y'all be single scoopin both of them acting like you don't have cooks in the back- like the rice and chicken hasn't already been sitting there for a few hours-- by the time i got my bowl, it was half full. The location in Skokie, will give me a fully packed burrito OR bowl without the request of "extra" because they know; i ain't gettin any beans! maybe it's a "rule" at chipotle not to give "extra" or maybe all three ladies just didn't hear me for both orders in the same day - but y'all can't be jippin on basic calories and proteins- cmon... y'all make me sad- in that regards, please refer to the Chipotle in Skokie at Village Crossing for their customer service in the food industry is superb. Done. I'll go to the Bloomingdale location from now on, if I even decide to return to Chipotle. This location's staff has gone downhill drastically. Nowhere near as friendly or professional as it was years ago. Everyone up front looks stressed out, and everyone in back is too busy screwing around. Skimpy portions because nobody can wrap a thick burrito. It's too expensive for me to dismiss portions being cut back, and if they do manage to put an acceptable amount of the ingredients (like they used to) I wind up wearing some of it and the other half falls all over the tabletop and floor. I'm over it. The first couple of years that this location was open it was great. Management needs to step in. read more

Food smacks but workers are all rude so basically ruined my entire experience. Especially one girl, I walked in at 9:50, she saw me and rolled her eyes. They didn't even have chicken left, smh read more

This location knows how to prepare their food with flavor. I've been to other locations where the rice is clumpy, or sometimes tasteless, which is the base of the burrito bowl I always order. This location gets it right every single time! I love their product and I love their service! read more

This is brand-spanking new so I decided to check it out after work one day. The location itself is pretty spacious and has ample seating. Here is a totally random observation but the doors here stink. They are so heavy and awkward. Even when I was leaving, another customer commented about the doors being too heavy and hard to open. Now, I am not sure if something has changed in Chipotles' standards but I ordered a steak fajita burrito and the steak they tried to serve was still bloody. The steak was being cooked fresh and they said they cooked it "medium" and if that was OK with me. I'd rather not eat bloody meat so I said I would just have chicken instead. They offered to cook it a bit longer for me if I didn't mind waiting. I was also offered a free drink since I had to wait. Also, I don't get why they ask what type of beans I want. It is a fajita burrito (where you have the veggies in lieu of beans)...maybe something has changed where they offer beans on this type of burrito now? The burrito was still tasty and I appreciated the free drink for my wait. read more

This Chipotle has some of the nicest employees I have met ANYWHERE. They are hello, how are you, please, thank you, have a great day / thanks for coming from the minute you get there until you leave. You can't help but be in a good mood while talking with staff because they're all so cheerful. It's so nice to have pleasant interactions with people instead of the usual "what do you want" or silence that you get elsewhere. read more

I've eaten here a few times. Every time I eat here I feel like it doesn't taste like chipotle at all. Ate here yesterday it was awful. I swear if I was blindfolded and you asked me to guess what I was eating in a million years I would have NEVER guessed Chipotle. I'm starting to think Chipotle just fell off. I use to love Chipotle. I could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner all in the same day, but now I barely want to eat at all. It's because I'm comparing it to how chipotle use to taste. Im giving 2 star for chipotle standards. If I had no prior experience with Chipotle no was eating for the first time I would have given a 3. I will say that this particular location has been consistently bad. Even when I was in love with Chipotle. What's probably going to end up happening is a month or two will pass, and I will eat chipotle again. I won't give this location another chance though. I've given like 10 already. read more

Absolutely horrible. I went and got a burrito bowl and chips with my boyfriend lastnight. I found two pieces of long black hair in my food, so o stopped eating and About 1 hour after eating my stomach started to really hurt. So I went home. 5 minutes after I got home I stated to throw up. From 11pm-9am this morning I was in the bathroom EVERY HALF HOUR, throwing up. Once I started to have more time frame in between throwing up I was able to get sleep. Now I'm dealing with it coming out of the other end. And i barely ate at all. HORRIBLE place to go! read more

The foods great but the employees are rude. Could care less to explain anything talk super fast couldn't even understand them then stare at you as if you heard exactly what they said. read more

Undercooked chicken in my burrito bowl. This is the second time in less than 6 months. The employees are nice but the food isn't safe.

