Came in for a 1hr deep tissue couples massage to celebrate my birthday and left feeling really…read moredisappointed which sucks because we booked here due to the rave reviews. My boyfriend asked for medium pressure, I asked for strong. I had to ask 2 more times during the massage for the woman to go stronger and I also let her know the muscles in my neck and shoulders were very tight and needed more pressure. Despite this, she didn't adjust pressure at all until the last 5 minutes of the massage and did not do any deep tissue work on my neck or shoulders. Because she only did deep tissue on two or three random parts of my body for maybe less than 10 minutes total of the whole massage, I now have something pinched in my lower back that I did not come in with. My boyfriend felt his massage was extremely light except for when his back got walked on, which resulted in him also leaving with back pain because of how rushed she was with her approach. There was also another employee yelling during the beginning of our massage as well and the music kept turning off so one of the ladies had to go out several times to tell them to stop and to turn the music back on. Overall it was a huge bummer, especially for the price of $285. It felt like we paid a lot of money to leave feeling worse than we walked in. We won't be coming back.

I came on new client/senior price:…read more Pros: Priscella was nice enough, great massage hands and I LOVE hot stone massage! Cons: if you want a "lovely spa" this is definitely not it! A very funky small room and an old building with no decor or amenities whatsoever. Also as a senior she should realise we are not as flexible as a 20 year-old and most of us have some degree of arthritis. . I felt very uncomfortable the unnatural angle she was moving my arms into, and even though I have never had knee issues like most people my age, I was very uncomfortable with her patella manipulation ( no muscles there so should not be pushing bones around!!) and my knees do not feel good today. Plus she asked me three times if I would like to leave a gratuity which felt very tacky. If you want a lovely spa massage (or amazing therapeutic facial) go to Float nearby!
