It's Chipotle. I love Chipotle. It's pretty much the same as any other Chipotle. However, this particular branch is not the greatest. I tend to come here often cuz it's close to work for lunch. However, I noticed that they almost always skimp on the meat. I order the carnitas burrito bowl. In this location, they mound on the rice until the bowl is almost full. They then just sprinkle meat on. Usually not even a full scoop. All other locations tend to give me twice the amount of meat than this location. This visit, they messed up even farther. I was the first customer of the morning. They took the covers off the meats, and they were clearly leftovers from the previous day. The pork was darkened and dry, obviously she'd like bad leftovers. And there was only a tiny but left. Then the server skimped on the cheese to make matters worse. I've finally given up on coming to the Addison location. Never again. read more

Alright so it's kinda petty to review Chipotle, but compared to the Village Crossing location in Skokie, YALL BE JIPPIN THE CUSTOMERS FOR THE "EXTRA RICE W/NO BEANS" - i.e. I order a burrito bowl with beans and ask for extra rice, the lady just slides it over to the bean girl and ignores my request for extra rice... in the SAME order, same thing happened when i ask for chicken with fajitas, y'all be single scoopin both of them acting like you don't have cooks in the back- like the rice and chicken hasn't already been sitting there for a few hours-- by the time i got my bowl, it was half full. Why is this Chipotle different than others? Service! The menu and food is pretty straightforward. You know the choices, the portion sizes, and quality. The difference here is the staff and service. They are always smiling considering this location is not the most convenient to get in and out of relative to the construction on the roads as well as timing of lights nearby. I was recently part of a catering order and they were great! All of the items came clearly marked, they provided plenty of plates, napkins, utensils, chafing dishes, and the value was phenomenal. They really want to be part of the local community rather than just being the local branch. It seems easy to forget about them when you might stop by occasionally for a meal but they do a great job. Overall, a place I would definitely recommend for a meal for one or for 100. read more

Done. I'll go to the Bloomingdale location from now on, if I even decide to return to Chipotle. This location's staff has gone downhill drastically. Nowhere near as friendly or professional as it was years ago. Everyone up front looks stressed out, and everyone in back is too busy screwing around. Skimpy portions because nobody can wrap a thick burrito. It's too expensive for me to dismiss portions being cut back, and if they do manage to put an acceptable amount of the ingredients (like they used to) I wind up wearing some of it and the other half falls all over the tabletop and floor. The best service from any Chipotle! The staff are so friendly and always smiling. They give you plenty of everything you ask for, some other locations can be a bit skimpy. I've eaten here a few times. Every time I eat here I feel like it doesn't taste like chipotle at all. Ate here yesterday it was awful. This is brand-spanking new so I decided to check it out after work one day. The location itself is pretty spacious and has ample seating. Here is a totally random observation but the doors here stink. They are so heavy and awkward. Even when I was leaving, another customer commented about the doors being too heavy and hard to open. Now, I am not sure if something has changed in Chipotles' standards but I ordered a steak fajita burrito and the steak they tried to serve was still bloody. The steak was being cooked fresh and they said they cooked it "medium" and if that was OK with me. I'd rather not eat bloody meat so I said I would just have chicken instead. They offered to cook it a bit longer for me if I didn't mind waiting. I was also offered a free drink since I had to wait. Also, I don't get why they ask what type of beans I want. It is a fajita burrito (where you have the veggies in lieu of beans)...maybe something has changed where they offer beans on this type of burrito now? Absolutely horrible. I went and got a burrito bowl and chips with my boyfriend lastnight. I found two pieces of long black hair in my food, so o stopped eating and About 1 hour after eating my stomach started to really hurt. So I went home. 5 minutes after I got home I stated to throw up. From 11pm-9am this morning I was in the bathroom EVERY HALF HOUR, throwing up. Once I started to have more time frame in between throwing up I was able to get sleep. Now I'm dealing with it coming out of the other end. And i barely ate at all. HORRIBLE place to go! read more

Full disclosure: This was only my second time ever going to a Chipotle. That said, this location was extremely efficient. Like, I was in and out with my food in probably less than 90 seconds, no joke. At noon! They were really nice though, even asked if I was having a nice day. And the place was clean. As far as the food? It was good. But I have decided I'm just not that into it. I got the shredded beef rice bowl with toppings, including guac. Again, good. But it seemed bland to me. Like, the guacamole just tasted so bland. And the beef didn't have much flavor besides salt. I guess I just don't "get" Chipotle. But I digress. If you do like Chipotle, this place is a good bet. The rudest Chipotle I have EVER been to. Literally 2 words were said to me the whole time . When I asked for extra corn and sour cream the old lady helping me got so annoyed I can tell and gave me the dirtiest look . On top of that when I went to pay she made it a point to come to the cashier helping me and say a smart comment in a different language , they both laughed and looked at me . Peppers & onions and steak were cold. Chips were stale. My friend was ill before he could finish the meal. Within 15-20 minutes he had projectile vomit & diarrhea. It was so loud it was hard to hear to order. We've not had this problem at other locations. read more

Are used to like this location. I didn't love this location but I liked it because it was close to work. However the past two times I have gone literally today and two days ago for lunch there is a Hispanic older lady who seems to not understand the concept of can I have more. I don't know if it was after this new program that chipotle put on that now everyone is getting stingy with the condiments but seriously when I say more I mean I want another spoonful of it. This lady in particular who I had the same service from gave me 1/3 spoonful of tomatoes and I asked for more and she gave another third and I had asked for more to get one whole spoonful which I typically would get on a normal day. It was the same deal with the corn. It is frustrating for the customer who has specific ingredients that they love and want more up to not get that because of an employee who is being very stingy for something that is not even hers. read more

I lovee me some chipotle, i am addicted to it. that being said i love going to chipotle I like the location of this one in particular since its located right next to walmart, makes it convenient to do my shopping and pick up a burrito bowl on my way home. I have nothing bad to say about this chipotle the service is amazing the workers are great!, but just one thing thats always bothered me about all the chipotles I have been to, every time you ask for a little extra meat they look at you like you're crazy and ask you if you want to double it, NO i dont want to double it i just want more than the 5 little pieces you put in there... sorry about that just something that annoys me, don't be so stingy let the people have their meat. other than that i have no complaints. read more
