We have had two situations when we couldn't get them and had to rely on others who ultimately did slipshod work (replaced a toilet but didn't bolt it down resulting in gradual water damage to the ceiling below) which was discovered by Moede when called for another problem. They have also talked us through a problem so we were able to resolve it without a service call. Will always be my first choice.

I can't recommend Advanced Carpet Care enough. Their work is excellent and the prices are great…read moretoo. They came with 2 workers, which really speeds things up. They also helped move all my furniture out of the way so they could clean as much carpet as possible. I typically see carpet cleaners just go around obstacles, but these guys actually move stuff so they can be very thorough. After they left, the carpet looked like new and smelled fresh. We've been putting off a carpet cleaning because of the chemicals, but these guys can use non-toxic solutions and still leave you with really clean carpet. If you need a little more cleaning power, they can use a mild detergent that is still very earth-friendly. Lastly, they are a local business, and I prefer giving my money to the smaller, service-minded businesses over a huge corporation.

Stay away, yet another soft kid that would rather communicate via words vs face to face or at least voice to voice. He's full of lies, so when someone says they'd come by to give an estimate and never show up day after day. Damn right I'm going to call/text to see if they are still interested.
