Great food and the people are very nice! However it is a small family business so they do only accept cash or checks. I've been here several times and have yet to order something I haven't liked. Should definitely check it out if you're caving some good Chinese food! :) read more

Very sorry Fried Rice, no flavor and nothing was added to it. I feel it was brown rice or white rice with sause added for color and it tasted like it was several days old. As for the rest of the meal, I didn't even give it to my dogs. You just need to move on from this hell hole, they only want CASH from you. read more

After driving past this restaurant for 20+ years, I decided to try it. Food: Just ok. Nothing special. Service: Prompt. Interestingly, only cash and checks are accepted. Ambiance: Think small town Mississippi bus station (Trailways. Not Greyhound.) I'm glad I got the experience out of my system, but won't be back. read more

Three years ago I pulled off I-16 to gas up. It was a Friday during Lent and I wanted something meatless to eat on the road between Orlando and Cashiers, NC. I thought of some delicious vegetable fried rice would hit the spot. I put "Chinese Food" into the GPS, and this place popped up! I called and ordered, sight unseen, and drove to pick up my meal. The place doesn't look like much from the road, nor is it fine-dining inside, but it's a great take-out place! I had some great fried rice that day, and while waiting, the person behind the counter offered me a free sweet tea. Of course I accepted. More than half the time I've been there since, they've done the same thing, just handed me a free drink. I've actually taken to ordering one & paying for it since I don't want to take advantage of their generosity. I've only had the egg rolls, won ton soup, and a couple staples on my half-dozen trips though Satesboro back and forth between Orlando & North Carolina. The fried rice is delicious (and the vegetable one comes with a ton of fresh veggies) and adding shrimp was a hit too. Good lo mein & sweet & sour chicken too! read more

Chinese kitchen is a statesboro tradition when it comes to Chinese cuisine. This bright yellow and green building may not seem like anywhere worth doing at first glance, but i can remember delicious food being made here since I was a little girl. Their portions are incredibly large and their prices are the most reasonable in town. A standard $5-$7 order of any dish will get you an entire takeout box full of meat ant delicious sauces, and a separate box of rice. While I do wish they gave you slightly more rice, I've been pleased to find that the woman at the counter also usually throws in a free (and delicious) sweet tea with my order. One meal is enough for my boyfriend and I to share for at least two meals. The meat is flavorful, albeit sometimes a bit fatty, but many people enjoy fat and it's presence is standard in authentic Chinese cuisine. They also offer a number of less common foods that you won't find anywhere else in town, like egg foo young. I have yet to try it, but the woman in front of me in line told me it was her husband's favorite item there! Overall, it is an excellent place for take out, and I recommend it highly. Worst food ever, I ordered the Kung Poa chicken and got a tiny piece of chicken with a ton of hard batter, I couldn't even eat it. I bet you there wasn't even a half of a thigh in the whole entre. It was mostly batter and I didn't even know Kung Poa came with batter. It supposed to be spicy, too and it wasn't. I usually don't like to write reviews, but this was sad, very sad! My husband wouldn't let me call and tell them about it. read more
