We discussed what areas I wanted to work on. Fabian checked in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much or too little regularly. At 4:30 I asked how much longer of a wait and I was told probably 10 minutes and still no apology for the time delay. There were two other ladies who had appointments at 4:15 who were also waiting 15+ minutes and nobody updated them either. Terrible customer service.
