Bradley Allen is the best Chimney Sweep and dryer vent cleaning/service I've ever hired. I'm 64, so I had few in my years. On time, professional, prices are beyond fair. We have been in this home 6 years and I think he probably saved us a dryer fire. He spent almost 3 hours cleaning and repairing our fireplace and dryer vent and our bill was only $254. I've paid over $300 in past for just fireplace/chimney service. We've decided to have Bradley service us every 2 years. Give him a shout, I don't think you'll ever be disappointed. read more

Called to have my Chimney inspected/cleaned since it's been years since it was done. Bradley came over exactly on time, was super friendly and personable. He inspected everything and determined it was in good enough shape he wouldn't even recommend a cleaning yet until we've used it a few more times to get our money's worth. I was prepared to pay for a cleaning and fight off pushy recommendations for major work (read about that as a common unscrupulous practice in this trade), and instead he talked me out of paying him anything.
