This restaurant was just a short walk from my hotel in Roma Norte-along the walk I think I counted 4 or 5 Michelin rated restaurants on my path-they are everywhere in Mexico City. When we arrived at the restaurant they seated us right away and I noticed how great the atmosphere was in the restaurant-this was for sure a date night or celebratory type of place-I wouldn't say fancy or upscale but definitely a step up from my restaurants I went to so far in Mexico City. Upon sitting down we started with a couple of really pretty cocktails-. Strawberry Fields-A gin drink that is a refreshing twist on a Negroni-I enjoyed it very much and may have been the best cocktail I had in Mexico City.($185.00) Margarita De Perlas-a tequila drink with lime and orange infusion topped with pearls of tapioca-It was a great spin on a margarita with the added slightly sweet taste of tapioca pearls-decent drink.($220.00) For dinner we ordered a few items. Bowie Burger-a burger featuring a top sirloin and wagyu cross patty topped with Swiss cheese, roasted poblanos, bacon, guacamole and tortilla chips-This burger was so delicious-perfectly cooked and seasoned,so juicy-it was spicy but incredibly flavorful -loved it.($275.00) Curly Fries-Perfectly seasoned, super crunchy-very tasty ($85.00) Caesar Salad-well made salad with great tasting dressing and crunchy croutons.($130.00) This place is a very special restaurant in a city that is filled with special restaurants-I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City, specifically the Roma Norte neighborhood-a true joy.

The waiters were attentive but not overbearing. As I ordered they brought out new silverware for the dish I ordered. I ordered the Ceviche to start, they added a soup spoon to my silverware. Waited no more than 5-8 minutes for the dish to arrive at the table. The ceviche was one of the better restaurant styles I have had. (nothing beats homemade though). I ordered the Rib eye with spinach au gratin. The waiters added a new spoon and a steak knife to my table. The wait time for was a little longer at about 10-15 minutes. The Spinach au gratin was amazing! Really stole to meal. The rib eye came out on a skillet still sizzling. Asked for medium, as it came out it was medium rare. No big issue for me. The flavor was good, there was no overbearing seasoning. Just a salt and pepper splash to allow the flavor of the meat to come through. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would suggest this place if you are in the area and want a good restaurant that feels a bit more upscale than it presents.

The tacos were incredibly fresh and flavorful. We tried the jalapeño-stuffed tuna, smoked marlin, and a tuna-shrimp combo--each one was excellent and cooked perfectly. The variety of toppings, salsas, and fresh house-made sauces takes the tacos to a whole different level and lets you customize every bite exactly how you want it. Paired everything with cold Coronas and Topo Chicos, and it was such a satisfying, no-frills but high-quality meal. Generous portions, great flavors, quick service and absolutely worth the price. If you're in Mexico City and craving amazing fish tacos, El Pescadito is a must. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

This restaurant seemed to have what we were looking for. They specialize in all sorts of American dishes, like hamburgers and hotdogs- my favorite. Too many times in my past, places in this city just go ahead and add mayonnaise anyway. He ordered the same thing, and the food arrived fairly quickly. They were larger than average dogs, and were cooked to real sizzling perfection. The restaurant itself is quasi romantic because of the nice soft music and candles on every table. There's plenty of big, spacious table seating available throughout, and the service was very quick and friendly. In no time at all we had our big jugs of ale to cheers with and not long after some delicious fish tacos to chow down on! The slabs of fish inside these tacos were BIG and juicyyy!!! Yum! I also loved the generous amount of guacamole and other toppings provided for each! The tortilla chips and various salsas complimentary to the table were also very tasty and fun to munch on! The environment inside is fun, bright, airy, and clean! The service is quick and friendly, and the food and drinks are generously portioned and very tasty! I highly recommend this as a spot to hang at in the area and I would certainly be down to return in a future visit to CDMX!

Then we ordered the dog with candles for a celebrant's birthday party and paid in cash but they never brought it out. We asked for it 2 additionally time just for them to let us know someone else at our party had requested the same set of shots at midnight. They also were slow to bring out even our simple orders of margaritas and our tacos. After trying to order two shimp and asada tacos earlier in the night and then following up twice, they came back to tell us they didn't have any more of the meat for the second type of tacos. They only had enough for another person in our party. That would've been ok if they communicated that and allowed us to order another set of tacos, especially after the waiter pressed us to order more expensive foods and drinks when we clearly didn't want to. Also they bullied us into giving us more of the tip we already provided after terrible service, claiming it was due to someone else helping him. There was a lack of communication on their part and instead of trying to make it right, they made it seem like we were all at fault and tried charging us more for them trying to fix this mistake. My friends and I are not cheap but we were just so upset and surprised by the lack of customer service there was from the very start.
