You're able to finish before your next entrée is serve.d I love getting to dinner for one. It comes with shrimp chips, wonton soup, Cantonese shrimp eggroll and a spare rib. It is delicious. This family business has been here for over 40 years. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant on the west side of Cleveland. They have excellent egg rolls and homemade duck sauce. They have a huge dining room where you can bring a large group. It's like stepping back in time. And that's part of the charm of this hidden gem. To me, China Jade is top tier Chinese food for the entire Cleveland area. The price for what you get is unmatched, pre Covid prices for a combo dinner was $25 and post Covid is now $26.40. What inflation?! The General Tso's chicken and sauce are top tier. Giant pieces of great quality chicken, not your typical rubbery & slimy Chinese food chicken you get at other places. Noodz or fried rice on the side as well, along with a giant tasty egg roll, is just icing on the cake. The Beef and Broccoli dinner combo is also top tier from here, the sauce is on point and there's no skimping of portions on that bad boy either. You Parma and Brook Park people can do better! I ordered food off Uber eats through there restaurant and I didn't get the correct food. I called into the restaurant to tell them I got the wrong order and they kept putting me on hold. After 6 minutes of them putting me on hold they then they hung up on me. I called back in and they were extremely rude. Kept telling me they had my receipt and then back tracked and said they never got that order. I spent $39 and They are now claiming I never ordered through them and they aren't on Uber eats which they clearly are. Worst customer service experience I've ever had read more

This is how: When I called, I was greeted with a sweet voice on the phone and the comfort continued with the cozy vibe of the restaurant itself when I went to go pick it up after only 15 minutes! A friend and I were craving some asian style noodles and I saw this place already have some pretty good reviews so I had to stop by. The place itself is run down looking. It's been awhile since they've had an update. Sometimes I get discouraged when I come to places like this, however when hunger over takes your body... things change. AHA! The woman taking our order was VERY helpful. We weren't sure what to order but knew what we kind of wanted. I wanted to order a third dish but she warned me, we already ordered a lot of food! Good looking out. She also noticed that I was muslim and asked if I didn't want the pork in the friend rice. HOW NICE. I wouldn't have known if she didn't tell me. This place gave me a very nostalgic feeling. The pot stickers made me never want to order pot stickers at a bar again. They were SO good, doughy and so yummy! My 50 dollar order was completely wrong. It looked like slop out of the kitchen sink. We called and complained the lady argued with us about the order. So we went back up there and asked them what the food actually was that we received. The First Lady agreed that the food was wrong and went to get her boss. The boss comes out sticks her fingers in the food and says "broccoli chicken this is your order" in reality I ordered orange chicken and got teriyaki slop drenched in soy sauce.
