When entering the take away I was greeted by confused glares. Once I began to order the lady behind the counter acted as if I was speaking a language unfamiliar to her, she seemed disinterested and frankly I felt as if I was a nuisance to her. I had to repeat my order a whole 4 times and still the staff behind the counter did not listen. They were not short staffed as they had four people behind the counter, they were simply lazy and communicated at the lowest level of customer service that I have ever experienced. After waiting what seemed like a lot longer than the usual waiting period of time for an order of this size I received the food. They had failed to do something as simple as putting gravy over the chips. Once eating the food, it was not near satisfying enough to forget how horrible the staff working that day were. I don't think i'll ever eat out of there again.
