Good Food Nice People! Yes, it is not a 5-Star restaurant; however, for a buffet, they have a huge selection and tasty items!

The quality of food has gone way down. Almost not worth paying for. This is the last time eating here.

Tonight, we enjoyed Grits Sticks that were piping hot with a delightful, pickled slaw. I ordered the amazing Shrimp and grits martini. Shrimp was seasoned and cooked to perfection along with creamy mushroom grits. OMG the bacon crumbles on top made it so-o-o good! Husband loved his crab ravioli in a light sauce. Never had a bad meal here in the years we make sure to stop. A real gem in this quant town 60 miles from Atlanta. Real southern fare with gourmet touch. Prices were more than fair compared to Florida eateries. White glove service from Sophie and upscale ambiance.

It is a culinary delight in Georgia well worth a little out of the way travel this last time my husband had lamb which was cooked to perfection and I had something I've never had which was a shrimp and grits martini. Basically it was served in a martini glass, which was very attractive and it was perfect. The shrimp was seasoned well the Grits had Gouda cheese in them and were delightful all in all it was absolutely delicious. We also tried their fried Grits sticks, which were very yummy again it's one of our favorite places to travel to in Georgia, highly highly recommended.

To start, my sister and I had the hella good and social cocktails and both were perfectly balanced. We had the mussels which were fantastic and the crabcake was phenomenal! It was seriously the best crab cake I've had in years - and we're from Maryland. The lamb was seasoned well and cooked to a perfect medium rare and the grits were to die for. The lobster fried rice was also super yummy! We also tried the espresso martini and the strawberry pearltini and those were both on point! Honestly, this was the first new restaurant I've tried in awhile where I was impressed by every dish and drink. Bonus is the prices were very reasonable for the quality! We will be back

Eggs and sausage with grits. Grits looked good. One ordered the crab cake, being from Baltimore I don't order crab cakes in ATL. It was good, just like the waiter said, however not MD standard. I'll say this, all crab meat seasoned no green peppers and onions so that was a plus. I might go back and try it again. It's a small restaurant. Music was soft.

But of course we couldn't sit upstairs?! What's the point of a rooftop if you can't even use it 90% off the time. Then we chose our table as it was empty downstairs other than the waiters/waitresses significant others. Waiting 10 min to get water we already knew this was going to be a disaster. Little did I know the service would be worse than a disaster. We ordered drinks and food all at once with the knowledge that Indy the waitress was bound to give us no attention. Our drinks were at the bar waiting and waiting for us to just have a sip. The bartender on her phone speaking to her friend... I decided I'll grab my own drinks since they sat there no less than 15 minutes melting away. She still did not notice. Wild. Strike 2 Now we go back to our table to receive half our food that came out with the appetizers- not typically how it should be but I will give them a break since there was 3 other people at tables LOL. As the rest of our food came she did not check on us but instead would bring water and food to what I assume was her boyfriend since she was all over him at the bar. Not one person filled our waters. Every person working there was on their phone. On top of that the hostess asked the bartender "would you like to take this table (our table)" she loudly said NO. The manager we overheard I want to say his name is Malcolm was complaining about how he doesn't get paid enough and doesn't want to be there. Last but not least- my side salad was $10... it was the size of my fist. I am beyond disappointed in the service. Food was ok.

Given I have a more conservative, less adventurous palate, I didn't think there was any way I would be able to say the same... Less adventurous culinary palate and ALL and I can still say, the restaurant is delectably done-- an absolute artistically exquisite experience-- bravo. The tastes and combinations just work. Don't question it. Don't even think too hard about what you're eating. Just do it. Order one of everything. You'll inevitably like some more than others, however, they'll ALL be worth it. Consensus as a table is that the chicken liver custard, the steak tartar, and the vegetable hash were our favs. This was the perfect special-occasion, prolonged, fun culinary experience we were looking for the celebrate a birthday with our-of-country guests! Lastly, HUGE SHOUTOUT to the best waiter ever, Mr. Arch. He provided the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable service. I'd come back just to be his friend.

I was super stoked to get a reservation here with my husband and left disappointed- the food was weird and small. For a four course meal, 3 of the courses looked like tiny appetizers you'd get at a cocktail party. Wait staff was nice; drinks were good if somewhat pricy. Food was small. The custard for dessert was grainy (yuck). I feel like the Michelin list just picked places that feel fussy and didn't actually factor in flavor. I love that this place is farm to fork and I'm down with the concept but we spent close to $300 and had to get food afterwards; feels like highway robbery.
