Solid, flavorful, and cooked just right. Quick tip though: the noodles are thinner, so the spice definitely comes through more. If you like heat, keep that in mind. My personal favorite dish is the pad kee mao (drunken noodles). I usually go up a spice level on that one and it hits every time ... super flavorful, a little kick, and just really satisfying.
