Literally I still come here for Chinese American whenever I'm visiting town. The food is always is made to order. Ten+ years later and it's still the same family cooking the food which got me excited! The sesame chicken is one of my top favorites here. The flavor is on point and tastes drastically different than the orange chicken. It also has the crunchiest taste a sesame chicken I've ever eaten. This was our first visit first. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Will be back again!

Everytime I go, the food is hot, fresh and very good. Frontman is very personable, jokes around a lot, very friendly. Photo of 1/2 order of Hunan Beef and an egg roll. Definitely will return many times! Only "con" I can think of is the spicy dishes aren't really that spicy, but that's what I have grown to expect from "american" ethnic food. Best chinese takeout in Watertown! Portions and prices are fair. You need to try their pork with garlic sauce. It's a little spicy, but amazing. Make your white rice into fried rice for $1 extra. Unlike some chinese takeout places, the meat in their dishes is recognizable as the intended meat. The staff is friendly. Mom and dad cook and one of the kids mans the front counter. There are a few tables in the restaurant, but the ambiance is definitely inclined toward takeout. Water is served in styrofoam cups from the tap....surprisingly, not that delicious in Watertown. Walk-in orders are typically completed within 15 minutes. Not too much of a wait of you fail to plan ahead. read more

We carried out on New Years Eve around 6pm. They were very busy but kept the orders rolling. We are new to town so are searching for a go-to Chinese carry out. Very pleased to say we have found it. The food was ready within 10 minutes of the designated time - hot and fresh! Ten minute drive home and still very hot. Had rice noodles, twice cooked pork, egg foo young and shrimp with lobster sauce. All fantastic. We will definitely return. read more

This restaurant was a nice surprise. It did not look interesting inside or out. The egg rolls were exceptional and fall into "among the best" class. They were a little crispy and the ground meat was in this really good red sauce which added a lot of flavor to the dish. The combo section on the menu is a good value. You get an entree, egg roll, and fried rice all for about seven bucks. I had the beef with garlic sauce which was really good. My friend had beef fried rice which was good also. As much as I liked this restaurant I was not wild about the won ton soup. I have had better elsewhere. If you are in this area be sure and try it. read more

Good food but I don't recommend eating in the restaurant. It's a take-out place, for sure. Atmosphere is cold and uninviting, and the staff is super hard to understand so you're never quite sure your order is being understood, but the food is good. We have yet to be disappointed. read more

Great food! Went here for the first time tonight and it was delicious. A highlight was the sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken appetizer. Crab Rangoon was okay, needed a bit more filling. Overall, delicious place and will be back! read more

My absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. The prices are fantastic, and the food is always delicious and ready in 15 minutes or less. I love that no matter the time of day, I can call up and order the best sesame chicken I've ever had and have it be ready in a flash. Everything is always made to order too, since they are usually finishing it up when I walk in the door. I often order from here on my lunch breaks and never have to worry about it being ready in time or being disappointed by quality. I have always gotten exactly what I ordered and have been satisfied every single time. This is definitely a take-out oriented restaurant, and I ate there once and it was fine, but don't go there expecting it to be your typical sit-down restaurant. read more

Bad customer service. Placed an order by phone and we had thought they got our order right because it was repeated back but when we got back to our house they did not have one of the two entrees but instead a huge order of fried rice. Called and they said it was a communication issue and would give us $2 off if we wanted to order the entree. I did not want the huge order of fried rice they gave us instead of the entree and said I would bring that back...but they would not do that.....needless to say they lost our business. read more

I am a regular here and usually the food is quite good. Unfortunately my most recent order did not live up to their normal standard. The teriyaki chicken was burnt, charcoal on a stick. The wonton soup was watery and had no real flavor to it. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them but I was very disappointed that they would serve food this bad. If it is a trend I will have to look for a new place to get my chinese food. I was not happy. read more

The worst experience I've ever had ordering carry out. While placing my order inside, I ordered 3 entrees totally over $20 in order to receive the free crab rangoons advertised online. The clerk didn't understand me and asked for the manager. He didn't understand me either but honored the offer. After confirming the rangoons, I ordered steamed chicken and broccoli,of which you can upgrade from white rice to fried rice for a dollar extra. Done. After placing the order, also including sweet sour chicken and vegetable lo mein, I asked if I would receive a large side of sweet n sour sauce, you know, enough for the rangoons and sweet n sour chicken. She said yes, the large container. Upon picking up the order I examined the bag to ensure everything was correct, and it appeared to be so. After arriving home, 35 minutes away, I realized the fried rice was missing and there was only a small container of sweet n sour sauce, of which was only half full. In light of these shortcomings, I called Chinatown tand explained the situation. The manager explained that the crab rangoons are not served with ,sweet n sour sauce. Are you kidding me? So I guess that explains the lack of sweet n sour, even though I previously confirmed how much I would receive. I proceeded to inquire about the fried rice and he said I could come back to receive it. After I explained I live 35 minutes away he said sorry, and hung up. I called back and explained I was dissatisfied with my order and was hung up on again. I will say this, the vegetable low mein was ok. The rangoons were rubbery. The garlic sauce for the steamed chicken and vegetables was way too spicy. The sweet n sour chicken, well, may of been ok had there been enough sweet n sour sauce for it, as I had used most of it for the rubbery rangoons because there was not enough of it and it was watery. Seriously, what chinese restaurant can't get sweet n sour sauce right? Guess we will have to find a better chinese restaurant, which obviously won't be too difficult, If I could rate Chinatown zero stars, I would.
