I love that they stay ahead of the season! The produce is always fresh and high quality, they still had those amazing cotton candy grapes that are so sweet and delicious. The wine selection is another huge plus, you really can't beat picking up a bottle for $4 or $5 that actually tastes great. The employees are always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here even better. Whenever I'm in Redding, I love stopping by this Trader Joe's. A pack of Oscar Meyer Hot dogs is $5.49, $1.99 in Chico. Lemons are .69 or more each. $.40 in Chico. The list goes on and on. Some products are increased as much as dollar or more at a time. That's not inflation, as much as corporate greed. They have Whole Food prices to sell to tourists in the summer, but we locals have to pay the high prices all year long. I'm disappointed.

I worked in retail for many years and it was always to the customers' convenience that they left when they were finished shopping.
