You guys this place was fan-freaking-tastic!…read more My husband's family owns a beach condo in Celista. We go out there every summer and this is the first time we've ever been to the Quaaout Lodge. It was my husband's birthday today and his parents treated us to a wonderful dinner. This is also the first time we have gone to a restaurant since Covid started, and their safety protocols made us feel very safe. The staff was all wearing masks, the tables were spaced out great, there was sanitizer stations all over the place, and when we arrived they even sanitized the chairs! The service was top notch. Our drinks and food both arrived promptly and we were all very impressed with everything. Everyone ordered the fish and chips but me, but I had a taste of my husband's and it was delicious. I had the Wedge Salad and it was hands down the best salad I've ever had (I highly recommend). I also recommend the Botanical Gin and Tonic The server overheard us mention that it was my husband's birthday and they offered him a free dessert (the best creme brule ever) complete with a candle. Overall we were all thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back next summer!

The lights in the washroom and at the bed for reading are nice and bright. It is so nice to have good lighting when using the washroom and reading in bed at night. The bin they have for recycling is nicely divided into 4 sections labeled paper, plastic, metal and glass. In the bedroom they have a hassock underneath the bedside table, this provides a great seat to be used when writing or making notes. You have a little mini desk. We had a great stay at Quaaot and would highly recommend a stay here. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

This architectural beauty made of glass and filled with Swarovski crystals feels like you're…read morestepping right onto a movie set of your dreams. Views of Lake Okanagan surround you and force your body to unwind from the everyday hustle. There are actually 3.5 million Swarovski crystals throughout the resort. In forms of chandeliers, design, walls, and on dedicated steam room in the spa. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains where I sat in my bath and revelled in the peaceful scenery before me. The KurSpa was originally my reason for going as it's got to be one of the best spas in the whole country! There's a rose steam room, the aforementioned crystal one and even an ice room. This is truly relaxation at its finest. Even though the pool is high up this infinity dream still melds itself with the lake below and you feel two waters are one. PeakFine restaurant has beautifully plated delicious food and makes Sparkling Hill nearly identical to a luxurious all inclusive resort. A resort that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself through the most luxurious form of relaxation. Go for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or for any reason really because it's the kind of atmosphere that everyone should experience.

THE BATHROOM WAS BROKEN AND THE SPA WAS A LIE…read more Listen. I am tired. You are tired. We are all exhausted from existing in late-stage capitalism, and sometimes you just need to throw an obscene amount of money at a hotel to sit in hot water and pretend everything is fine. I WENT TO SPARKLING HILL AND EVERYTHING IS NOT FINE. If I am paying hundreds of dollars a night, the absolute bare minimum requirement is that I can use the bathroom. The toilet didn't work. Do you know how demeaning it is to be in a fancy crystal hotel and you can't flush? It's 2024. We have sent billionaires to space, but we cannot get working plumbing in Kelowna. The entire experience was a masterclass in gaslighting. The "spa"--the whole reason you go there--had zero ambiance. It felt like a community rec center pool that smells faintly of chlorine and regret. And the amenities? TRASHED. The shower head was stuck pointing at the wall at five feet high. I'm not five feet tall. I had to hug the wall to get wet. It was humbling, and not in a good way. The service was actively hostile to joy. Our friend tried to send us champagne--a lovely gesture!--and the staff turned it into a logistical nightmare, claiming it was too late at night, and then too close to checkout in the morning. THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT US TO HAVE THE CHAMPAGNE. But the real kicker, the thing that truly enrages me, is the bait-and-switch. We paid. We traveled. We checked out. AND THEN they told us we couldn't use the pool anymore. They didn't mention this policy *once* until they had our money and our room keys. We travelled all that way to use a spa, paid for the privilege, and then were physically barred from entering the water. Also, the saunas don't open until 2 PM. Why? Are the steam elves sleeping in? And I swear to god the restaurant staff was wearing machine gun tie clips. READ THE ROOM. This place is a shiny trap. Save your money and buy an inflatable pool for your backyard. At least the toilet inside your house works.

Here is my restaurant review as I could not find the restaurant individually on Yelp. Very pleasantly surprised. The service, our waitress, was fantastic. I could not rave enough about the food. All the food ordered came out at the same time for appetizers and as well for main meals. All appetizers, like wings, and meals were steaming hot. This made me very happy. I ordered the Beet, pear salad and it was amazing, so fresh with every detail of the salad impressive in flavour, crispiness, freshness, and presentation. For my main, I had the Beef Stroganoff. My family was worried since this pasta dish can be very hot and miss. Rare to have a good experience. The chef did an outstanding job. The best beef stroganoff any of us has ever tried. The pasta was made fresh in house. They cleverly made the dish so the sour cream was not mixed into the sauce. That way I mixed it as I go and it did not chunk up. The flavour was spot on. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Vernon, Kelowna, or any of the Okanogan area, to try out this restaurant at The Castle at Swan Lake hotel. I will never forget and will come next year even if we stay in Kelowna, we will at least stay here for a night. My family were all impressed with this meal as well l, giving 5/5 each.

Much needed in the height of summer temperature reaching the mid to high 30c. It still carries Bee Kind amenities and I love that brand! It is outside the downtown area of Revelstoke, so you will need to drive into town or take the shuttle for $2 per way. It is about 5 mins away. I like the hot tub. There are two! One outdoor with a view of the mountains and everyone looking at you. The other is in the lower level where the small fitness center is. There are also steam room and sauna and shower area and lounge area there. There are also complimentary beverages like coffee, tea (teavana) and fruit infused water in the morning. After that, only water is available. The lounge area is quite big with a pool table. You can be kept occupied even if you spend a whole day indoors. I'll stay here again if I ever visit Revelstoke again.
