Service is good quick when you order on the phone. Food is really good. Now it is a small place so the ambiance is what it is.

They play with the prices right in your face . I asked to purchase extra sauce they refused... I asked to purchase extra veggies in my order they refused. This place was ok at first but they keep getting nastier and nastier with the attitude. These are not happy people ans you sent want that kind of energy touching your food. I will not be back And this is the only Chinese store that was decent . They will no longer get my business . Telling me a price then when you see im using my card u say its a extra dollar. Definitely should've listened to the reviews on this one :(. Beef fried rice was yellow with only white onions and beef, zero flavor. Chickens wings were the only thing I could really stomach to eat. My husband ordered shrimp fried rice and again nothing other than onions with zero flavor. He also ordered egg drop soup and it was soooooo slimy and thick and unlike any egg drop soup he's ever had. He also said thank you to her twice with no reply. Customer service and food were enough to never get me back to this place. The health rating was also a 91 if anyone wanted to know before going. Very ghetto and I do not recommend. Update: Wasn't even able to finish eating the chicken wings after. I feel like this was definitely money wasted or a donation to the China One foundation. read more

There is no ambiance, usual take out service, small family business, BUT the best site make steamed pork dumplings. Hands down in flavor and texture. Our family have eaten dumplings in many great restaurants from coast to coast and all agree the dumpling at China One are some of the best we have tasted. We would give the dumplings a 5 star. read more

This place has been our favorite for along time. Until recently! Only 1 woman working there, cooking and taking orders. We got our usual sweet and sour Chicken and Chicken LoMein with eggrolls and hot and sour soup. 2 times lately the Chicken had been cooked hours ago and re dropped into the fryer. It was horrible! The LoMein had only 2 small pieces of chicken in it and the Egg Rolls were also re dropped and re heated in the fryer. The Soup was ok. But couldn't enjoy it because everything else was bad and that ruined our whole meal. Hopefully ,the Owner reads this and puts more help in the Kitchen. That woman was overwhelmed and probably came in early and precooked everything. read more

Rude Rude Rude! I probably won't go there again. Extremely impersonal. They had the front counter completely encapsulated with plexiglass like the patrons are homeless. I tried to substitute steamed rice for house fried rice and the lady taking my order acted like I was expecting her to perform brain surgery so I just said nevermind. read more

I had the Shrimp Fried Rice and Shrimp Toast. The rice had no flavor, no egg, or veggies. The Shrimp Toast was burnt. My husband had the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung with Fried Rice. His rice was the same as mine. I feel like we wasted money for tasteless food. We won't return. read more

My order was wrong! I spent 20 minutes driving to pick up my 54$ order and 20 minutes home only to find out I received Kung pao chicken instead of the shrimp I ordered. Their menu is not up to date online so my boys didn't get the general Taos they wanted. When I get there I see they have an extensive menu. This was my first time here. I usually go to griffin for my Chinese. Thought I would try something new. Not sure I'll be back. Customer Service is beyond horrible. The rudest!! My Chicken Was undercooked and loaded with huge chunks of fat. I ordered takeout, brought it home, put my food onto my plate, and noticed the horrible condition of my food. I live 15 miles from this takeout restaurant. I called them and told that the food was unacceptable. The owner told me to bring it back. I asked for a refund and that I live a good 25 minutes away. He told me to put the food in the refrigerator and bring it back another time. I was so mad I packed up the food, got into my car and drove 25 min to the restaurant. He challenged me about the state of the food. Said the chicken was fine, it was NOT. Told me there was some missing and that means I ate it. I told him I left the remaining chicken and rice on my plate at home. He started SCREAMING at me in front of other customers. I asked for my money back and he said NO! I finally turned around and told the customers behind me the state of my dinner and they could hear and see his behavior and poor customer service skills. At this time the woman from The back stared yelling at me. Once they saw I was telling other people about my food he grabbed my Credit Card and refunded my money! Disgusting. Terrible food. No flavor. Rude service. I had so much random crap in my food I didn't ask for. Asked for chili oil when picking up my food and was charged $.50 cents each and got home to know it was spoilt and smelled terrible! I called 2 seperate times to give this restaurant a try. The first time I called, the person could not speak English, and so I just gave up. I called back a few days later to order lunch, and was treated HORRIBLY. When I tried to order my food, I spoke clearly, and the person on the other line literally said to me "JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT! NO SPEAK STRAIGHT TO ME" I actually couldn't believe I was treated so horribly. I live very close to this location, but you better BELIEVE I had no problem driving ACROSS town to Panda Bear, where I was treated wonderfully. I will NEVER give this place a chance again. read more
