Supposed to be General Tso Chicken NOT

O M G by far the WORST experience from a Chinese carry out in my 15 years living here in Naples Florida. The lack of Customer Service from the young Chinese worker who could not give a care about me asking him, was my carry out order was ready. He took my credit card and thought it'd be a good idea to shake his head and thought something was funny. I immediately ask for my card back , then he pointed to a box with my items . The the older Chinese couple stepped in ( must been his parents ) . His mother did not take to kindly how he treated me and then smacked him LOL . Since his parents stepped in and apologized, I did pay fpr my order. Now to my order, the combination fried rice was not bad, the General Tso Chicken was not what I have experienced from other Chinese carry outs , just nasty, what I thought I ordered, the fried won tons , were not what I have gotten from past orders from different Chinese carry outs. In closing I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER ! ! !

Really great authentic Chinese food. Frequent customer, and once we found this place have not gone elsewhere. The owner is always nice and asks how we are whenever my husband or I come in. Highly recommended.

I am also from NYC...second visit to this restaurant and I am utterly disappointed, they will not be seeing me again. I ordered 'all white meat" general Tso Chicken and when I got home I got the consistency of what seems to be almost like noodles. When I called to explain that my chicken was soft and chewy I was told that it's because I ordered white meat and that if I wanted it with a crispier consistency I was supposed to ask..what the?! Really? The owner Mike told me nothing would be done because white meat costs him too much. No offer to remedy, just a half hearted apology.

    Ham fried rice

Called for pickup, told ready in 5 min. When I walked in they were sitting down and my food was not prepared. Ordered ham fried rice to come home and find sliced bologna instead. fries and wings tasted old stale and looked super dark. I don't think they change the oil often. Call to asked why the food tasted so nasty, was told me "people are broke and never want to buy there" I can see why. Worst $20 spent

I love the food. It's a little unconventional, and the service is a little brusque, but it's worth the stop. Affordable and good portions

Sweet noodles, soggy potstickers, funny tasting soup. Couldn't chew the meat. Very bad. Will never order from here again.

The menu leans Cantonese, and the more traditional dishes are generally the strongest. While the kitchen still caters somewhat to Western tastes, diners willing to venture beyond the standard takeout favorites will find several authentic offerings worth trying. If you're looking for a whole steamed fish or other specialty dishes, be sure to call ahead, as not everything is available on short notice. The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff has always been welcoming. Is it exactly like dining in Hong Kong or Guangzhou? Not quite. But for Southwest Florida, it's a solid choice when you're craving authentic Cantonese flavors and a break from the usual Americanized Chinese fare. Rating: 4/5 A reliable spot for traditional Cantonese dishes in a town where good Chinese food can be hard to find.

It was served within 5-7 minutes with white rice and an extra bowl of sauce. It was the best Pepper Steak I've eaten in more than 20 years. It was so flavorful, a hint on garlic and a bit of sweetness along with savory. The onions were just beginning to carmelize, the peppers were still crisp but starting to soften. The beef was tender and not chewy. Everything was hot and they continued to check on us to make sure we were happy with our meal. I can't say enough about a great experience and perfect food!

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

The restaurant has a large menu featuring different ramen (dry or w/ soup) and rice dishes, as well as appetizers. I tried their steamed vegetable dumplings and the pork ribs dry ramen. Both dishes were fantsastic. It was the first time that I had dumplings filled with endamame+minced garlic. It was savory and slightly sweet. The meat in the ramen was fork-tender and full of umami; the ramen was chewy; and it was served with a wide variety of fresh vegetables (zucchin, broccoli, carrot, onions, green onions, corn, microgreens, pickled ginger). The ramen was ~5oz. PS: the noodles are salty -- ramens are meant to be salty. Service was awesome. Several things that my server impressed me: 1. He asked me about my food allergies -- important for seafood-dense restaurants like a Japanese restaurant. 2. I asked for some extra ramen when I just got the entree. He suggested to bring me the extra when I almost finish the ramen in my entree. Surprisingly, he brought a small bowl of ramen exactly when I was about to finish it -- very precise and customer-oriented. 3. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. 4. When he was taking the order of another table, he gave recommendations to the customers based on their dietary preferences, instead of blindly mentioning the "signature dishes" like most servers do. Moreover, when the customers ordered food, he squat down to listen what they said carefully. So, yes, I speak highly of this restaurant. Definitely recommend it. And I will dine in it again next time I visit Naples.

I ordered their so-called specialty: the Nemo's Ultimate Miso Sea Bass--advertised as a "legendary signature dish served with a citrus-ginger butter sauce and asparagus." It arrived at my table practically frozen. After sending it back, I ordered the ginger steamed snapper, which was completely flavorless and tasted like cardboard. The only saving grace of the entire night was the service and the wine (a Txomin from the Basque Country). Save your time and money. Do not eat here.
