I have been ordering fron China Kitchen for many years. Unfortunately, lately there service, food, and prices have changed for the worst. The people that are working there now are rude and short on patience. That was not the case before. The food is nasty and freshness is no longer a priority. We ordered sesame chicken and could not chew the chicken pieces. They were so tough. We ordered pepper steak. It tasted like it was all MSG. DISGUSTING. We also order wonton soup. We have really enjoyed their wonton soup in the past. We especially enjoyed the soup when not feeling well. This time the soup was dark, greasy, and very salty. The last time we will be ordering from China Kitchen. Just GROSS! read more

Pork fried rice barely had pork in it, the half chicken was more bones than chicken, I had to close the door on the delivery driver stood at my door asking for tip after I got food. Delivery took over 1 hour. Will not buy from here again. read more

omg negativezero stars, i was just in this chinese restaurant, i was standing watching them prepare the food, the short lady making the food put the rice in the white platter them cuffed the rice with her hand to move it over to add whatever meat they ordered . when she notice me looking she put the clear lid on. i will never eat here again. read more

Service was not bad. One of the cashiers seemed like she was having a bad day. The other exhibited fairly good customer service. Food is pretty fresh. I ordered cashew chicken and now The portions: Lots of rice, lots of sauce, lots of veggies, very little chicken. I had like 4oz worth! Improper balance for stir fry. Nonetheless, everything was fresh. Egg roll was pretty good as well as their chicken wings. Not bad if you crave some fairly fast Chinese for lunch. The House special Rice noodle is great! Combination of shrimp, pork, & Chicken. Incredibly flavorful! Another winner there which I thought was pretty unique was their cheesesteak eggrolls. (BEWARE people who are not fans of spicy heat!)I've purchased these on two different occasions. Although I LOVE food that will put your pallet in a volcanic frenzy; I noticed that one batch was a bit on the spicy side than the other. So hit or miss. read more

They are thieves... I made an order with multiple items. One of the items was not in my bag. I called and the first guy said they were going to send it out. 40 minutes later it was still not here. I called back they told me I didn't order it and to pay for it. They charged me for it. I asked them to break down the price of each item... they did and the price didn't add up and said that the rice I ordered was an extra $5 dollars when on the menu it says an extra $2. I have been ordering delivery chinese food from the China Kitchen for over 25 years mainly on weekend here in Willingboro, for the most part the food was good. I mostly order the same thing Shrimp Egg Foo Young with gravy on the side so I can see if they burned the paddle somewhat black, and which they give you three. Every now and then it arrives burned and black in places and I return it for a better cooked one very rare for me and 25 years maybe 10 times. About 2 months ago I wanted to return a order because it was cooked black in places. The lady on the phone I presume the owner started arguing with me telling me that I do this all the time after 15 minute of this arguing she said she would return my money. About 30 minute later a Chinese man arrived at my door with $6.00 we then gave him back 2 paddle out of the 3 because I try to eat one but couldn't and threw it out. The man told me that because we had eaten one paddle I couldn't receive a refund and took the $6.00 back and left us with the burned food he could have just brought a new order. Mine you it isn't the money, I have bought food from China Kitchen when the father and mother who stated the business were still working before they retire I knew them well and they were great people. I have spent to the tune of $1300.00 each year there for the pass 20 years or so and this is the thinks I get, NO MORE by business goes elsewhere and yours should also. read more
