This was the worst massage I've ever had! She had absolutely no idea what she was doing! I'm sure…read moreis not licensed. Kept doing the same thing over and over. Scratched my back a bunch! Steaming hot towel and then rocks covered by another towel. The bottom rock I had to move after she left me in the room cause it was burning me. Sneezed, no issue until blew her nose twice, then right back to massaging me. No hand sanitizer!! Went in with neck issues. Now it is even worse. I paid for 75 minutes. Didn't look at the time until I left. Was little bit over an hour! I felt so bad that she was totally clueless and had no idea how to even stop the massage. Kept sitting on the bed with me and ended the massage with a kiss on forehead!! Guy came in right after I did and heard him ask for the other girl or was leaving. I swear it's a rub and tug!! So any guys looking for one. Here it is!

I've been a client here for 5 years, which says a lot about how much I've supported this business…read moreover time. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last visits, I dealt with scheduling issues, including overbooking, which led to being asked to choose a more time-efficient style or potentially have my appointment interrupted due to another client being scheduled during my time slot. When I raised my concerns, I ultimately felt dismissed and later canceled as a client. I also experienced continued messages after requesting no further contact. I shared my experience publicly because I believe clients should be able to speak honestly about their service experiences. At this point, I will not be returning, and I wish them well moving forward.

Having received massages for years but never an 'asian' or 'Chinese' massage I figured what the…read moreheck and gave it a shot. The place can not be considered a 'spa' by any means but the therapist more than made up for the facility. While it was clean yet unadorned, the location was convenient and they made good use of available space. The attendant spoke little to no English and used her phone as a translation device and even that was a bit bumpy. "Midi o Straw" was what I heard and quickly realized she was asking if I wanted a Medium or Strong massage. I never figured a massage was to tickle so I said "Straw". I am used to Swedish and Deep Tissue massages and this, while different did not dissapoint. I will not go into details but suffice to say that this therapist took her work seriously as she beat out the knots in my back, arms and legs. The 'Asian' approach to massage was different but appreciated. I normally enjoy a little commentary or conversation during a session but here we had mostly silence although I could make out "straw"..."straw" while she was working on some impressive knots in my upper back. I guess she figured I would pass out from the pain but I saw it through to the end, looking forward to the relief when the pain ended. Would I go back? Certainly. Was the price fair? Yes, she worked her ass off. A substantial tip was gladly handed over at the end. Looking forward to next visit.

Honestly I would give zero stars if possible. Hands down the worst salon experience of my life. My…read morefriend and I had 2:30 appointments for a mani/pedi groupon deal and arrived 8 minutes late. No one was at the front desk. The salon owner emerged and asked to reschedule. We asked if we could just get pedicures and she reluctantly agreed. She started angrily giving my friend her pedi. Fifteen minutes later another woman arrived to do my pedi. She never introduced herself and sat down glaring at me. No one offered us water. The pedis each took approximately 20 minutes (kinda short but whatevs). The owner pushed my friend's cuticle down way too far. Nonetheless I asked if they could squeeze in one mani for me because I was leaving town the next day and there were no other clients and the pedi only took 20 minutes. I really wanted my nails done for a bachelorette party I had in another town the next night. They said no because they had a 3:15 and a 3:30 appointment. My friend pointed out we were only 8 minutes late and that it seemed unreasonable. The girl doing my nails said, "normally pedis take 45 minutes and manis take 30 minutes." I asked why they had a 3:15 if each appointment is normally an hour and fifteen minutes. The owner proceeded to fight with me about the math. I'm no math whiz but I'd bet my entire life savings that 45 + 30 = 75 minutes. My friend chimed in that our pedis only took 20 minutes and that the woman doing my nails was herself late. The owner snapped, "you don't understand because you don't work at a salon, do you?" My friend said, "i will stay calm and reasonable but I have a major problem with how this is being handled." The owner stormed off and returned a few minutes later. When she returned the owner said, "I was counting on you to be early." I said I booked the appointment and no one mentioned coming early. She said, "I didn't say early; I said on time." Uhm, am I hallucinating?? Then she said, "if you knew you were leaving town tomorrow why did you book an appointment for today?" I explained that I have never had to come back for a mani/pedi before. At this point, the owner said, "you guys are acting like a bunch of spoiled brats" and demanded that we leave the salon. Our nails were still wet but we stood up. She asked for our groupons. We said we shouldn't have to pay because we were being kicked out with wet nails and had not gotten manicures and had received incredibly rude service which included name calling. The owner insisted we pay anyway and we were so rattled that we gave her our groupons. At this point it was past 3:30 and no one else had come in. So much for the supposed 3:15 appointment! Upon getting in the car, we investigated our toes and discovered the real kicker: terrible pedis with nail polish on our skin and cuticles. My four year old can give a better pedi. I would never in a million years return to this salon. I'd be shocked if it stayed in business.
