The soups lacked the extra scallions requested to provide more flavor. The dumplings in the soup were the smallest I'd ever seen. I don't know who complained the most....me or dad??!!?? From the time the order is placed it is generally 10 to 15 minutes before 5 to 6 orders can be prepared. However, this is acceptable as they take their time to do food preparation right. I have always been pleased with their food.
