The kitchen does a great job on cooking and keeping everything on the buffet line stocked. Some of my favorites were the ribs, green beans, and fried chicken. The ribs were so tender and packed with flavor. The fried chicken had the perfect crispiness on the skin. The green beans were real southern fixed green beans. I wasn't expecting much of the milkshake, but they are some the best we've had. It's mostly just Cubans with different options and a soup and a few salad options along with the milkshakes. Their milkshakes are made with real fruit too. You can place your order ahead online - which we will do in the future to help with the wait time. I also saw they have party/catering trays. This will 100% be a staple for us.
