I do love me some Thai food and I forget how good it is when done correctly. This place seems to do it right! Walking in, we were greeted and sat ourselves at a little table off to the side and were given menus to review. I started out with Crab Rangoon since it's one of my favorites. I docked a star for this because when it came out, it looked like an egg roll, and they were very very small. I got a total of 5 "sticks" and even though I ate every single one, I didn't find them to be as good as if they were to come out in their traditional looking way. Makes me think they are either, at the very least NOT made on site, and *gasp* from Gordon Food Service! Anyway, I went with Pad Thai and got the Mild + spice. Not to hot, not to bland. Maybe I can step it up next time around! My friend got the drunken noodles, but remember, she has literally no tolerance for spice, so she thought it was too hot. It wasn't. She just doesn't have a good tolerance for much of anything spicier than water. (don't tell her I said that.) Anyway, even though this place is small, I really enjoyed my food here and would return in the future. If they fix the crab rangoon situation, I may give it 5 stars!!!

The rice soup it was so good lots of rice and chicken with a mild flavor soup " rice " flavor. The chicken and cashews had peppers and carrots with small corn. Flavor was delicate with a nice spice . Perfect for a light lunch. The curry was very good tasted creamy with a lot of delicious veggies. We ordered a bag of shrimp chips to go and a fried ice cream to top it off ( and then, not a light lunch anymore but so worth it !) if your driving by I will tell you stopping in for a little snack will delight you as well! Service was perfect. They could use a warmer ambiance such as a comforting seats not solid week.

The origami napkins for different seasons, pillow changes in the booth and different centerpieces. I'm always excited to see what she does next. The service is wonderful. We were treated great our first visit, but have felt like family ever since. From recommendations to secret sauces or methods for eating dishes how they would in Thailand, Sue is there guide and assist. I look forward to seeing her as much as I do the food. Our food is always excellent and I like to try new things all the time. But we still have favorites. Appetizers. It's hard not to order the fried wontons, my spouse's favorite. We both enjoy the apple or papaya salad. And I'm a sucker for tum yum soup, theirs does not disappoint. Entrees we often enjoy traditionals like Pad See Ewe and Fried Rice. They are staples for a reason. But I've enjoyed trying many of Sue's recommendations. And I love a ground chicken dish she recommended served with lettuce cups and a fried egg. I wish I remembered the name. But it's one of her favorites. She will know! Be sure to ask for the Thai pickled lime and hot peppers condiment (upon request). My newest obsession is their Chicken Satay salad. It's fantastic. So fresh and delicious, not to mention gorgeous. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. I can't tell you about dessert because we are always too full. But I'm determined to try her mango rice because I'm confident it will be amazing . If you have tried this place, it's worth a visit. You will want to go back again and again.

We started with Old Fashioneds, which were very good, although it did take a while for our drinks to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive, but they were clearly very busy, and there was a wait by the time we were leaving. For appetizers, we ordered both the Devil Goons--seafood rangoons made with Sriracha and ghost chili peppers--and the regular rangoons. The Devil Goons were excellent; I had never had spicy rangoons before, and it was a great twist. The regular rangoons, however, were just okay in comparison. I ordered the red curry and thought it was just alright. I asked for medium spice, which was tolerable, but it lacked the rich coconut milk and curry flavors I'm used to from other places. My friends ordered fried rice, and their portions were noticeably larger than mine. For a similar price point, the portion sizes felt inconsistent. That said, they really enjoyed the fried rice. Overall, it's a cool spot to check out and clearly very popular. If I return, I'd skip the red curry. I'd also recommend making a reservation if you're planning ahead.

I am a little unsure of Pha's Pepper Thai…read more First let's start with the service. The hostess was super friendly, polite and helpful. I was a walk-in order and the food was ready quickly. The ambiance was nice. Brightly lit and very clean. I went in rather late, maybe 8:30pm and there was a tv on and the sound was nice and low and not loud. I would have no problem having to eat-in if that was the plan. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered a pretty basic meal, chicken Pad Thai and a Hot and Sour soup. The amount of food in the Pad Thai was nice, it was definitely fresh and hot (temp) and certainly filling. I asked for medium spiciness but I think I should have just said hot because medium had no kick to it. The issue I found was the lack of actual chicken in the dish, very minimal but a lot of egg, it almost felt like egg was used as a filler to be honest. And then the sauce or lack-thereof. Not a lot of sauce at all so some bites just tasted like noodles and bean sprouts. Overall, I guess it was good but it could be better. Chicken Pad Thai: 7 out of 10 Now for the Hot and Sour soup. Although the flavor of the soup was "different" than I've normally tasted other places and the color of the soup was super dark compared to the lighter versions I am used to from other places, the real issue was the ingredients. Hot and sour soup is supposed to full of a protein, mushrooms and bamboo shoots. This order had a minuscule amount of anything. It was basically all broth and the very little amounts of everything else was settled on the bottom. Hot and Sour soup is one of my favorite soups and this was honestly a considerable let down. Hot and Sour soup: 4.5 out of 10 I am going to chalk my mediocre experience up to being late in the evening. I'll try it one more time in the near future closer to a normal dinner time and see how it goes. I'd like to give them another shot at a higher rating from me. Until then, I can only give them 3 stars. UPDATE As I said in my original review, I did go back today and my experience was vastly different than first time. I remembered to take photos this time too. I ordered the exact same food I ordered the first time so I could fairly compare. Pad Thai: This visit the food was still hot and fresh and the portion size was fantastic. The spice level was perfect. This time I did opt for "hot" instead of medium and it was spot on. Good kick, enough to make my nose run, so that's good. This time there was the perfect amount of sauce and I could taste it. And this time there was a perfect amount of protein and not an over abundance of egg. The Pad Thai was great the second visit. First visit score: 7.0 Second visit score: 8.5 Hot and Sour soup: When I opened the lid I could actually see all the ingredients whereas the first visit there was hardly any, all broth. This time there was a decent amount of bamboo, meat, and carrots. It also had tofu in it which I personally could do without but that's just a personal preference. It was a wildly different bowl of soup compared to the first time which makes me think I was kinda ripped off the first time since it was basically only broth. First visit score: 4.5 Second visit score: 7.5 Also, I am going to bump up my star rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.
