It's the longest my treatments have ever lasted with other providers & it's because of Jessica & her technique! I've never had a more thorough consultation, ever. Jessica really listened as I explained my desired results & more importantly, the problems I've had with injectables in the past. It takes a lot of skill to know exactly where & how many units to place, but it takes an expert to fix Botox & filler errors I received elsewhere. I've already made my follow up appointment & look forward to going back, I'm really happy.

No one knew about it until that evening when she got extremely sick. Vyas's office called the next day to tell us there was spillage from her bowels into the uterus. She had developed peritonitis from it and wound up getting a hysterectomy, a colostomy and later a colostomy reversal. She has to deal with a huge surgical hernia now and the pain involved in that.

The second time (because I was still experiencing side effects of a bad antibiotic), they ordered too many tests and the staff was aggressive, blaming and pushy. I left and decided not to deal with them, and they pursued me by phone very aggressively until I had to threaten police for their phone Harrassment. Terrible experience and I do not recommend them.

She was very compassionate and patient when my son got a bit light headed. She paused and took the time he needed to regroup. If the other technicians are anything at all like McKensie I would highly recommend coming to OSF for your procedure ! She made this health journey for my son a VERY pleasant experience ! Thank you!

I have been at the OSC ER twice now with my parents. The first time, the room had actual dusty hair…read moreballs on the floor and had staff had completely blocked off the sink. When I pointed this out to the ER Director she said hand sanitizer was their policy, to which I pointed out hand washing is the gold standard of preventative care. She actually claimed the dusty hair balls were from dirt blowing in when the ambulance bay opens. I asked if they considered cleaning. The second time the doctor was so patronizing I was infuriated. Good doctors listen. This man was not a good doctor. I am disturbed by this conduct and wish I had a different ER choice for my parents.

Cassi Jo is a sweetheart and very good with the girls. Excellent bedside manners from both Stacey and Cassi Jo. Very caring and patient with us all. They address all our questions and concerns. We switched from a local dermatologist and are very happy with the change. Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and they all take their time with each and every one of us. Beautiful and very clean new building. Examining rooms are clean and modern, yet building interior has beautiful warm wood work. Feels more like a home instead of a doctor office. They have their own parking lot and that's saying a lot for downtown Ottawa. I highly recommend Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Associates of Ottawa to anyone!

I brought my husband (who is an MD) onto the call so he can help advocate for me for the treatment I needed, and he said that my husband shouldn't be there because it's not his case. If you're going to have a Telemedicine visit next time, instead of taking the first appointment, I'd schedule an appt with anyone but him. He should go through a basic bedside manner training or be removed from MDLive. I don't want others who are desperate for care to experience this kind of treatment.

One of the worst doctor's I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Some doctor's understand that when people are in the hospital, or when people are watching someone they love in the hospital, it's not about their ego. "Dr" Torshizi is, unfortunately, not one of those doctors. I hope he never has to deal with the level of cold, egotistical, dismissive care that he provided to my family. What a way a waste of a medical education. Another example of some guy getting paid waaaaaay too much to do a whole lot.