Full disclosure: This was only my second time ever going to a Chipotle. That said, this location was extremely efficient. Like, I was in and out with my food in probably less than 90 seconds, no joke. At noon! They were really nice though, even asked if I was having a nice day. And the place was clean. As far as the food? It was good. But I have decided I'm just not that into it. I got the shredded beef rice bowl with toppings, including guac. Again, good. But it seemed bland to me. Like, the guacamole just tasted so bland. And the beef didn't have much flavor besides salt. I guess I just don't "get" Chipotle. But I digress. If you do like Chipotle, this place is a good bet. I probably won't be back. read more

Absolutely love the cleanliness of this chipotle. I've been to several chipotle restaurants in my life but this by far has had the best experience. The food line was clean the staff was pleasant and my burrito was terrific. Great job ! read more

The rudest Chipotle I have EVER been to. Literally 2 words were said to me the whole time . When I asked for extra corn and sour cream the old lady helping me got so annoyed I can tell and gave me the dirtiest look . On top of that when I went to pay she made it a point to come to the cashier helping me and say a smart comment in a different language , they both laughed and looked at me . I thought Chipotle was known for customer service? Unless your desperate please stay far away . I will travel the extra miles and go to a different location . read more

I love chipotle, but this one is terrible. So stingy on the amount they give you and when you ask for more they try to pass it on to the next person so you can't get more. So rude. The staff is very unfriendly. The only reason I go to this one is because it is close to my work. read more

Not sure if bc I'm a regular here but the attitude from a certain employee is disrespectful towards customers. Oh and super stingy on meat even when ask for double. I'd go to another one but this is the closest. Unfortunately I love chipotle but can't stand some employees here. read more

Great place! I go to this location occasionally. Today I stopped after work to grab food to go I had to wait for a minute or so for chicken. No big deal I'll wait , and the lady at the register ended up giving me my meal for free! Thank you this made my day!! read more

Peppers & onions and steak were cold. Chips were stale. My friend was ill before he could finish the meal. Within 15-20 minutes he had projectile vomit & diarrhea. It was so loud it was hard to hear to order. We've not had this problem at other locations. read more

This is the cleanest and most friendly Chipotle I've ever been to. The food is the same as all chipotles, but the staff really makes the experience! Every time I go there the staff greets me with a smile, asks about how I'm doing and everyone is very quick with food preparation. read more

Not the best chipotle around, the employees are rude, they act like they are bored, they dont even care about what you are ordering, i wont be going there anymore read more

Are used to like this location. I didn't love this location but I liked it because it was close to work. However the past two times I have gone literally today and two days ago for lunch there is a Hispanic older lady who seems to not understand the concept of can I have more. I don't know if it was after this new program that chipotle put on that now everyone is getting stingy with the condiments but seriously when I say more I mean I want another spoonful of it. This lady in particular who I had the same service from gave me 1/3 spoonful of tomatoes and I asked for more and she gave another third and I had asked for more to get one whole spoonful which I typically would get on a normal day. It was the same deal with the corn. It is frustrating for the customer who has specific ingredients that they love and want more up to not get that because of an employee who is being very stingy for something that is not even hers. read more

I can't decide what it better at Chipotle, the food or the service. The workers are always friendly and have some impressive wrapping skillz. It doesn't matter how much stuff you ask for, they can somehow magically fold it into its soft tortilla blanket. Props to all of the workers at the Addison location including the girl at the register. You are what keeps Chipotle great! read more

The people here are always smiling. And of course, the quality of the food is up to normal Chipotle standards. Great service here.

Good food. Employees are nice and friendly. Fast service.

I just ordered a salad from this location, brought it back to work and started eating it and found a small dead fly in the lettuce. DISGUSTING! I called and spoke with a manager and instead of offering me my money back, he wanted me to come back and have my meal replaced! NO THANK YOU! I will never be eating at this location or any other again! The health department should be called on them!! read more

I lovee me some chipotle, i am addicted to it. that being said i love going to chipotle I like the location of this one in particular since its located right next to walmart, makes it convenient to do my shopping and pick up a burrito bowl on my way home. I have nothing bad to say about this chipotle the service is amazing the workers are great!, but just one thing thats always bothered me about all the chipotles I have been to, every time you ask for a little extra meat they look at you like you're crazy and ask you if you want to double it, NO i dont want to double it i just want more than the 5 little pieces you put in there... sorry about that just something that annoys me, don't be so stingy let the people have their meat. other than that i have no complaints. read more

Staff is always very friendly, the place is clean and food is good! See ya in a few days!
