The egg drop soup, crab Rangoon, garlic chicken and pepper steak among our favs. We love the drive through staff who are very helpful and accommodating. This place has been in ozark for a long time it's had bad food and then good food. I've gave it another chance and I'm glad I did the food was good the waitress was very nice and polite kept our drinks full and our table clean it was a good experience back and I'll continue to come back. read more

This place made no effort to mask, or protect employees/customers. Almost every piece of chicken was a bad cut, and options were very limited as they were out of most things, even though they were not busy at all. However, some sauces were good, and the noodles were okay. Probably won't be eating here again though. read more

This place is beyond what I would call bad Chinese food. And in my 45 Years I have eaten a lot of Chinese food from many Chinese restaurants. I have had great Chinese food and poor Chinese food. I only wish I could give negative stars to this "restaurant." That would be 5 Big Red Negative Stars! Ordered 3 dishes. One order was Cashew Chicken (all white meat), which was filled with just fatty pieces of chicken both white and dark meat. All of which was slimy enough that all the breading fell right off. Now the rice and cashews are now also coated in his nasty sort of chicken slim breaded mess. Dish #1 in the trash. Second dish was Chicken and Broccoli (all white meat), once again chicken was fatty and mixed. The rice is all dried out and clumped together. The vegetables look as though they were cooked hours ago and left out limp to stand. One good point is if you like onions, they threw a half uncut onion in. Dish #2 in the trash. Third dish was a simple order of Beef Lo Mein. How can this possibly go wrong? I only wish I could upload a picture because I am not sure what I am looking at. I think it is spaghetti pasta. Some cut up beef, celery, carrots, onion and I'm not sure what that is. All in a pool of water. Not sauce, water. Dish #3 in the trash. Also in the trash are the egg roll type looking things, along with the rangoons. Followed by the soups. Not even fit for my dogs. read more

Wow is this place bad. At 50 years old it was only the 2nd time I have walked out of a restaurant without eating when I was HUNGRY. Gave $10 for food taken onto plate because the proprietor (tiny Asian lady with Big Voice and a baby on her hip) had a yelling conniption fit when I told her the food was unfit to charge for. She loudly asked seated patrons if this was true and none would defend her. She caused a pretty big scene in her own place for a few dollars. Not very self aware or the best judgment, there. On the buffet at the dinner hour: 2 mummified chicken wings - no more till you eat those. Not crab rangoon, but sugary deep fried cream cheese things. No 'crab' or seasoning in them, just cream cheese and a lot of sugar. Worst sweet and sour sauce ever: vinegary brown stuff. Egg rolls were hours old, chewy and tasted old too. Sparse filling. Dabs of stir fry dishes scraped up into little piles. No fresh food put out at dinner. No hot mustard sauce, just packets of artificial yellow goo on table. Not sure about hot pepper oil. Salad limp from being doused in dressing before you serve yourself... Who does that? That kills fresh lettuce inside of an hour! We paid 399 for a three year old. He did not eat so we put his food in the little styrofoam cup . She came to table took it away saying he couldn't have it . What a crock 28 bucks for a lunch . The little one just don't get to eat because they are as......s!!! read more

Very friendly good cashew chicken,but I went through the drive through tonight and ordered moo foo guy pan. My favkrite . Was driving back to old field,could have stopped at jade seat the best I sparta, but I thought China world was a bit better. Things have been right and I was treating nysemf. It was the absolute worst I ever had! Lots of stir fry veggies, chicken, looked good, but the white sauce was like water and validly was. No flavor. So disapointed. read more

The Buffet is not bad. Never gotten sick, food is usually hot and fresh. They tend to go minimal during odd hours, so you may have to wait a bit on items from the buffet if you stop in between 2 and 4:30 or so. I don't go during the hot months because their A/C is...either broken or just inadequate. It's hot inside and makes it uncomfortable to eat or stay long....and maybe that is a tactic, lol. At any rate...the price is right for what you get and there is a fair selection of items on the buffet. The staff is alittle...introverted. I'm not sure if it is a cultural thing or just a general quiet malaise, but you won't be treated as anything more than a fat American who seemingly is just barely important enough to look up from a smartphone to seat, serve and give a check to. There's definitely a right time to go, either lunch or dinner. If you complain about cold food, it's because you go at the wrong time, they aren't going to restock the buffet during slow hours. They are very polite and the food is delicious! Definitely worth the money! read more

The price is ok, it's all you can eat, and the cranberry chicken is kinda tasty... but that is about all I can find good to say about this place. The atmosphere sucks, they play the radio too loud and it's always tuned into to the Jesus-pop crap, and the bathroom is disgustingly filthy. I eat a lot of Chinese food and in 40 years of life this is easily the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food on that buffet is luke warm garbage. I got a Buffet to go advertised at $6.99/lb. go to check out and they don't even have a scale. She opened my container gave it the eye test and said $8.20. I say you don't actually weigh your food? We used to go to china house a lot but something has changed in this last year. We had ordered pork fried rice last week .....unedible! Weird big giant pieces of some kind of meat and lots of huge pieces of fat. We won't be back! read more

This review is a bit late, but the experience at our last visit left such a bad taste in my mouth, I had to leave a review, even over a year later. One afternoon my husband and I stopped to eat. It was very slow, just us and one other table in the whole place. We had our young son with us, he was around 6 months old. The owner hovered over us the entire visit, kept asking to hold our son, (which was awkward, strange, and made it so we couldn't enjoy our meal) AND as we were leaving, she had the audacity to ask us if we owned a carseat for him!! We are somewhat 'young' parents but in no way are we stupid or irresponsible. I was so appalled, we have never been back. This used to be our go-to 'quick meal'. read more

All reviews are subject to the writer's taste and opinion. That said as far as the food goes, it's pretty good. I got pan fried dumplings which were crunchy, fresh and had great flavor. The wonton soup had more vegetables than I prefer, and the wonton noodle was a little soggy, but still had great flavor. The fried rice was decent. No added carrots or peas were a plus for me, personally, but the fact that it was just rice caused it to be slightly bland. The spring rolls we had were crisp, and the sesame chicken was actual chicken with crunchy bread (another positive). The only knock was the tofu like substance they added to the egg-drop soup which was not that desirable. All in all it was pleasant and affordable - $23 for a large amount of food. read more
