I made an appointment online, received multiple reminders via text messages and email about the appointment, came here on time and found the lights are off and the door was locked. I called her on the phone. Not only she was not apologetic, she was extremely rude and said she was only taking appointments by phone. She said she has kids to take care of, somehow she knew I am Chinese American, according to her I should cut her some slack because we are both Asian. I would give this place TEN STARS if possible. I have been seeing an overpriced and good but not great massage therapist for the past four months. Once a month. It's a pain to book and you have to prepay or it's stupid expensive. They want you to tip 25-30% too. Ugh. On a lark, I walked into this place which is 150 feet from my garage. I have been in terrible pain in shoulders and neck due to GI angst. COCO IS A GENIUS. The hot cupping did more to release the pain than anything I've done all year. I will go back. If you go , TIP HEAVY. 49/hour is wayyyyy too low for the level of massage and knowledge Coco possesses. I'm 49 and danced, taught exercise. A lifelong fitness maniac. I scheduled a massage for Valentine's Day at 11:00 am about a week in advance. The website didn't say anything about being closed, said nothing about COVID, and allowed me to book an appointment. Not only was my appointment booked, but I also received a confirmation text, a confirmation email, and a reminder text. However, the morning of the 14th I receive a text message from the wellness center at 6 in the morning saying they are closed and won't reopen until next Tuesday. So not only am I disappointed, but now I have no chance of scheduling another massage for today. If you are closed, there needs to be something stating so on the website and you need to shut off your booking system. read more

The office is very clean and professional and both women put their heart, soul and muscle into to giving their customers 150% each and every time. They work 7 days a week until 8 or 9 p.m and are extremely skilled and gifted masseuses.
