My BIGGEST take away is this. I have recently undergone radiation treatment for breast cancer and have a pretty significant 'burn" on my underarm. It is extremely painful and is causing me many sleepless nights. When Jessica saw it, she asked me if she could try something. Again, her knowledge came into play knowing cancer patients have to be very careful with what they put on. She got a balm that is, I believe, exclusive to Face to Nails and applied a thin layer. That was at 7:00 pm. I FINALLY got a decent nights sleep. No pain whatsoever. When I woke up and looked in the mirror I could not believe my eyes. It was literally like night and day. I have purchased a small jar of it and have used it for 2 days now. I have not had to have any kind of pad or gauze cover it because it is not hurting. Jessica literally brought me back to "life" if you will. Aside from the AMAZING facial, she went above and beyond to ease my pain, both physical and emotional. I went into work the next day and in addition to the compliments i received on how good I looked, I was also told that I have a "pep in my step" not seen for a long time. The room that the waxing took place in was dumpy looking, there were water marks all over the ceiling and the entire area seemed unsanitary. The aesthetician did NOT know what she was doing whatsoever and the waxing was extremely painful. She was ready to tell me that I was finished after 40 minutes of pain when I realized that the waxing was not complete. She admitted to me at the end that she was "sucky", left me with wax everywhere and did not offer anything to soothe the pain. They still charged me half ( like they were doing me a favor). The manager called me to offer for me to come back at a different time for another one. (Who in there right mind would ever ever return after being put through this).
