The chicken fried rice was fresh, well-seasoned, and packed with plenty of chicken. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly made. The customer service was wonderful. I also appreciated the diversity of the team. they were able to assist customers in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, and Mandarin, making everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. The inside of the restaurant was really clean. Well Lit menus were legible in the bathrooms were clean. I did stop to take a break while I was there waiting for my food. I'll definitely be coming back to order this again. Highly recommend!

I see they add a gratuity automatically if you have more than 5 people sitting in one section. Thought that was a bit unusual but since it's a buffet maybe that's normal. The guys all had different things. The General Tso's chicken was deemed good, lots of items to choose from. I tried the chicken wings (just so-so), but nothing to write home about. I also tried some type of meat that looked good (almost like a beef stew) but it was ice cold. Terrible. Sample the fried fish filets and they were good. A bunch of us tried various sushi rolls and found them good, along with clams and mussels. There was something for everyone. The dessert had some vanilla pudding ( I think the guys thought it was a banana pudding), and to me it just looked like plain vanilla pudding with some wafers on the side. I passed on that. Quite a few had some of the mixed softserve ice cream and liked it. Three or four ordered from the "Make to order meals" where you select your meats, rice or noodles, and they prepare it for you. Overall it was a good experience. Average rating was a 4.1 for the group.

I ordered the chicken and shrimp entree with fried rice and vegetables that come with it for myself and the steak and shrimp with fried rice and veggies for myself husband. I love the zucchini at any Japanese restaurant. First, the takeout plates were oversized proportions and I ate three different meals as did my husband. Shrimp was perfect but the chicken pieces were dry, but I ate them regardless. First time my husband remarked his steak was a bit dry also but I told him when he heated up some the next day as usual to my findings that the steak would be more tender after heating in the microwave and it was. Overall, it satisfied my taste for Hibachi and for $33 , the plates were huge and we had 3 meals each so you can't really complain. I do think that the small cups of the white sauce which everyone wants poured over their fried rice is an extra $.50 per cup? You only get 1 cup per plate so an extra $2 for 4 half filled cups for plates so large , I may be picky but seems like you should get minimum 2-3 cups per plate. But no complaints here about the amount of food you get so I'll go back when the urge for hibachi hits again. Young lady at front register was nice and polite and I need to mention my order was $33.55 after getting 4 cups of white sauce and I had $33 cash and she said never mind the $.55 I was digging in my purse, so that was nice. There was only 1 car in front and 1 person who walked in for a pickup order but it was nice and clean and she was very nice. Most people don't even smile or thank you for your business so I appreciate good customer service. I'd give it an 8 out 10 for the huge portion s that honestly could feed four people easily.
