Plus side-They do use real eggs..so I will give them that..their competitors down the way certainly don't. The grits were well prepared in terms of done-ness but they don't season their grits either-but they do butter them after plating...so I'll give them some grace. I get there are two camps of grit people...salt and pepper vs. butter and sugar......but come on SALT makes things taste better, at the very least they should have salt and be made with some cream-IMO. Sausage is decent quality food service and the ladies on the griddle didn't overcook them. Hash browns are copy and paste the sausage.
