Hands down the Best Chinese food I've had. A hidden gem in Hialeah gardens. The fried rice was soo flavorful, we didn't had to add any sauces like we usually do when eating fried rice from other places. Chicken was flavorful and the crab Rangoon was to die for! Simply the best Chinese food. I can't express the deliciousness through words . They serve you a LOT of food, but with fresh and a ton of ingredients not just fillers. I have had the special fried rice which brings a ton of pork chicken shrimp and beef and the rice is succulent not just tasteless. I've had the tsa chicken which is tender and saucy and the honey garlic (which by the way it's deep fried I didn't think it was but still delicious , just heads up) but the star were the crab ragoons SWEET GOD so crunchy flavorful and amazing . And the guy who delivers it is so adorable he is Chinese but speaks fluent Spanish cutie . Man how I took this place for granted. So this review is definitely coming off from eating at another Chinese restaurant, but it's only to give the China Casa the credit it deserves. When we first ordered from here the young lady seemed a little rushed, but when arriving to get our food you can see why. They were slammed! When we got there I guess she remembered our phone conversation wasn't the best, and she said sorry for the call and was super nice. The food from this place was awesome! Everything that we ordered was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area. When you think of Hialeah, you think of Cubans, Cuban food, maybe the casino, cheap prices, and reggaeton, but you probably don't think of Chinese people, or Chinese food, but you'd be surprised -- there are a few Asian restaurants, this one being one of them. It's quite interesting to hear a Chinese woman speak Spanish, she does a much better job at speaking Spanish than most Americans! The service at China Casa was very friendly and attentive, very family-oriented (they literally ARE a family, but I'm referring to the fact that like family, they keep asking if there's anything you need and will bring it to you). It's a very small place, with 2 tables, which leads me to believe most of their customers call for takeout. The menu is pretty easy to understand, and the prices are shockingly low, which is great. You can get a main course with fried rice, an egg roll and a drink all for less than $8, a rare feat in Miami, and certainly, anywhere near the beach. The food is hot and fresh, the chicken is tender, the veggies crisp, plentiful, and the sauce flavorful. The rice was tasty. The only thing I was not impressed with was the egg roll. It was unremarkable and reminded me of the frozen egg rolls that you can purchase at Wal-Mart. China Casa would definitely be 5-star worthy in terms of pricing, quality, and service if they could manage to improve on the egg rolls. Nonetheless, whenever I find myself in Hialeah, which happens a few times a year, I will definitely consider China Casa as a food option. read more

This has been our go-to spot for Chinese food delivery since we moved to Hialeah. Our first visit was not too great because we walked in. It is NOT a sit-in restaurant! Have been living in Hialeah for 11 years now and never took the time to go here because I was always told China Wok was better. (It's in the same shopping center.) Today I wanted to take a chance and try China Casa for the first time, and I wasn't disappointed at all. It's a small location with two tables. It's more for take out than eating in anyways. The older woman at the register was so welcoming and friendly. She offered us free Guava and Cream Cheese wontons when she found out it was our first time. She took the time to ask if it was our first time also which was great. We ordered the Fried dumplings and Sesame Chicken. He dumplings were delicious. Not greasy like I'm sometimes used to at other restaurants. The sesame chicken was so good! The best part was that it wasn't covered in breading. It was the best sesame chicken I've had. Being originally from Los Angeles it's tough to find anything close to good Chinese food down here in Florida. This place definitely has that LA flavor I'm used to. Fresh food and food service. Recently moved to the area. Always do Chinese for NYE. My husband looked up this place and I had to high five him. By far the best take out Chinese food I've had in the area thus far. Szechuan combo was perfect ratio of meat to veggies. Taste was delicious, but could've been spicier-I ordered the spiciest. Sweet and sour chicken was huge pieces and kept my daughter content. My husband ordered curry shrimp and he loved it. There were lots of veggies but the shrimp were huge. The special fried rice looked and tasted so fresh. Great amount of meat and the bean sprouts tasted fresh too. Took a chance and ordered the guava wonton, ahhhhhmazing!!! Definitely a treat. This is a takeout restaurant I frequently visit and purchase food from. Their food is highly flavorful but what I go for is their udon noodle. I frequent as many Chinese restaurants in Hialeah as possible and this is the only one so far from my experience that serves udon noodles either with beef, pork, or shrimp. I thought this place was going to be a bad choice, but I was impressed! Ok, this is a typical chinese take-out place with a few tables, nothing fancy at all. But, the food was really good! The $7.95 lunch special brings a lot of food. I had the curry chicken, it was delicious - a little bit thick/creamy on the sauce, but tasty. The fried rice was really good with plenty of shrimp.
