AMAZING!!! 10,000/10 DO NOT MISS OUT !!! It is hands down the best and only place you should get Chinese food in the greater Memphis area. It may be out of your way , but 100/10 times it is always worth it. They use high quality ingredients and every dish is always cooked to perfection. It's the only place I can eat Chinese food from anymore. This place will set a bar that every other Asian restaurant will fall short of. Bar none. You will come back. The general Tso chicken especially is the best dish you will eat next to Memphis BBQ and the sweet and sour chicken is always cooked to perfection.

This is the BEST, I mean BEST place to eat. I did delivery and it came early. I ordered more food than we needed because so often you order one item and if you don't like it your stuck and unhappy. You will love everything at China Spring. You get large portions and crazy delicious flavor. The chicken wings are the best in TN.

The Onion in the Mongolian beef. This is insanity. Way too much and a ton of onion skin as well. Just crappy/lazy work.

While I am all about Chinese food restaurants, this one has seen better days. Not only is the food bland, the ratios are insane. I ordered Mongolian beef. Pictured below is the amount of onion that was in the dish. Should honestly call it Mongolian onion. I mean seriously!? I got maybe 8 pieces of beef within the actual dish and it was $10! The dish wasn't terrible, you get what you get I suppose from a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant but if you order the Mongolian beef, I would recommend asking for light onion

First impression of restaurant: Wow. This place looks entirely unimpressive. First impression of food: WOW. This smells amazing. I picked up dinner to go for my husband and I and we went pretty basic: chicken & broccoli for him and beef & snow peas for me. I tasted both and they were delicious! I was most impressed with the quality of the beef they used - not chewy at all. Tender and delicious. The vegetables in both dishes were extremely fresh, crisp, and perfectly cooked. Staff was friendly. Food was still steaming once we got it home. Great price, great portion! We've lived in this area for 9 months and I do believe we've finally found "our" place to get Chinese food!

My quick order for tonight

This was so good and memorable. I came for Lunar New Year with some friends and we did family style…read moreso we could try everything. I LOVED how the food had spice but it wasn't overwhelming. It added to the flavor without being the only thing to the food. I think everyone's favorite thing of the night was the Sichuan Mala Dry Pot. It had amazing flavor, good spice, and everything in it was just awesome. I genuinely hope it's on the regular menu but I'm not seeing it on the online menu so it will just have to haunt my dreams. T.T I really liked this place and I cannot wait to return with more friends and try more things. If you're sleeping on the sushi and fried rice at Tokyo Grill, you're seriously missing out. The…read moresushi is ridiculously fresh, perfectly rolled, and basically disappears the second it hits the table. And the fried rice? Absolute flavor bomb--savory, buttery, and loaded with that classic hibachi magic that makes you keep saying "just one more bite"... about 12 times. 10/10 would absolutely demolish this meal again. If you leave hungry, that's honestly a personal choice.

1. Their ingredients tasted super fresh & the sushi rolls we got were really good!…read more 2. The staff here were incredibly friendly and we got our food with a quick turnover considering how much sushi our table ordered. 3. The prices here are VERY great. You can get very affordable sushi here. 4. They were open when neighboring sushi restaurants were closed. (Midday between lunch & dinner) That said, there are no frills here. We got the very basic sushi which were $4.99 a roll (!!!!) or 2 for $9.99 and that came with a miso soup! We tried: cucumber roll, California roll, spicy crunchy crab, and spicy California roll. They were all priced within that price range I mentioned and we were happy with nearly everything. Know that when they say a cucumber roll-- it's literally JUST cucumber inside rice & seaweed. I did not expect that and wouldn't get that one again. Also, the spicy sauce that came on their spicy rolls was overpowering in a bad way. Next time I'll get it on the side or without the sauce all together... you just couldn't taste the sushi or anything except the sauce. (And there was way too much sauce on it, IMO.) All in all? We'd come back again. My daughter really loved the artwork on the walls of the restaurant so huge kudos to whoever did the art inside because it really is breathtaking.
