I went here twice. They upset me the first time because it's ok if they ask my religion, but they asked which church (physical building) I went to specifically, and that is too much invasion of privacy! I was very appalled they did this! I had also been given a dangerous antibiotic that is far too widely prescribed and caused horrible side effects. They in no way would acknowledge this as the problem, and I knew it was from my own research (I'm a well educated professional myself). The second time (because I was still experiencing side effects of a bad antibiotic), they ordered too many tests and the staff was aggressive, blaming and pushy. I left and decided not to deal with them, and they pursued me by phone very aggressively until I had to threaten police for their phone Harrassment. Been here before and really never had a problem. Till the fiancé pulled her back out from a ice fall. Treated her like she was an idiot and spoken down in a condescending manner. For being a religious facility they sure weren't very understanding to someone with extreme pain. Jane was the nurse practitioner and clearly not a real DR. Never again we will just wait and go to our actual DR on the next business day. read more

Someone I live with and have been in close contact with got tested there and that went fine. He tested positive and we live with 4 working people who all needed letters of quarantine to get paid. We were told to call the place he got tested at and request a letter of quarantine from them with all of our names included in it. We called them and a woman answered. You could hear loud talking and laughing in the background and the lady hung up on us after saying she didn't know what that letter was. Now I can't get paid for 2 weeks because of this unprofessionalism and this crazy unorganized covid epidemic response.
